the book I was looking for

Really good book for beginners I have learned a lot from this book and the techniques are really helpful and explained well I generally don’t leave reviews but I felt it as such a good book I have read it 3 times and will do again when I need to refresh on the exercise routines

Complete solution

This is a complete solution for people who want to train with dumbbells and barbells. Clear no-nonsense explanations. A good place to start your strength training.

This is a great book for the novice and for review of basics for anyone. It is very well written with good sound guidence for any one of any level.
