Working for minimum wage with no real benefits is all I’ve known.
But my newest job at the hospital coffee shop feels safe.
It’s friendly enough, and Mrs. Peters always makes sure I have a stack of leftovers to take home after every shift.
Then there’s Dr. de Silva, my favorite customer.
My favorite everything. I mean… The man. Is. Built. And he has the kindest eyes.
Strangely enough, he’s a heart doctor. Probably a good thing for all the palpitations he must give his female patients.
It’s a silly fantasy of mine, pretending he’s thrilled to see me each day. Not as happy as I am to see him, though.
But what chance would a short, thick-set younger girl like me have with an older, mature, and professional guy like him?
He must be a man who knows what he really wants.
Physical stuff aside. What could I have that a man as successful as him would even want?
As it turns out, he’s developed a hankering for my now semi-famous creamed coffee.
Lotsa cream, lotsa sugar.
He only wanted water, but when I innocently asked if he wanted to try my cream and sugar, it was like a flare went off.
In my pants.
After trying my new drink, he’d visit twice or more every shift, and old Mrs. Peters started teasing me about it in her friendly way.
“Cream o’clock,” she calls it.
But it’s our time, Dr. de Silva and me.
For those few moments each day, I get to pretend that I’ve caught the eye of an amazing man.
The perfect man.
But when an accident lands me in the emergency room of the hospital where I work, it’s Dr. Foxx de Silva to the rescue.
And I find out fast that he’s done with cream and sugar in a cup.
The man has it on tap, and there’s only one place he wants it.
Inside me!
Am I dreaming? Did I maybe just bump my head a little too hard when I had my accident?
Or do fairy tales exist in real life?
Can a knight in shining armor really come out of nowhere and sweep a girl off her feet?
This girl is dying to find out. And from now on, there’s only one man who’ll get my cream and sugar.
All for him.
If only he’d just say that’s what he really wants.
Foxx
I’m Dr. Foxx De Silva.
And being a doctor, I deal with tears and joy on a daily basis.
All of it other people’s. No joy or tears from me, though.
Just a doctor who is doing his job.
There was never much to break the pattern either.
Go to work, stack more cash. Go home to a luxury penthouse apartment.
Rinse and repeat.
That was until Mandy came into my life, the new coffee shop girl.
She tells me she makes a mean creamed coffee when all I came for was bottled water.
I instantly became a coffee buyer, but I can’t drink the stuff. I need a steady hand in surgery.
The thought that other people were getting cream from her, though?
It made me insane with jealousy, and I vowed to touch more than just her fingers to get my cream from her.
My growing obsession has me following her home one night, to watch over her, and make sure she gets home safe.
But when I see where she lives, how she’s struggling to make ends meet only to have more of the same misery?
I say ‘enough.’
Time for the good doctor to prescribe something I never have.
And although I struggle with saying the words, those three little words, I have no problem taking her with both hands. I want to show her that real men do exist and that the one thing a real man needs to complete him is sometimes staring him right in the face.
Mandy works at the coffee shop in the hospital which is how she meets Foxx, who is a doctor. She is very attracted to him but it is only when she is injured and needs help that she begins to believe that he feels the same way.
Foxx doesn’t even like coffee but that doesn’t stop him from going to the coffee shop two to three times a day to see Mandy. When he finds out she has been injured there is nothing he wants more than to take care of her not only while she heals but forever.
Once Mandy and Foxx realize that their feelings are reciprocated they are all in and I enjoyed seeing how they were willing to do whatever they could to make the other happy.
This is the book 295 of A Man Who Knows What He Wants series each book does read as a standalone with a sexy older guy and the young women who bring him to his knees no matter how powerful he is because with her he is powerless. Buckle up this is a wild ride, alpha personified, possessive, oh, so gorgeous, brooding all the makings of a deliciously story 😊. There will be some suspense of two people figuring out what they want. By the time you’ve figured out who is who and what is what, you’re already hooked, and you may as well give up the fight and prepare yourself for an all-nighter! Can’t say I didn’t warn you. Oh boy what a story Flora has weaved with this one the title says it best Creamed gets your imagination going now doesn’t it 😊. Mandy hasn’t had it easy most of her life working for next to nothing trying to survive as best she know working in the coffee shop in the hospital with a nice enough boss and crushing on the doctor that comes by for his coffee although he would never be interested in a curvy girl like her with nothing going for herself. Foxx sexy as all get out Dr. De Silva heart specialist dealing with patients delivering good new or bad news daily has worked has worn on him and he would like to meet someone who would love him the man not the doctor or the money his job may /may not bring in. So, meeting the curvy beauty at the coffee shop was refreshing she convinced him to try her cream that she made personally or created in his coffee the thing though he doesn’t like coffee but she was just that convincing and it was good cream but that also woke something up in him but why would she want a man old enough to be her father. The attraction is there for both of them, each day sometimes twice a day getting coffee just to speak with her the attraction only grows she is his and her cream she only be tasted by him only…yep that part and he is going to remedy that by asking her out but will she agree to go out with him considering he is much older than her, will she tell him the truth about her feelings for him or the crush she has on him, has had for a long while, and is there a HEA written for them somewhere down the line?.

