Breathing Alive: A Guide to Conscious Living

Rate this book
The great Sufi mystic Muhyiddin Ibn Arabi once said, "All is contained in the Divine Breath, like the day in the morning's dawn." If we become aware of the power of our breath, we have the ability to bring about real change, both psychologically and potentially on a vast scale. But what is this breath that is fundamental to our existence? In Breathing Alive, internationally renowned author Reshad Feild shows us that it is actually not so difficult to understand when we come to realize that we all share just one thing in common - the element of air.

Reshad Feild is most certainly an alchemist of words. He is able to weave such beautiful and powerful sentences together, portraying a greater picture.
In this book, he doesn't go too far in depth into any particular topic. He focuses on the sheer amazing attributes of breathing and what it can do for a seeker of knowledge.

A great book that contains both great general information, and a certain powerful breathing technique that one can employ into their life. A short book that will lead to many meditations within your soul.
