A bubbly city girl. A grumpy country boy. A weekend that will change their lives forever.
Skylar Martin is more than happy to flee the city, leaving her past and failed engagement behind her. Off on a new adventure in Logan Creek to plan a wedding for an old friend, she hopes to do just that. What she didn’t expect was encountering a grumpy bear of a mountain man on her stop for coffee. He riled her up, turned her on, and drove her crazier than any man ever had before, just on that one stop.
Dyllan Thompson had his life planned out. Be the Mayor of his hometown Logan Creek for as long as he could, and then figure out a way to live a quiet life that is free of responsibilities to other people. After seeing how having a family could cause so much heartbreak, he swore he’d never put himself or anyone else through that.
Unfortunately, Skylar and Dyllan had to grin and bear their discontent towards each other on a trip to Vegas for the bachelor and bachelorette parties. Not only did they wake up in the same bed together, but also with rings on very important fingers. Refusing to divorce, will their rings be enough to hold them together, or is not everyone meant to have a happily ever after?
“If you were mine, there’s no way I’d ever even look at another woman, let alone think about sleeping with one. Adam is a fucking loser who didn’t know what he had.” 🥺

Review: Holy Guacamole! This is one hell of a book I just finished. I’ve devoured all of Kimberly’s books within a few hours, but this one, I had to keep down. Not because I didn’t like it, not for one second, but with so many emotions swirling, I needed to catch a breath. As I’ve already announced numerous times, Canadian Fall was, is, and will forever be my favorite in the series, but I think Canadian Spring just might be next in line. 🫶
Dyllan is a grump, the perfect alpha hero. Mayor of Logan Creek, he’s still recovering from the loss of a loved one. Skylar is cheerful, upbeat, and a damn strong female lead, but she has a past she doesn’t want to face anymore. When they find themselves married and in the same bed after a drunk night in Vegas at a friend’s bachelor/bachelorette, chaos will ensue. What’s guaranteed is a happy ever after. ❤️🩹
I love Skylar and Dyllan both, and I love the setting of Logan Creek. What I love most is the mention of the beautiful pairs from the series, and how they support their friends through everything. 🥰
Their nicknames for each other are just, oh so perfect. The character development is insane, in the best way. I wasn’t so sure I appreciated Dyllan being so paranoid and not trusting Skylar when she committed to him, much less going behind her back to make a decision that could change their lives irrevocably, but Kimberly has written the book so beautifully that you can feel emotions seeping through the book and straight to your heart. ❤️🔥
I love Skylar’s song references, she’s a whole MOOD. Their steamy banter is enough to make you feel hot in a perfectly well-air-conditioned room, but when the haze fades, the book has a meaningful touch you love to explore. 🫂
I’ve said this to Kimberly and I’ll say it again: We need a novella. Maybe something about the flower girl, Rachel, or a story of Avery and Maddox (read the epilogue of book 4 for reference) that is set 20-30 years later and gives us a glimpse of how these couples spent their lives. From domestic moments to troubles that life throws their way, maybe even medical struggles that leave families shaken. Anything, we’re insatiable when it comes to Logan Creek. 😮💨
Babydoll and Grumpy Bear put me through the most wholesomely hot rollercoaster ever.
Canadian Spring by Kimberly Ann is the fourth in the Logan Creek Series and was the sweetest hot love story. After two mutual friends ask Skylar and Dyllan to be big parts in their wedding, the two meet in a less than friendly way. Skylar, being the wedding planner and just out of a bad relationship, meets Dyllan, the wedding officiate who just lost an army comrade, a fallen brother, and was visiting his family at a coffee shop on their way to their friend’s home. When they both arrive at the party, they recognize each other and we can see from there, things are going to get interesting. With the wedding coming up and a co-ed bachelor party in Vegas, who knows what kind of love or lack thereof, will blossom from these two.
I dove head first into the series at book four rather than beginning and it feels like every one of the friends already had their stories, so I need to go back and check them out! I loved this novel so much! From the beginning, I loved the song references Skylar mentioned for her ringtone and it was the perfect choice! The constant pop culture references added so much to the humor and essence of the story. It also touched on tough concepts that veterans go through. It’s good to acknowledge the pain a former soldier can experience and even work through.