*spoilers* Foxx De Silva is a very dedicated cardiac surgeon. When he sees Mandy, a 20 year old curvy girl working at the hospitals coffee shop and she offers him to try her cream and sugar , he comes back for his special coffee as often as possible, also he does not even drink coffee. There is something special between Foxx and Mandy, they both immediately phantasize about a long term future together, their hearts recognizing their mates. They both think the other one is out of their league but this kind of connection can not be ignored. Mandy gets minimum wage and also her boss Mrs. Peters is nice and always let her eat left overs, she barely makes ends meets and has no insurance. Foxx tries to tipp her, having her followed home and seen in what bad appartment she lives, but her boss makes her give it back to Foxx, when she goes after him Mandy sees how he throws away her coffee and somehow it really hurts her. She runs outside and is hit by a car. When Foxx learns about it hours later he takes care of what is his. He tries so sweetly to ease all her worries and not letting go of her until she is allowed to go home and takes her home with him. He takes care of the bill, in short she is his new occupation. He even finally takes sometimes off, which he always refused to do in the past. Mandy has had a rough past, as had Foxx, also they can not immediately confess everything, it connects them on such a deep level. Mandy is afraid confessing being a virgin, but I think we all know, how Foxx will react. Will they be able to confess their feelings and go after all their dreams? It is an insta love story. Also it is very steamy and hot, it has so many heart melting moments. The silver fox takes care of his woman in all aspects, but not overwheling he rtoo much. I found it special how he called her my cream and sugar as a nickname. The special shopping trip did not only give Mandy ‚an-okay-to-tear-up-moment‘ :o).

Dr. Foxx De Silva is a top cardiologist at his hospital. His whole life has been dedicated to his career until the day he walks into the hospital coffee shop and sees the beautiful new employee Mandy. He came in for a water but he can't resist when she asks him if he wanted to try her cream and sugar. Even though he can't stand coffee, he comes in everyday to get some of her cream and sugar. He wants to do everything he can to make her life better so he leaves her a big tip but it is against the rules. Later that day, he hears Mandy was hit by a car and he rushes to her side. He is determined to take her home with him and keep her there forever.
Mandy is fascinated by Dr. De Sliva. Even though he is an important man, he is very kind and friendly to her. She can't help but have fantasies about him. When he leaves his change on the counter, she rushes after him to give it back. She is shocked when she sees him throw away the coffee she made him. She is upset thinking he has been lying to her and runs off without looking where she is going. She gets hit by a car and is admitted to the hospital, She is deperate because she can't afford it and she has no insurance. Then she wakes up and finds Foxx at her side. He tells her he will take care of her.

Oh Lala what is a read Oh my gosh I don’t even know where to start with this book it is an outstanding read. Mandy works at a hospital coffee shop she’s only on minimum wage thankfully her boss is really nice to her and lets her that food, just to help her get by. She has a massive crush on one of the doctors but self-confidence beat her up every time and she doesn’t think she’s not good enough she doesn’t think he would like her because of her Curvy body. Doctor Foxx De Silva Doesn’t like coffee he only goes up to see the beautiful curvy Mandy. His Job is stressful but every time he goes to see Mandy that goes out the window. He thinks because he is twice her age, she probably won’t want him it doesn’t stop him from coming in twice a day sometimes. But then something happens it changes everything and they get to spend time together will they be honest?? Woohooo I really really couldn’t put his book down I was totally hooked and had to read it through the night. There is something very beautiful about the connection that Mandy and foxy have, honestly this is a brilliant read you will not be disappointed in this book. Flora does it again.

