This is a great read for truly thinking differently about how we do “performance management.” I have never see that process work and have always thought there could be a better way. Came across this book in an HR webinar and it gave me great ideas that I’m working on implementing within our organization. There is a slight sales pitch for the specific HR software this leader works within but I could see beyond that and it wasnt over done.
