⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

As someone new to light novels, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this one won me over. I read it in one sitting and enjoyed it from start to finish.

What I loved most about this novel were the characters and their dynamics, particularly between Kusa and Einosuke. Without spoiling anything, seeing Einosuke get his 🍑 handed to him by Kusa had me smiling throughout.

I found Einosuke’s backstory interesting. I enjoyed learning what drives his ambition and exploring his complex family history and relationships. It added depth to what could have been a one-dimensional character.

Now I want to talk about the art.
OMG 😱
The artwork is absolutely stunning. It captures the story’s energy and brings the characters to life! Again, I’m new to light novels but I enjoyed it immensely.

The story has great humor, intense action sequences, and solid character development, all wrapped up in good writing.

I’m definitely reading the next book in the series!

Loved this book! The characters have heart and leave you wanting to learn more about them and their magical world.

The leading character Einosuke is an underdog with a fighting spirit who is doing the best he can to learn about magic and how to use it on his own. Driven by the need to know what happened to his missing brother he is focused on becoming a Mage Agent which he feels will lead him towards the truth.

A chance meeting with Kusa as she is running from her own problems has Einosuke feeling she just be just what she needs to help with his goals of learning more about magic... but will she help? There are mobsters after her after all and that's a pretty big deal!

this is a fast paced, action packed story that had me turning the pages and sad when it ended. Looking forward to reading the next book!