What a great book. Flora Ferrari never disappoints. She knows how to write her books in such a way that you are sucked into your book from start to finish. Mandy works in the hospital at a coffee shop and there he meets Dr. De Silva . He comes there every day for coffee when he doesn't even like coffee, just to see Mandy. From the beginning there is an attraction between them but Mandy doesn't know if Foxx like Dr. De Silva feels the same for her. Both feel the same and it shows when she has an accident and ends up in the hospital.
What I like about Flora's stories is that some of them also fit in with situations in daily life. The structure and the storyline are fantastic, the main characters and their characters are perfectly portrayed .. I thought this was a wonderful story and is definitely recommended!

This is the second book I’ve read like this by this author and it’s just as cheesy, maybe kind of creepy. A doctor twice the h’s age is obsessed with her. He’s convinced she will be his and have many of his babies. She has a crush on the much older doctor. She hurts her ankle & he takes her home with him, knowing she belonged to him. Basically within hours & with her hurting from a sprained ankle, he takes her v card. They declare their undying love. Geeze—she’s only 20! A person changes & matures tremendously between 20 and 25. As soon as he took her home from the hospital, he quit being a doctor to spend 24/7 with her. In the epilogue, there is no story that she got an education & got a job. She does, however, pop out babies left & right, and lives with him in their secluded country home. This story with the doctor craving this woman/child was so silly with it’s insta love/lust and it basically was about obsessive possessiveness.
He's a doctor and she's the coffee girl, but each of them has something the other is missing. They just need to figure it out. That shouldn't be too hard, should it?
This is an instant love romance, something that our author writes very well. I enjoy these stories for the quick connection and the lack of angst that often emerge is so many other stories. While I like a good hard fought romance, sometimes it is nice to relax and take the easy approach. The story is well written with fun and enjoyable characters and a good plot. Our hero knows what he wants and is going to ensure they both have an HEA. Overall, another very enjoyable story from our author and I look forward more in the future.
Highly recommended.

This is a good book. Mandy works in a coffee shop and this is where she meets Foxx. Foxx works in the hospital in which the coffee shop is located. The first time Mandy sees Foxx and from then on she can't help but daydream about him. Foxx goes to the coffee shop twice a day sometimes three to catch sight or talk to Mandy. However there is a little twist with buying the coffee and you will have to read to find that out. What happens when Foxx discovers out that Mandy is in the hospital? During her stay it is then that he claims her. There is so much more to their story but you have to read this book to find out. What does their HEA look like?.

Mandy works in the coffee shop in the hospital. She has a special customer Dr. De Silva. He loves her extra creamed and sugar coffee. She day dreams about the older handsome doctor. Dr. Foxx De Silva doesn’t drink coffee. But, he couldn’t resist Mandy’s offer. She will make him an extra creamed and sugar coffee. He returns repeatedly throughout her shift. She can’t find out he doesn’t drink them. He is attracted to the very young and curvy Mandy. An unfortunate accident allows Foxx to step up and take care of Mandy. He takes her to his home to care for her. They are able to explore their attraction to each other. The chemistry is off the chart. Good story with HEA.

Another entertaining, steamy, over-the-top age-gap romance by the incomparable Flora Ferrari. Foxx, a cardiac surgeon and Mandy, the much-younger woman working in the coffee shop in the hospital, have ridiculous chemistry off the hop. A man who dislikes coffee, Foxx frequents the shop at least once a day after Mandy starts working there, trying to work up the nerve to ask her out; while she fans the flames of her crush on the older, attractive doctor. When an accident forces them into close proximity, will either be able to deny their feelings any longer?
A fun, fast-paced, sexy age-gap romance you won't be able to put down.

Mandy is a down on her luck young woman who just can't seem to catch a break. She finally manages to secure a job in the coffee shop of the hospital, where she creates a very sweet, frothy coffee.
Foxx is at the top of his game. He has been a consultant at the hospital for years & is used to the stresses the job throws at him.
When he gets the time, he likes to go to the coffee shop to get a water. On this particular day, he sees a beautiful young lady behind the counter. He is instantly struck by her & is talked into having one of her special coffee's - even though he doesn't usually drink the stuff!
What ensues is a whirlwind of lust & dumped coffees - oh & an accident!
Mandy works at a coffee shop in a hospital, and she just started working there. On her very first day, she serves coffee to a very handsome doctor who seems to have an interest in her.
Foxx fell in love with Mandy for the very first time when she offered him a coffee with cream and sugar. Wanting to give her whatever she wanted, he said yes and took the coffee.
Foxx is very understanding, seeing a kindred spirit in Mandy. Even with a little hiccup in the growth of their relationship, they still seem to stay together. This story was very sweet. I love Flora's books, and can't wait for the next one.

