Almost like a sequel to 2 Second Lean, this book tells you the attitude and strategy "I" must have to undertake a culture changing lean initiative.

A good book and in the spirit of 2 Second Lean is read in an almost conversational way. There are many online references which make this audiobook a challenge if you are listening in a car.

Overall a very good book that I will want to read/listen to repeatedly and act on!
