The Rogue Artist Series #2

The Rogue Artist's Art Marketing Guide: Put Yourself Out There

Rate this book
This is a book for Artists and Creative humans. The Rogue Artist's Art Marketing Guide helps artists and creatives figure out unique and fun ways of putting themselves and their art out there.

Award-winning artist Rafi Perez brings his unique and silly experience and insight of marketing yourself as an artist using your own special brand of creativity. In this marketing guide, he discusses the mindsets and techniques he used to put himself out there and make money as an artist without typical marketing.

This unique book helps artists navigate the marketing world without all the boring lingo and techniques. Let's be honest, typical marketing sucks and can feel like a drag on the magic that makes you a creative person. That's because many marketing programs are geared toward boring products in a dog-eat-dog world. However, as an artist, writer, musician, or all-around awesome person, the art you create is not boring. So why use boring tactics that everyone else is using? This book will cover the creative power that we hold to put ourselves out there in a fun and powerful way.

This book:
• Features down-to-earth and encouraging advice from Rafi Perez
• Examples and stories of his career as a full-time artist for over a decade and how he put himself out there.
• Techniques and mindsets Rafi has used to help him succeed financially.
• Answers the question, "can I have fun putting myself out there as an artist?"

An undisciplined, story-centric, off-beat, and honest approach to demystify marketing for artists. Don't follow the cookie-cutter courses that most art marketing "mentors" love to pawn off on artists who are desperate to understand marketing. This book is going to go against the grain of most typical artist marketing courses. I am going to defy the standard and go rogue and hopefully show you that marketing is not this mysterious thing that is beyond your understanding. My hope is that by the end of reading this book you will find that the most powerful, one-of-a-kind, and creative marketing can be fun and part of your unique creative journey.

This book can be:
• A self-help book for those looking for artistic mindset guidance.
• Great for those who enjoy reading empowering material that motivates them into action.
• An excellent gift for aspiring artists, musicians, writers, creatives, serious hobbyists, art students, makers, teachers, budding creative professionals, and fans of Rafi Was Here On YouTube.

There is a fair amount of marketing philosophy, especially in the first half of the book, but more tangible advice later. The message is always positive but not so much so that it will raise your blood sugar. And finally, Rafi offers advice without trying to sell you an additional course.
