I won a eBook copy of this book though a goodreads giveaway.

This book reinforces everything I've been working on in therapy for the last few years. Creating empathy and boundaries, working on self care, etc. I found it to be helpful as it had more ideas for coping then my therapist has mentioned to me. (mostly because she doesn't have an 101 ideas list like this book!) I will continue with the ideas in this book and probably come back to it again as I work on my coping skills.
