Stacie Schlomo, an Israeli Mossad Agent who helped hire Bordeau as a consultant offers to take his team to tour the Masada National Monument. While Bordeau's team is at the historical site a large group of Orthodox Jews in black, remove all tourists from the mountain to stage a protest. Stacie's small tour group is overlooked and swept up in the protest. They help recover the body of a fallen tourist, treat the head protestors for wounds, and capture the shooter. The Israeli Defense Force liberates Masada, but Stacie and Bordeau's team is arrested along with the protestors. Will they escape Masada or be incarcerated and charged as terrorists?