The character development was picture perfect and gave me a full understanding of who the main characters were as well as what to expect from them. I felt an instant connection to both and it kept me wanting to know more and see how things would unfold. The little momentary steamy thoughts that crept up gave another perspective and feel for where the characters could go. Even more, the constant steamy banter that was happening from the moment they met, sent butterflies throughout as their journey progressed.
This is great for anyone who loves a good enemies to lovers, small town, or military romance novel. Of course, this is for adult readers as well.
Another grrat installment ro the Logan Creek Series! I was rooting for these two from the beginning! This is a wonderful couple! Funny how they got together. But was it meant to be? Can they make it work? With the support and love of their friends who knows what can happen! Definitely recommend this book and series!!
Canadian Spring by @kimberlyannbooks is book #4 in the Logan Creek series!
& Quite possibly my favorite! I have loved this series from the beginning!! It's one that I would highly recommend!! Who wouldn't want to get lost in Logan Creek with all of these amazing characters!! (I could over and over again!) Because that's what Kimberly has done, sucks you in and makes you want to move in! As much as I will miss it I think this was the perfect end!
💙Dyllan & Skylar. 🇺🇲💒 💚Grump/Sunshine 💙Small-town Romance 💚Enemies to lovers/opposites attract 💙Accidental Marriage-a classic go to Vegas. Wake up married💍 💚 🔥🔥🔥 💙Forced proximity?
Dyllan is the hot grumpy mayor with a serious chip on his shoulder. Wanting to be back in the warzone (once a soldier always a soldier!), but doing his duty as mayor with his endgame to be just me, myself and I!! Skyler is the sunshine of the story. Leaving behind a failed engagement and following a new adventure in Logan Creek planning a wedding for old friends. It wasn't an easy road for Dyllan & Skyler to get their HEA. They had a rocky start, they clashed. The saying opposites attract is true for them. However I feel like sometimes those make for the best books! However an accidental marriage and no divorce on the table they are forced to figure it out. Their banter was amazing. Their chemistry was undeniable. If small town romance is on your list then this series is absolutely one you don't want to miss out on!!
I loved how Skylar and Dylan fought their attraction until it couldn’t be denied. This book made me happy and now I will read the other books in the Logan Creek series.
If you're into steamy romance, a sassy heroine and bossy, but kind-hearted hero, this is a book for you!
I've been an ARC reader on both Canadian Fall and Canadian Winter and I've really been looking forward to reading Canadian Spring.
To me this story has a Pride and Prejudice vibe to it where opposites attract, which I absolutely love.
I love seeing a group of strong females having each others backs AND I'm a sucker for a good Gilmore Girls reference 🥰
Skylar and Dyllan don't meet on the best of days for either of them and both walk away from the experience hoping to avoid a repeat. Of course fate has a different idea and they end up in Vegas for a bachelorette/bachelor party which forces them to be in each other's company in the days leading up to Kade and Brody's wedding.
Canadian Spring is the fourth in the Logan Creek Series. In this one we get one of my favorite combos, Grumpy/Sunshine. With the added fun of a drunken Vegas Wedding and some forced proximity.
Dyllan and Skylar start off on the wrong foot and it provides for some back and forth banter and sexually tense dialogue like:
“Good. I would hate to have to show you what happens when a pretty city girl like you crosses a country boy."
Now imagine that quote being growled by a mountain of a man who is a Veteran and Mayor of his town. Yes, please!
I am a sucker for when characters give each other nicknames while they dislike or are uncertain about each other. These two give each other funny yet adorable ones.
Overall, I loved this one and it gave me what I wanted: banter, sexual tension, steamy scenes, and more of the characters I came to Love in the other books of the series.
All four books are out on Amazon NOW and available on Kindle Unlimited. Go start the series today if you love Small Town Romances with a group of friends who rib each other and support each other in equal measure.
Smalltown romances are some of the sweetest romances there are and Canadian Spring is no exception. Throw in opposites attract, surprise marriage and alpha male and you have a home run. This is the fourth book in Ms. Ann's Logan Creek series and was a joy to read. She gives us a story of two strangers who meet by chance and it is not all sweet and roses. Skylar and Dyllan are complete opposites but there is something under the surface that has them attracted to one another. Their story is one that will have you laughing at the one-liners and the banter that goes on between the two of them.
