I received a copy through a giveaway on Goodreads. Cummings offers encouragement for those looking to stop pondering and move to action - to think about the possibilities, select one and come up with tangible ways to move forward. I waited with my review until I had used the journal to move forward with my own possibilities. The pages offer a variety of methods to keep the reader/writer focused and motivated I appreciate the way this author has broken down the journaling prompts into manageable units.
Perfect way to organize your priorities AND pleasures. Possibility Project helped me (and my therapist!) get me out of a rut and moving forward instead of living the same day over and over.
