I really enjoyed this story. Who wouldn't love a feisty heroine? One who ride a horse at great speed, drop the reins and open up her arms to that free feeling.
Tempest was a lady, and promised to a mean laird that her sister was once promised. But she loves a man who is part of the guard. A man who feels he's not worthy to have her and fights the feelings he has for her because he knows what is proper.
There are many twists to this story that will have you scratching your head so get prepared for an adventure tangled with sorrow, love, and battles they must endure to find truth. I was gifted with an ARC and wanted to post my thoughts.
And as always, this author delivers a story beyond the happily ever after.

Caleb is a bounty hunter with a past, who doesn't even know his last name. He isn't surprised when he falls for the beautiful, courageous, and a little reckless, Lady Tempest. But what he didn't count on was that this beautiful lass would return his admiration. He knows he hasn't any right to this lady's heart so he plans to leave castle Bron. But when the Laird and Lady of the keep ask him to stay on longer to protect Tempest while they are away, he has no choice but to agree and stay on, until he realizes that the greatest threat to her safety is none other then himself.
Wow just wow. This book is absolutely fantastic. I was hooked on this book. From the minute I started reading until the last word, all I wanted to do was keep reading.
I was totally blindsided by this one. I really didn't know what was going to happen next and that's what made it so good. This couple was so perfect for eachother. The love they both had burned so hot and it was so heartbreaking that Caleb thought he wasn't good enough for Tempest. I'm not going to say more because I don't want to ruin the suprises in this book. Ms. Baldwin, you made my heart sing with this one.

Tempest, Yes that describe’s the Lass & The Story , She is a fiery beauty who rides without fear into the wind. She goes after what her heart & soul wants with a whole lot of adventure in-between.

Which Lily Baldwin Never disappoints her readers, She has a wonderful way of drawing you into the story not just as a reader but as a extra watching from afar or right up close, That is what I enjoy so much about the way the writer can bring you into The Highlands, The century,
& into the story to watch the everything unfold. I was given this book as a gift the thoughts and views of this book in Mine & mine alone.

This is a lovely, easy-to-read story where our main characters have feelings for each other. Our heroine wants to be with him no matter their station's differences. Our hero is a proud man who feels unworthy of her and refuses to give in to his feelings. His resolution is tested to its limit when he is tasked with leading his love safely away from an evil man who is determined to have her for his wife.
This is a captivating story with some twists that are definitely unexpected. There is drama, some comedy and of course some steamy passionate moments when our couple gives in to their attraction. They might give in physically to each other but will our hero ever feel worthy enough to ask for a future with her?

Lady versus bounty hunter
Lady Tempest's attraction to Caleb continues and he strives to ignore his for her, after all he is a nameless bastard and she a noblewoman. The story follows their relationship as push comes to shove and they both plan leaving Castle Bron to escape one another. She to Clan Campbell and he to points unknown. Unfortunately great danger awaits them, first with a neighboring Laird then Laird Munro and the Wolf inserting himself in the middle of things resulting in utter chaos. I couldn't stop reading to see how it'd turn out; it certainly was a good continuation from the first two books and kept your attention. I recommend this book and series.

Forbidden love.
I enjoyed the storyline and Caleb but I could never connect with Tempest. I found her very immature and self centered. Otherwise I would have rated the book a 5. I just couldn’t like her. Caleb was a strong male character, bounty Hunter, who didn’t know who he was or where he came from. This was a story of forbidden love and the struggle for personal growth. Looking forward to reading about Wolf.

Amazing page turner
Lily had done it again. You're glued to the pages anticipating what's gonna happen next.. But at no time are you prepared for the fabulous twist that shocks you. I suggest reading the whole series to understand everything Tempest has gone thought to get her happily ever after

This is book is her most exciting one yet. Lots of mischief and excitement and apprehension.
I couldn't put this down. By far Lily Baldwin is my favorite author. I love her characters. She makes each one so special in their own way. Leaves me wanting to read the next book because I love how each one is related to the last book.

Oh! How I wish the next book was available. I am ready to read it after this amazing story. I knew Tempest was full of fire from the previous books and her story would be interesting, but I was quite surprised at this story. Very interesting and I am looking forward to book four.

Good love story
I have enjoyed this book. It was exciting and full of adventure and even though sex was in the story it wasn’t every other word. It had a good ending.