Skylar comes to Logan Creek to plan her friend's wedding as well as she had to get away from the big city after catching her fiance and her business partner together. She has no job, a place to love and is not looking for anything in the way of a relationship. She is excited to be helping her friends however her mood changes while waiting for a cup of coffee. When a grumpy bear is behind her being a compete a$$. Little did she know that this grumpy bear, Dyllan, was friends with the bride and groom as well as the mayor of the town. Dyllan was at the coffee shop just after coming from helping out a lost brother's family that he feels responsible for. If his best friend has not taken the dangerous job but instead Dyllan had, his friend would be at home with his wife and children. Since losing his friend he has sworn off marriages and any form of a serious relationship.
Things all change when they have to spend time together as well as going to Vegas for pre-wedding fun, things get heated in more ways than one. Their friends see something that the both of them are either not willing to admit to or they are trying to ignore. When Dyllan starts to call her sunshine she is livid but he does this because she calls him a grumpy bear. The two nicknames are perfect for one another as they describe their personality to a T. Well the things that happen in Vegas, unfortunately, cannot stay in Vegas and back to Logan Creek with some unexpected news that the two of them want to keep on the down-low at least until after the wedding. Dyllan is determined to keep things the way they are and after some consideration and time together Skylar agrees with him. Will this be something that can grow into a beautiful relationship or is this the beginning of something that was a mistake? Secrets are kept, feelings are hurt and trust is broken. How can you go on when the one that you love and loves you back has other ideas of what a happy life is?
Ms. Ann had my emotions all over the place. I loved the banter and the hate-to-love relationship between Sylar and Dyllan but at the same time, I wanted to give Dyllan a shake and tell him to wake up and see that he cannot save the world. Their character development was amazing and to see the change in both of them and the love that they shared had me hopeful for both of them. I was so engrossed in the book that I was sad to see their story end. I wanted more because it was easy to fall in love with the two of them. I highly recommend picking up this outstanding and beautifully written book.
Dyllan Thompson is Logan Creek’s major and grumpy personified. He’s an army veteran hot as sin but with lots on his mind. He meets Skylar in less than ideal conditions, she’s taking too long to order at the coffee shop, and as a good grump he gives her a piece of his mind. Off to a great start, right 😅 There’s no doubt the grumpy sunshine trope is one of my favorites and Dyllan delivered in spades with his grumpyness. I didn’t think anyone was going to top Travis Langford for me (book 2), but Dyllan takes the cake! Skylar is bright and upbeat and his perfect match. She’s in town to help plan her friend’s Kade wedding and while they all go to Vegas for the bachelor and bachelorette party, Dyllan and Skylar end up getting married. I honestly loved everything about this book, it was the perfect ending to a great series (I won’t complain if we get more from Logan Creek though). We finally get to know Dyllan and how his past is still holding him down but also we get to see how Skylar brings out the best in him. Loved it! And the spice? Yeah, it was hot! Highly recommend ❤️

Loved Dyllan and Skylar

This book was steamy small town perfection. And whew Dyllan is a grumpy, possessive book boyfriend with just the right dash of caveman in him. I adored how Skylar stood up to him. There was angst but not too much. It was light and warm and everything I want in a small town romance. The steam was hot too!
Show me a strong man who simps for his woman and you’ve got me hooked.
I have been a huge fan of the Logan Creek Series since I first stumbled upon it a little under a year ago. This small town has shown me a little bit of everything — second chance romances, single moms, and heartwarming himbos. I’m almost sad to see it come to an end. Though, if it has to, I’m glad we’re finishing with Canadian Spring.
We were introduced to our “grumpy bear” Dyllan Thompson in Canadian Winter. The cast we’ve known and loved are concerned for him, having lost someone close to him. While everyone understands he’s going through some things, no one could have anticipated just how awful he’d be to Skylar Thompson — Brody and Kade’s wedding planner, and Kade’s best friend. A stag-and-doe weekend in Vegas brings them closer together. Seemingly, forever, when they wake up with rings on their fingers.
While we’ve seen Ann write grumpy characters before, we’ve never seen her write an outright butt-hole. It was a refreshing change of pace, and had me intrigued from the moment I “met” Dyllan in Canadian Spring. For romance readers who find alpha-hole types swoon-worthy, you’ll definitely love him in this story. Though, to me, the star of the show really was Skylar. She’s a take-no-nonsense, driven character who gets what she wants, even if she has to hold on with white-knuckles. There were plenty of points where I wanted to shake her, but, the heart wants what the heart wants!
