What do you get when you cross a true mate with someone who doesn’t want you, and a witch who shouldn’t exist and now has an extra gift on top of her already bizarre magic?
Me. That’s what. You. Get. Me.
Running for my life didn’t go exactly as I’d planned, and now I’m not only back at square one but I’m also more alone than I’ve ever been before. With a dragon living in my head, magic unleashed that I can’t use, and a countdown on my time left alive…I’m not so sure I have a way out of this one.
So, what do you get when a Voodoo witch with a dragon mate is being held captive with no way out, and has a bleak looking future with no tea in sight?
Eileen Waite is an English author based in the U.K. She has a supreme love of tea and chocolate, and spends her days looking after her gorgeous baby boy. She most enjoys reading and writing and spending time with her husband and baby.
Eileen broke into the reverse harem world as an author in 2020, after reading the genre for 3 years prior. Eileen has always had a love for writing all genres- from horror to fantasy, to contemporary romance to paranormal- and adding reverse harem to the list was a no brainer! She enjoys the group dynamics that can be explored in RH plots and has many ideas for future releases, which include witches, shifters and the devil for paranormal, and gangs, second-chances and more for contemporary!

Great followup to book 1!! It's a slow burn and so good! I love these characters! How can you hate a fictional character so much but then absolutely love him?? Because that's what happens here! I already can't wait for the next book!
I like this series overall - the voodoo aspect is intriguing, and Isla is a great FMC. I thought the first part was great -heartbreaking, but good. I like most of the guys - I even like Ash at times. Cal and Res are interesting, although I don’t feel like we got to really know them much. What annoyed me was that things kept getting put off. ***************spoilers******************************************************************************************************************************************* Like they said they were going to train her for her magic, but for some unknown reason, they didn’t really for awhile. Also, Ash and the guys acting like she should have trusted them and told them her history and then Ash wouldn’t have turned her in - Seriously? They were strangers, and barely knew each other for a couple days in book 1? Why would a girl on the run tell them, strangers, anything? I did feel a little bad for Ash that Isla wasn’t even willing to talk to him, but then again, when he did talk, he tended to not really accept responsibility and be a jerk. I did see him trying to make up for it though with his actions. Also, I’m this book it says the other guys didn’t know what Ash had done, but at the end of book 1, Isla comes downstairs a day or so before and Ash and 2 of the guys (I think amber and Blaze- are arguing about Ash betraying them, so I thought they did know? I am still intrigued by this series, so I will likely check out book 3.
I started this series last night and have binged the first two books. The guys show her so much love and we have add Cal and Res. With the exception for Ash who Isla did not forgive yet I'm happy the author took this route because a lot of the time mfc forgives way to easy. I'm off to read the next book.
This was a good read but also it annoyed my how the men pushed her and made her feel guilty for not forgiving the man who had betrayed her. Who got her tortured and almost r*ped. And it just almost killed the book for me. And the man who betrayed her got angry at her for not forgiving and blamed her and push her and then the other men who yelled at him in private keep pushing her when ever they saw her. You have to forgive him. Like wth? I don’t much care for any of the men now.
