Lancaster County Pennsylvania is largely a rural area with many Pennsylvania Dutch. Amish, and Mennonites. This work is collection of simple recipes that represent the expanses of the county. All courses of a meal are covered to include beverages. This is a nice addition to the kitchen collection.