Canadian Spring was a bit of an emotional rollercoaster. At some points, I was smitten, and at other points, I wanted to smash their skulls together.
Overall, if you’re a lover of small town romance, and have a wide array of tropes that interest you, Logan Creek will keep you engaged and turning pages. I love this series, and I cannot sing its praises highly enough. I cannot wait to see what Kimberly Ann does next!
I received a free ARC copy of this book and am voluntarily (and enthusiastically) leaving a review.
I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book. 😍
This book is the fourth book in the series and I didn't read the previous books. But it is standalone because I feel like I know the other characters pretty well from their descriptions.
Dyllan, the grumpy bear mayor, and Skyler started off on the wrong leg. He was mad at her and she was mad at him. They had to travel together to Vegas for their friend's bachelor \ bachelorette party but ended up married. 😉
So I do have a lot to say because I had so many feelings about this book, the characters, and the story. Dyllan was the grumpy I like. He's just mad at the world and needs someone to shake the grumpiness from him. I really loved him at the beginning (I can even say most of the book) but somewhere along the way, he got on my nerves. I really didn't think he was fair with his choices and I really didn't see the logic in his actions. I felt he was all over the place and it surprised me because I really liked him at first. I liked his good heart and his background story (which really broke my heart). I think that his character became self-centered a little after the middle of the book.
Skyler also started really well. She was brave and she was independent and smart and strong. But she too changed somewhere along the way. She became pretty weak and in truth, she cried ALL THE TIME! I really couldn't stand it at some point.
I think that something was missing in their connection, chemistry, and also the conflict. It felt a bit dry and emotionless.
Dyllan turns is here!!! Yay!!! Skylar is such a great human being and she definitely deserves all the good things, she deserves the best. And Logan Creek is all she need…that’s what she thought. Thankfully Dyllan can work with all that. It was instalove and I totally love it. All their growling and bickering are pretty amazing and funny. A mistake turns to be the best decision ever to them. I love how they try to keep it in secrets but at the same time falling in love with each other and how they grow as a couple. This book is a little bit different to the others in the serie but it’s totally amazing. I really love Dyllan and Skylar. Brody, Travis, Zach, Jade, Lila and Mandy and the best friends you’ll need to be genuinely happy. Logan Creek is definitely an amazing places. I hope to read more of this place like Mitch story??? Please! Congratulations on this serie 💕
Holy . Grumpy . Hotness. I feel Kimberly Ann saved the biggest brute for last and I am oh so here for it. So...... Excuse me while I go looking for a tattoo covered, sexy AF grumpy town Mayor. I absolutely adored Dyllan. Yes he is broody and downright grumpy but when his sweet side showed OMG cue the swoon, and when his OTT alpha bear came out, hot freakin damn. I loved the 'god I hate you' meet cute between Dyllan and Skylar. These two instantly share an undeniable sizzling chemistry. While they try to deny and fight it through some 'I hate you' and you 'frustrate the heck out of me' banter we all sometimes the heart and body simply want what they want. Skylar is an amazing heroine. Although she finds herself in need of a fresh start she is still strong, sassy and full of sunshine. When Dyllan and Skylar find themselves married in Vegas after a friend’s bachelor/bachelorette, it kicks off an emotional rollercoaster ride filled with steam, banter, angst, love, friendships and some perfect nicknames (Grumpy Bear & Babydoll)
It's a little bittersweet that this is the final Logan Creek instalment for now, but I have absolutely loved every book in this small town series from Kimberly Ann. I Highly Recommend this Read and Series!
