Really nothing that’s stands out but it kept me interested enough to finish which is more than the last 5.2 million books I’ve started 🤣😂🫣 super insta everything but I needed a man who knows what he wants unlike the sniveling “she’s too good for me” “she’s too young for me” “she only a friend” “I’m not sure what I want” push and pull crap tropes I’ve been reading bc that’s all authors seem to write anymore. Also a a nice break from manwhore heroes.

Spitefire!!!!

This is a quick fast instant love romance.... I thought it was adorable how Hawk and Brooke met, her putting a gun up to him because she thought he was one of the guys sent to hurt her father.... Brooke dad owes aot of money for gambling and some dangerous guys are after him which put his daughter in danger too and Hawk is starting to fall for the spitfire girl.... Things with the dangerous guys escalate, and Hawk put his self in danger to protect her but the father ends up in the hospital and things between Hawk and Brooke get steamy....

The author has given us a fast paced, quick read that pulls us into the lives of Hawk and Brooke and does not let go. The story keeps us turning the pages with danger, action and love.
