An award-winning actress, acclaimed screenwriter, and now writer of the "Lords of Canaan" series, I have traversed the globe, finding inspiration in the diversity of cultures and landscapes. My journey as a storyteller began on stage, where I honed my craft for bringing characters to life. From there, my passion for narrative led me from the stage to the screen to the pen (computer :P), writing the epic tales of the land of Canaan, weaving history and myth into a tapestry of adventure and intrigue.

As an actress, I've inhabited roles that span genres and eras, each one contributing to my understanding of human complexity and emotion. Whether through the lens of a camera or the pages of a book, I strive to evoke the same sense of wonder and empathy that fuels my creative spirit.

Join me on a journey through the realms of imagination, where ancient legends and modern truths converge in tales that resonate long after the final page is turned or the curtain falls.

Great book! Definitely not just for Christians but for EVERYONE! If I didn’t already know the story, I wouldn’t have thought of it as a Bible story. Yes, obviously God is mentioned along with the gods of the people of Jericho but it is the back story and assumed love-stories that make the book awesome. I bought this book at Tampa Bay Comic-Con because the author was all dressed up and she was so passionate about her book. I already loved the Bible story of Joshua and Jericho but the author is what sold me on the book. Can’t wait to read her next book in the series, Hebron. :)

Not the story I expected to read. This story was based on biblical event of the fall of Jericho. The major plot points of the biblical account were in the story, but there was hardly any Christian faith represented. It read very much for a secular audience.

And I reckon with that in mind some readers might find it interesting. Also, for this to be considered a Christian fiction biblical book it has border line explict sexually descriptive content-which was shocking for a book that was marketed as Christian/biblical fiction.

I don't recommend this one.

Whenever I try to describe Jericho to people, I'm always reminded of the grandfather in Princess Bride. There is so much happening in this book: the story, the action, the characters, the problems...
description

To start with, yes there are GIANTS!
description

Don't worry, they're in the first chapter so that doesn't really count as a spoiler. But where there are giants, of course, there's trouble.

***You know I had to work that one in somehow hehehe***

I grew up watching all those action and adventure films that always had a little romance thrown in *cough* Princess Bride *cough* so naturally, I had to include some in this book too.

***I'm sorry, I just love him *sigh* ***

For those of you concerned this is a "religious" book, that wasn't my primary point of view and I didn't actually write specifically for a christian audience. Yes, God plays a part (as He would have for the people of Israel) but I was more focused on the whole
"If this story really happened, then it had to have been pretty epic!"
description
***I couldn't resist hehehehe, but I promise it's the last one ... or is it?!***

I do have to warn you though, it's fast and furious so read it if you DARE.

Happy reading!

***p.s. there are some saucy parts, some gory parts and few traumatic parts, so I apologize in advance if it triggers anyone***