Canadian Spring is the latest book in the Logan Creek Series by Kimberly Ann. I must say, Kimberly upped her writing game immensely with this installment! We have Dyllan, the grumpy bear ex-marine wanting to protect everyone vs. Skylar, the petite bubbly wedding planner from the big city. They accidently get married on a Vegas trip and all I can say is “it’s going to be a bumpy ride.” Though Dyllan has a grumpy bear exterior and personality to match, Skylar is not afraid to stand up to him. She lets him know exactly how she feels about his overbearing personality. I love how she stands up for herself but it still open to letting Dyllan take charge when needed. Dyllan is a complex character and Kimberly shows how is marine and ex-marine life molded him into the man is his today. Once he opens his heart fully to Skylar, does he finally allow himself to be loved. It was nice to connect with all the other couples in Logan Creek and I am sad to say goodbye to them. My favorite couple is Zach and Mandy (Canadian Winter), but Canadian Spring is my favorite book. Thank you to Kimberly Ann and Romance with me Boks Tour for my advance copy. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
Skylar and Dyllan don’t exactly hit it off the first time they meet. He is being a grump in a coffee shop and she is not impressed. They meet again shortly after for their friends stag/hen do’s and he still seems like a bit of a grump and they banter back and forth. She is having a hard time having had a broken relationship and business partnership and he is struggling with the loss of a former army buddy. Under all the talk there is attraction and they can’t fight it when they both end up drunk in Las Vegas. They end up married and decide to try to give it a go. Dyllan’s insecurities caused by his parents failed marriage and misplaced guilt over the death of his friend cause him to pull away from Skylar, which really hurts her. Dyllan is strong and loyal, but so mixed up! He needs a good kick up the bottom! And luckily his friends are there to give him it. Skylar is loving, passionate and wants the life she believes she can build with Dyllan. Luckily, with a little help they get there in the end. This book is full of passion and is a great addition to the series.
Kimberly Ann continues to capture me with this series. I'm so sad this could be or is the last book of this series.I'm really hoping she brings Logan Creek and it's characters back. I would love to read about Zach, the brewer.
Skylar and Dyllan's love story got off to a rocky start, because of their clashing personalities. That just means they really are meant for each other. What I love most about this series is this group of friends. As you read each book you can feel the love each one has for the other. Skylar never had that until she came to Logan Creek. Dyllan always seemed to take what he had for granted, because even though he loved Logan Creek, he always felt like he should be back in Iraq to spare someone else from risking their life. These two had a lot to learn about each other in a short amount of time, but the heat between these two was undeniable. Kimberly Ann will always have a place on my review page. She is so talented, and her characters have found permanent places in my heart.
Sklyar's in the small town of Logan Creek planning her friend Kade's wedding to Brody (from Book 1). The crew heads out to Vegas for the bachelorette and bachelor parties. The problem for Sklyar is that the officiant of the wedding is none other than the first class jerk she had a run-in with at a coffee shop on her way to Logan Creek. Dyllan's not a fan of Vancouver Barbie; Skylar's not a fan of grumpy bear. After a night of heavy drinking, these two wake up together, naked in his bed, with rings on very important fingers.
I love a good (book) alphahole, and Dyllan delivers. Sklyar is sweet yet spunky, and doesn't back down from him, and I loved their verbal sparring. I did want to knock Dyllan upside the head for a certain unilateral decision - yeah grumpy bear, talking to you. Loved seeing the group of friends together, and of course my Logan Creek boyfriend Travis from Book 2.
By far, this is my favorite book of the series! If you love Hallmark-vibes but with spice, then definitely check out the Logan Creek series!
Canadian Spring had two amazing tropes rolled into one. I love that these two were poor opposites yet couldn’t stay away from one another. At first I thought Dyllan was too much of an obnoxious grumpy jerk but Kimberly Ann weaves his journey into a beautiful story and he is now my favorite male lead in this series.
I am sad that this series has reached its conclusion but know that it will be one that I read multiple times!
First thank you Kim for an advanced copy of your baby.
Holy grumpy butt! Dyllan is the grumpiest man on the planet, with several reasons to be, but WOW. Why do I find it so sexy? Well, I'm not the only one wondering this. Our FMC, Skylar wonders the same thing. That lucky, lucky woman get to explore those feelings, leaving me super jealous.
This was a fun, sexy read. There were lots of emotion especially exploring the life of a former soldier. Then again, once a soldier always a solider. I will warn you Dyllan is possessive which may stir some unpleasant feelings by some. I personally found it arousing. He's very dom.
I will say I devoured this book. The ARC came out yesterday afternoon and if I didn't have other obligations it would have been finished shortly after. Instead I finished at 1am.
Recommended ages 18+ for sexy content Rated 5 of 5.
Kimberly Ann gets better and better with each book!
