This is a useful resource for Waldorf teachers, but if you’re teaching about Ancient Rome, it should be treated as a source for stories and myths, not as a work of historical accuracy. There’s also a clear Christian bias throughout, which isn’t surprising given the dogmatism that runs through Anthroposophy and Waldorf education. If your goal is to stay within the bounds of Waldorf dogma, this book will serve you well. But if you’re working to decolonize your teaching and move the curriculum forward, use it only for the narrative elements and look elsewhere for your historical facts.

It was pretty good. I didn’t fall asleep at all. The way the author wrote it was great. Would recommend if wanting to know about the Romans. It is like a short and not to detailed.
