Trisha North’s “WORDSMITH” explores the beauty and simplicity that is found in little words. In this book, North captures the value of short form poetry that originated from Japan called hokku or haiku with a vibrant imagination, and a few accompanied photographs. She touches various themes and emotions spanning from her bond with nature, her internal conflict and inner dialogue, overcoming past hurts, and anger, as well as her hopes for foraging towards a brighter future.

Trisha North is an author based primarily in the Pacific Northwest. Along with being a writer of Fiction, North is also a full-time artist, poet, photographer and musician.
