Inspired by 1988's Who Framed Roger Rabbit, 2017's Bendy & The Ink Machine, and the life of Esther Jones (the inspiration for the iconic cartoon character, Betty Boop); This short story takes place in 1936 L.A. and follows the aftermath when Eleanor, a black cartoon character, is replaced by a white lookalike and the daily racism she experiences at the studio, while an inspiring animator and his girlfriend arrive at the studio and must assist with putting an end to the chaos.

I am an author and screenwriter, from North Carolina. I was born in Massachusetts and lived there until I was fourteen.

As a reader and movie watcher, I have always been open to a variety of topics, genres, and writers/directors. This variety has influenced my own writing and has allowed me to be open to write in different genres.
