I absolutely enjoyed reading this duet. I was sucked in in from the start. It was filled with great storyline and lots of heat but I did expect more of a closure at the end. I feel like there should be continued story after this , to find peace and complete hea without something or someone hanging over them

That freaking title is so apt in giving you the feels of the story. When a dangerous man can't resist the younger woman but all he wants is TO TOUCH YOU, as all he wants is Sienna.

Sienna is upset with her father marrying a gold digger and replacing her mother with that woman. She and her brothers are not happy. Sienna showed what she felt even though she cares for her family, she might hate her father right now but she still attends the wedding. Except in a black dress. Lol. I loved her dark sense of humor.

Running away from her ex at a party and kissing a random stranger, sienna never thought that stranger would become so much more.

Noah has a very dark past which is as mysterious as he is himself. He keeps all his cards hidden, not sharing his life or anything. But those snippets we see of his flashbacks bring so many questions as to who is he really. What happened with him that's so bad that can turn a man into a cold Hearted person that he is.

But no matter how much ever cold Hearted he be, when the girl who had kissed him sneaks into his cottage, he is completely entranced by her.

Thus starts their delicious push and pull. Noah wants her but would not give into his desire for her as he's a very dangerous man. Ahhh.... Noah not only frustrated Sienna but I too was just as frustrated with his game of coming close and backing off the next instant.

The freaking chemistry between these two even when nothing has happened between them is just so freaking ELECTRIC AND MESMERIZING, SINKING IT'S CLAWS SO DEEP THAT THEY ARE UNABLE TO RESIST IT.🥵🥵🥵🥵

I feel this one plays with you, teasing you into want and submission just like Sienna.

One word for this one. Unputdownable.
I was so hyped, with all the emotional pain Sienna was going through and wanting to know what would happen next. She is truly broken Hearted and life is rough for her and if all that suffering wasn't enough another secret comes to light which leaves Sienna hopeless and lost as to how could she move ahead in her life.

I loved that Silas, her elder brother, might not be a sensitive guy exactly but the way he supports and stands for Sienna has definitely earned points for him in my eyes.

Then out of the blue once again when sienna's life is turned off its axis, she's more than shocked to find herself come face to face with her past, the reason for her pain.

This one was unexpected in how much it made me feel towards and connect with Noah and Sienna. Especially Noah.. AHH.. I felt so much for the man who had gone through a pain that can destroy anyone.

Definitely this one was more emotional and had a depth to it that turned me inside and out, vouching for Sienna and Noah to conquer all odds and find their happiness. Loved this one. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Passant d'une histoire age gap tout en ne surmontant toujours pas la perte de sa mère (a qui elle a promis de toujours rester au environs pour prendre soin de son père, promesse qu'elle tient jusqu'à présent et qu'elle veut s'avoir), et une relation étrange entre ses frères jumeaux (Silas - le connard, Spencer - le stricte) dans le (tome 1).
Au départ de Noah, pour la protéger, à la découverte du cartel voulant se venger et d'existence et de la mort de sa fille (Evie), passant directement à un roman de thriller en essayant de se sauver des malfrats, et de devoir changer de nom et d'abandonner ses frères et sa vie pour qu'ils puissent rester ensemble (tome 2).

Superb

Loved this dark romance, it was a superb book and I loved it so much I was still reading it at gone 5am this morning because I couldn't put it down! I loved all the characters in this book. Terrible things had happened to Noah (Alpha) but he kept his beast deep down inside until he took a job at the Whitlock Estate. I'm not leaving spoilers but this book has all the feels especially when Noah releases his inner beast. The sex is so hot in this book and the twists in the storyline are really very well done. The whole book is a fantastic read. I am now following Bella J 😍😍😍😍😍

the jealousy and angst in this duet gave me life! also daddy noah is so fine, he is literally the definition of a fictional MAN. the only reason this isn't a five star is because i felt that the ending was a bit rushed.

The story is an Age gap of 15 years between Sienna and Noah. Noah has a past and a past that comes to haunt him. Sienna is young and when her mom died she made promise to look after her dad. Sienna falls hard and fast and Noah is trying to stay away.
Now Bella J always manages to bring the dark themes into her books which one can only love. I truly enjoyed this book so very much

Here is my opinion about it:

If you look at the dates on which I started and finished it, you can see it took me a pretty long damn time. And this was because I didn't enjoy it, but I was required to review it.

I'll skip the synopsis and go straight to what I did and didn't like.

The book started promising. I'm not going to lie. I liked the writing, and the hot scenes were definitely top level, so I read a hundred pages in less than a day. And then everything went downhill. The next part (till the penultimate chapter) was boring and uneventful, so respectively followed the fact that the book couldn't grab my attention, and I made myself read it. The last two chapters were on the level of the first few, and this is the reason I give this book 2 stars, instead of one.

The characters were bland and annoying, and I wanted to kill each of them at least a dozen times. Sienna was an act-hard girl, but she was actually a weak-ass barbie, and I only liked a few aspects of her personality. Noah, on the other hand, I hated. He seemed abusive at times and too selfish for my preferences. (I like my heroes broken and dark, but there was something off about him). The fact that we didn't get a whole scene of him tasting her is a sin in the romance genre

The only two characters I enjoyed were Sillas and Spencer, and their relationship reminded me of Crash and Eddie from Ice Age. I saw potential in Oakley to be a prominent character with lots of development, or the perfect villain, but the author just threw him in the bin - like she suddenly decided she should get rid of him. In his place came Andrew, who was also a decent character, and I would've loved to see more of him. But I didn't get what I wanted.

