Birmingham Fling
I like this one. Had that man catching flights to see her. JoJo had a lot on her plate but she overcame it. Jru found someone he knew going to be his forever. Bella and Money a spin-off??

Great Read!
I really enjoyed this cute little love story. JoJo literally had no one in her corner but Bella. I get Joanne was still haunted by what happened to her but she treated JoJo wrong and all she wanted was her mothers love. As soon as she was in a bind she called on JoJo when she was at death’s door she went to her but had so much hatred in her heart for her.
I’m so glad JoJo met Jru he was just what she needed. I didn’t like how he was always jumping up leaving and going off the grid for weeks at a time but I get it was for work. JoJo was so used to ppl like Don doing her dirty she assumed Jru was on that too. I don’t think they would make it but I’m glad they did.

Summer Fling!
This was definitely a Summer fling! I love how the main characters met unexpectedly. Author K. Larry has a way with weaving great twists into her stories. JoJo was a strong woman to endure with all she dealt with. I commend her because I could never! She didn't let the BS from her ex and mother stop her from following her dreams and finding happiness. It takes a big person to let go of a hurtful past, especially when it comes from a parent... Way to go Jojo!

A Strange Thing Happened On The Way To New York!
K. Larry. Such a sweet read. Although it was supposed to be a fling, it was just a sweet love affair that happened unexpectedly. JoJo had so much heartache in her young l II feel that she was just scared to open up. Life has a way of giving us what we need even when we don't know we need it.
JoJo was blessed to have one true friend that helped her along her journey. Bella was a nut case. Jru was an unexpected great situation that just happened. He had no idea all the.good stuff that was going to happen in his world. Last but not least Money and Bella gave me all kinds of laughs. Such great chemistry in this read K. Larry. Great Job🤗💛💛💛

JoJo and JRU
I'm so glad Jru went and got his woman back. Jojo broke her own heart ending things with Jru because of past distrust issues. Who could blame her with the way her mama have treated her all her life and the the mess with Don. Jru showed her in many ways that he really cared about her and even gave her a 90 day break but when he came back he put the law down. I love Bella, she is a great friend to Jojo. Her and Money together are hilarious but I'm glad they also made their lil fling a relationship.💌💌

Satisfied Reader
I loved this story. JoJo dreams finally came true and she have a great man also. She was two seconds away from letting her past dictate her future. Jru kept his personal.life just that. That Dar. money is a character and I love him. Bella definitely got her hands full with that one. They balance each other and their chemistry is unmatched. Great Job

Yaaayyyyy. Great standalone with valuable life lessons. Sometimes it be your day ones that prey upon your downfall. There is always that thing called karma though. I never liked Joanne, she was a b***h. She acted like she wanted a relationship with her daughter but all that malice in her heart wouldn't allow it. JoJo did deserve to be stab in the back by the people she loved. I got bad vibes from Don in the very beginning that's how I knew he wasn't shit. Jru is a true alpha and gives it straight no chaser. Money was a jokester. This story had me from the beginning all the way through to the end.

Risking it all for the one
I enjoyed reading this story. I love the chemistry between Jholie and Jru from the onset and then how they're connected was awesome. JoJo and Bella has a genuine friendship and bond that I love. I love that this story has characters with positive positions while still relating to urban fiction. Absolutely love the epilogue because Jru did his thing, making sure JoJo knew that he was for real and what they have is more than what she thought, risking it all for the one.

JoJo got on my neve with her trust issues... no matter how much they mean showed her that he was the perfect person for her she pushed back... I'm glad Unc knocked out Dune because he was going to much with that ugly attitude

A true love story
I loved that they JoJo and Jru found friendship and so much more. After both were in horrible relationships previously before meeting. I loved they took their time and learn about each other before moving forward.

Refreshing Read
I enjoyed the book from beginning to end. It was great to read an urban book that wasn't about kingpins/drug dealers or strippers and gold digging baby mamas but about black men and women with legit futures. When it came to the end I really thought Jru and Jholie wasn't going to make but I wasn't surprised that Bella and Money were going to be parents. Maybe you should think about getting another proofreader/editor because there were many errors throughout the book.

A good read with likeable, interesting, characters. Past traumas definitely hinder your life and future if you don't deal with them. I enjoyed these characters and their journey to love. Even through she kept trying to end it because she was scared. He never gave up on her and gave her time to get it together.
