I would give this book a 6 out of 5 stars rating if that was possible. This book offers a fresh, innovative perspective on topics ranging from retaining talent to planning a market strategy. Everyone has something to learn from reading this book even if you have no interest in running or managing a business.

All the self help books provide perspectives of the writer and what has worked for them. We can use that to make progress and more importantly avoid mistakes. This book as the title suggest is to develop forward thinking to look beyond the near term situations and results and develop and focus on the long term vision.

The 5 whys recap was decent, the rest reads like an mlm pitch deck from a person who read way too many pop self help books. I wish I did the googling before getting this book.