There were two things which made me hate the story, and I almost DNFed it. And they are the miscommunication between Noah and Siena, which drove me insane in the second part of the book; and the miraculous unexpected pregnancy. I hate them in my books, and I think people should put them as trigger warnings.

The end was... Well, for one I am glad it ended, cause the entire book was a disaster, but it also ended badly. Like how are we supposed to accept this is HEA when there are numerous people trying to kill him and his family. And I hated the choice they made.

The truth is, I don't see them as a healthy couple. They were always fighting, abusing each other, had no communication, and just were one toxic pair.

I didn't enjoy this book but don't let my OPINION stop you from reading it. I think there were a lot of things to change and lots of improvement needed. I found the recycled scenes (some appeared two times) lazy, and I wished I wasn't forced to read them twice

This was one of the hottest books I have read recently. This story is an age gap with some BDSM. It has dual POV’s.

Sienna (20 years old) comes off as a rich, spoiled, party girl who hates her new step mother. Looks can be deceiving.

Noah (approx 35 years old) is “retired” from the Military and just wants to be left alone to do his construction jobs. On one of his new jobs he knocks on the door where there is a party happening, a young girl, (Sienna), answers and immediately kisses him. That kiss changes the course of Noah’s and Sienna’s life.

These two are not what they seem, Noah has a tortured look in his eyes and has a lot of secrets.

The chemistry between these two is off the charts from the first moment they meet. This story had everything I look for in a book, romance, super hot loving, mystery, a little danger. This will definitely be a frequent reread for me.

This story is a stand alone romance book with a HEA and there was no cliff hanger, however I got the feeling there was some unresolved items with her dad, step mom and brothers, so maybe there will be some additional stories, I wouldn’t mind reading more about. Noah and Sienna, if not the story ended well.

I recommend this book for all the reasons listed above

Part 1: The tension between Sienna and Noah was delicious, and I loved how the story started immediately between them. Noah has a darkness inside of him and plenty to hide. There is push/pull as Noah struggles with wanting Sienna so much, but what he’s hiding is making him think he needs to push her way. But oh he fails spectacularly and when they come together it’s absolute fire 🔥 5 🌶 explicit scenes with a medium amount of BD$M play. This is not a slow burn, more of a medium burn. There is insta-lust, but no insta-love. Also, with the 15 year age gap (he’s 35 and she’s 20; neither of them are v!rg!ns) he does call her “baby girl” sometimes, but there’s no age play or daddy k!nk. A lot of OM drama as her ex becomes increasingly more manic, but she wants nothing to do with him anymore, so there’s no cheating. And the cliffhanger at the end - so good!

Part 2: There were several times I teared up at the bone deep ache Noah and Sienna were experiencing, especially when Noah finally told Sienna EVERYTHING that happened. I loved how, no matter how hurt they were and how much they fought it, they couldn’t help themselves and had to be together, and they got their sweet HEA <3

I was always wondering where this story was headed, just when I thought it was going one way the author took it another way and I loved it, Noah has some pretty dark things going on from his past and then you have Sienna who hates her step mom has so many issues, Noah and Sienna can’t seem to stay away from each other and the author takes us on an amazing ride, hated that it came to an end but as always I couldn’t put her book down.

This book is hot! Noah and Sienna heats up the pages right from the beginning. She takes a chance and kisses a stranger him being Noah. They are drawn to each other, but Noah tries to keep away while at the same time wants Sienna. He works for her father, and he is much older than she is. This age gap romance had me drawn into their story with all of the heated scenes and had me in their corner to get their chance to find happiness!

I honestly had a hard time finishing this duet. I liked the first book, but had a hard time with the second book.

I never felt the connection between Noah & Sienna. The first book takes place over about a 4 day period. Noah leaves and Sienna is devastated. She spends 8 weeks in bed heartbroken at the beginning of the second book.

Wow, this book will drag you in and shake you up!
From the instant that Sienna kisses Noah at the door to make a statement to her ex-boyfriend, these two are almost fated for each other! But life for these two won’t be without their ups and downs, as it seems both their pasts will haunt them. It all comes down to will Noah get away from his fear for Sienna’s future with or without him! You have to read to find out and don’t plan on getting sleep because you won’t be able to put the book down.

Noah and Sienna story is full of heat, hot steamy teasing scenes and more, an age gap, bdsm, and more! the push and pull between these two, keeps you on your toes and waiting for ever moment! an enjoyable read and two books in !.

Sienna ends up kissing a stranger at her door who turns out to be Noah and sparks fly. Noah, works for her father, is older and has a lot of secrets in his past but she can’t stay away. Fast-paced read with plenty of drama and emotion. Great characters with lots of depth and an entertaining story with steamy chemistry and plenty of twists and turns. I really liked it.

A fantastic duet. Just what you'd expect from Bella J. Delightfully sinful and steamy. Great characters, and a well written storyline. Would recommend.

Wow!! This book was absolutely amazing!! I LOVED the story so much!! Noah is a damaged man and vows to never fall in love again until a fiery redhead walks into his life with a simple kiss. Noah has people after him so he never stays in a place for too long. Such a great read!!
