This is the second book in The Preacher’s Secretary series these are not standalones each book picks up where the last one left off and I will say there will be so much suspense, surprises, intrigue to keep you engaged on the edge of your seat, not to mention the soul searching Chris and Sam must do along with the fighting their growing feelings. The attraction has grown much more intense, and the magnetic pull won’t let up in fact the more time they are around each other the stronger the pull between them grows but what they are feeling is so forbidden let not mention her father is still in the dark about what they feel for each other oh and who is out to get them oh so many questions and so little answers and suspense and need to know what is going to happen next where are they headed?.

The characters a the best. This is a great page turner with the suspense you need with a who done it murder and the thrills of what will happen next. The sweet romance that blossoms with the main characters makes you want to read the book from beginning to the end. I would recommend this book to everyone.

This installment is full of suspense, surprises, intrigue and so much more. You won’t be able to stop reading, then wham you have to wait for the next one. Chris and Sam have lots of soul searching to do, I wonder what they will come up with.