Canadian Spring by Kimberly Ann is the fourth book in the Logan creek series. We meet grumpy Mayor Dyllan Thompson and bubbly Skylar Martin. Skylar is in Logan Creek to plan her best friends wedding, she is more than happy to leave Vancouver with a broken engagement behind to be there. She meets Dyllan at a coffee shop, and calls him out being a grumpy bear. They have an immediate connection where sparks fly! Dyllan is an army veteran who is struggling with the loss of his army buddy . Skylar and Dyllan find themselves married to each other after a drunkard night in Vegas. Dyllan is stubborn and determined not to divorce Skylar as he overcomes his issues to claim Skylar as his wife. This is a well written Spicy romance set in small town, with lots of hilarious banter, hotness, angst and chemistry! This is a Book Tour Stop for Romance me with Books. Thank you so much to @rmwb and @ kimberlyann for the eARC @rmwbooks #rmwbooks #rmwtours #booktours @kimberlyannbooks
Thank you to Kimberly and her PA Amy for allowing me to read the E-ARC.
This is the first time I've read a novel by Kimberly Ann. I have the others on my TBR but just recently I've been reading fantasy novels. I will definitely be reading the rest of the series.
I like the way the Logan Creek series can be read as a standalone.
I'm so glad I got the chance to read this and I thoroughly enjoyed it!
I enjoyed the writing style and the storyline. Grumpy Bear has to be the best nickname ever! The characters gelled well and I liked every character. Dyllan was all kinds of hot but he did make my eyebrow raise with his slightly controlling-ness but it wasn't in a red flag way (hard to explain what I mean) It read like a hallmark movie which us fantastic to me because I love Hallmark movies. I recommend everyone to read this novel
This is a steamy romance, with a sassy heroine and bossy, but kind-hearted heroThis was my first book in the Logan Creek series by Kimberly Ann. I wanted to read it and see what it was all about. I love romance books with alpha males and feisty leading females. This book has both of those and is set in a small town. Small Town romances are chef 💋. This made me wish Logan Creek was a real place. The chemistry between Skylar and Dyllan was on fire the whole book even when they were arguing. The tension between the two was palpable since the first interaction at the beginning of the story. I loved the back and forth between the two and was like come on just kiss already. The friendship in the story, the love, and the small town feel of Logan Creek set this book up to be a great read. Can’t wait to go back and read all the others now
Canadian Spring is the 4th book in the Logan Creek series. The series follows different couples but can 100% be read as a standalone. Kimberly does a great job of giving you all the necessary information without having to read the previous books.
I was ecstatic that the book featured places that I was not only familiar with but have been to as well! I was a little awestruck by the familiarity of it. The banter between not only the main characters but all the characters, in general, had me constantly laughing and eager to hear more. I did however find that the arguments escalated over very small things and couldn’t understand why such a small thing was such a big argument. I loved the constant song, movie and Tv references as well and that plane scene had me needing a cold shower! Hot damn that was wonderful.
Another charming and sexy story from Logan Creek! When grumpy mayor, Dyllan and bubbly wedding planner, Skylar, find themselves married after a drunken night in Vegas, humor, angst and a whole lot of hotness ensues. Dyllan refuses to divorce and Skylar can't deny the panty dropping chemistry they have. When they return to Logan Creek, can Dyllan overcome his demons to be all in for his new 'wife'? Will Skylar be able to leave Vancouver for good and make a life in little Logan Creek? No spoilers here but it's worth the read to find out! I'm hoping there are more stories brewing for others in Logan Creek in the future! I love everything by this author! Go read it now!
Kimberly Ann, take all my money! I fell so hard for this series from the very beginning and this town has a piece of my heart. Skylar and Dyllan made my heart so happy. From their very first meeting, even when he’s a total jerk, there is an undeniable chemistry. He may be grumpy and she may be over love, but nothing can stop Vegas from working it’s magic. They may not have the typical relationship and they TOTALLY do things backwards, but I’m a firm believer in what will be will be. In short, just plan to fall in love with both Skylar and Dyllan and be prepared to leave everything behind for Logan Creek.
Woo. I never thought I'd wanna bang a grade A jerk who was also a small town mayor, but here we are.... Drooling over Dyllan Thompson and battling overwhelming jealousy for Skylar Martin! Talk about fueling the fire. I love Dyllans rough demeanor and Skylar is a whip! They clash yet work so well together at the same time. I absolutely loved this book. While it can be read as a stand alone, knowing the background of all the other characters just really brought this to life. I didn't want it to end!
I absolutely love these books and can't get enough of them. I could wait until it was released, and it didn't disappoint. Just what was needed on a lazy wet weekend.
