It was beneficial, especially the first part. The author described a "meltdown" experience that I could identify with. I recommend this book to those who want to grow from their difficult experiences.

Worth the read

I have read and absorbed this book. It helped me look at our messed with a different perspective, not as failures but stepping stones on my journey. I enjoyed reading Chad's faith in a God is not shy & reveals Himself.

Love the idea “Your Mess is your Message” - he had lots of interesting stories of “messes” that made up his message. Seemed to wander off from the point during several chapters.