Love Over Coffee - Foxx had always been a workaholic, but the moment he laid eyes on Mandy his mind started showing him pictures of his marriage to Mandy and their family. However, even though both of them had feelings for each other, weariness made them hold back from doing anything about their feelings. It would take an unexpected incident to make them grab the chance of exploring a forever happiness. This was a perfect relaxation read, with amazing characters and a great storyline that will keep you occupied for a few enjoyable hours. It was a worthwhile read that deserves to be recommended.

I received an ARC from the author and am voluntarily leaving my review. This is a sweet and passionate love story between Foxx and Mandy. These two meet at the hospital and feel a strong attraction to each other. They each have doubts but for different reasons. An almost tragedy makes things a lot less complicated and puts them in close proximity. They might have obvious differences but it doesn't change how the connection they feel. It is written with Flora's style with ott feelings between an older man and younger, innocent woman.

In this book we meet Mandy & Foxx. Mandy works at the little coffee shop in the hospital her one bright spot seeing her crush Dr Foxx. Foxx wants Mandy more than words but so far that seems to be his problem is the words. When Mandy almost gets hit by a card that is enough for him she is his now. Can these two find a HEA or will their difference make that impossible?
Another amazing hit by this author. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
An over the top romance between a girl in the hospital coffee shop and a doctor. They both like each other but freeze up when trying to talk to each other, until Mandy has an accident and Foxx goes into alpha male protector mode. Then he's all about protecting her, healing her and claiming her. The build up to her first time is a slow build and has so much tension in it that you'll feel the relief once it finally happens. Loved the carriage ride through the city scenes. Reminded me of so many rom-com movies.

Mandy is struggling to make a living, working for minimum wage and without benefits. She gets a job in the hospital, working in the coffee shop. She meets Dr. Foxx de Silva and both develop feelings for each other, although they keep it to themselves. She is young, and the age gap makes him uncomfortable. Both fear rejection. But when she ends up in the emergency room after an accident, Dr. de Silva wants to give in to his feelings and make her his. Is this something she also wants? Will they finally speak up and make their relationship possible?
This is book 295 of Ferrari's A Man Who Knows What He Wants series. Each book can be read as a stand alone and is an insta lust/love romance with an older man, younger woman romance. Dr. Foxx is a top cardiologist at the hospital. Mandy works at the coffee shop in the hospital. He walks into the coffee shop to get a water because he hates coffee. Little did he know that his future would be waiting for him. One day, Mandy runs after him to give him his change and watches him through the coffee away. Feeling dejected, she turns to run away and is not paying attention and gets hit by a car. After learning that she's in the accident, Dr. Foxx is waiting for her to wake up and let her know who she now belongs to.
I loved this book! Mandy is a young , struggling young lady. She’s a larger gal. Foxx is a doctor at the hospital that she works at in the coffee shop. Both secretly have crushes on each other but fear rejection. Foxx is really hung up on being so much older than Mandy. I loved how their stories played out! Both characters were well developed and likable. I really enjoyed this book!.

Flora Ferrari knows how to get you sucked in her books and fall in love with the characters. This book is no different you have Mandy who works at coffee shop in the hospital and Dr.De Silva a cardiologist who has spent his whole life working and waiting for the one woman who is his soulmate and equal and when he sees Mandy for first time it's love at first site or will someone try to come between them? Great book and absolutely loved it.

This is Book 296 of A Man Who Knows What He Wants. This is the story of Mandy and Dr. Foxx De Silva. This one is a great younger curvy woman and older doctor love story. I loved how over protective Foxx becomes after Mandy ends up in the hospital he works at. I loved how he heads the way his vacation keeps getting interrupted. I loved how this book ends too.

Dr. Fox and Mandy connects when she asks him if he was interested in cream and sugar in his coffee. That statement will resonate with Dr. Foxx and set into motion their path. it is filled with several twists and turns that finally gets them to their happily ever after! I connected with these two and found myself cheering for them to get their chance for happiness!

I volunteered to read this ARC for an honest review. I enjoyed this story about Mandy and Foxx. He's a successful doctor and she's the coffee girl at the hospital cafe. They have an instant connection. But Foxx is older and she's a younger curvy inexperienced girl. After an accident he takes care of her an promises to for the rest of her life.

Foxx and Mandy were sweet together. This story was another Flora hit. Mandy was lonely and Foxx was the bright spot in bed day. Foxx thought he was too old for her and thought there was no way she could be interested in him. Together, they were wonderful. Loved it.

I loved this story of Mandy and Fox. I have read a lot of these “A Man Who Knows What He Wants” and I always enjoy them.
