SLT Newbie first tweeted on the 28th April 2019. She is not a real person and is not based on anyone in particular, but I am quite sure that any of you who works in a school will recognise some of her traits in your colleagues, leaders and, if you're being totally honest, yourself. Her first tweet got 12 likes and was retweeted by one person. Three years later, she has over 36000 followers on Twitter and another 8000 on Facebook. This book is a collection of her most popular tweets over the last twelve months.
