My mother and I were given this trip to Ireland when a last-minute injury sidelines my grandma. It’s the chance to learn where I came from, Grandpa tells me.
But when my purse is stolen at the end of our trip, I can’t leave Ireland. Without a passport, they won’t let me on the plane. I’m stuck here.
Eagan O’Brien is the sexy pub owner that I’ve been flirting with all week and he steps in to help. Offering me his apartment is more than I could’ve expected and I try to flip that kindness into my first successful one-night stand.
Getting a replacement passport isn’t each and I end up having to stay two more weeks.
Two more weeks of Eagan O’Brien. I’m not sure that one night with him is enough.
Heather Young-Nichols is a USA Today Bestselling author of contemporary and paranormal romances. She writes swoony heroes and snarly heroines with a heap of romance.
When she's not writing, she's binging a show with her kids, watching baseball, or snuggling with her cuddly animals.
This is such a sweet little novella, packed with an emotional punch that brought me near to tears several times. When a missing purse strands Maggie in Ireland, Eagan steps in to help while arrangements are made to get her back home. The chemistry between Maggie and Eagan is instant and powerful. I loved watching these two interacting with their families. I would have happily read several hundred more words about this pair. And I’m glad to know that this seems to be the start of a whole new series, where we might get cameo appearances of Maggie and Eagan in the future. I received a complimentary advanced copy of this story.
Something Irish is a sweet novella that began as a Genealogy trip to Ireland to discover Maggie Dwyer's roots, but turns into her first sucessful one night stand with Eagan O'Brien sexy pub owner. Will Maggie's one night stand turn into something more or will luck not be on her side? You have to read to find out yourself. A light fun read with a irish theme & engaging characters. This novella is the beginning of a series that starts with Maggie Dwyer's best friend. Looking forward to reading this new series.
Wow! That is seriously the dream...going to Ireland on a vacation and falling in love with a handsome, successful Irishman. As complicated as it could be, it sounds like Maggie has it made. B cause Egan is just too perfect. I am looking forward to the rest of this series so much!
4 stars I received a free copy of the novella Something Irish A Courting Chaos Novella book 0 by Heather Young-Nichols and this review was given freely. A fast paced vacation romance to more story with a hint of steam. Local Irish pub owner Eagan steps in to help Maggie when she has to stay in Ireland after losing her purse the day she is suppose to fly home.
I loved this book. These characters are some of my favorite. I love that they met on a trip and fate made it so they had to spend more time together enough for their relationship to blossom. I wasn't ready for the book to end. I wanted more of these characters.
Okay, I'm hooked. Love the writing style, putting the reader right in the minds eye of the characters. This story felt so real, having had a very similar experience, the urgency the sense of longing were palpable. Can't wait to read more of this author's work!
Wow, I can’t say how much I enjoyed Egan and Maggie’s story. It was so sweet, loving, caring and made my heart warm. I hope there will be more of These characters in the near future.
They are off to Ireland when they learn their grandmother is injured. They will have a chance to learn who they really from. A lost purse will lead them staying longer as they have lost their passport. What will happen now? Will they get their passport back? See how they get on
This was a really adorable short romance. Sure, the first steamy scene was a bit unexpected, but ultimately it fit right in. I just want more of their romance!
This novella makes you want a full story! I’d love to see where the future of this couple’s relationship goes. And now I definitely want to go to Ireland!
