Some of the things she says is good. But Catholicism is not a Christian belief system. Glad she realized getting to Jesus through a priest was wrong. She said something else that she realized was not right but I forgot what it was.

Mary is not the mother of God. God has always been and always will be, not created, not born, but eternal. God has no mother. Jesus does. Preying to Mary is not what is taught in the Bible. All believers, which doesn’t include Catholics, are to pray to the Father in the name of Jesus, in the power of the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity. Yes, He is God too. Catholic teaching is that the Holy Spirit is love thrown out into the world. If praying to Mary blesses someone and brings them closer to Jesus, as Ali says it did for her, that sounds like Jesus must depend on Mary. He does not. He doesn’t need Mary’s help. He is God Almighty and capable to do His will without the help of any saint.

Mary isn’t standing beside Jesus to help Him do His work. He sends angels to fulfill His will. They were created for this purpose. It isn’t the same. Contrary to what Catholicism teaches, Mary was human with a sinful nature. All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. There is none good but one and that is God. Jesus said that. If Mary didn’t have a sinful nature and didn’t have to die, Jesus would not have said those words. Romans 3:23 and 6:23 would have to pardon Mary, but they don’t.

All means all in this case. No one escapes death except at the rapture and in the Old Testament, Enoch and Elijah. I think the 144,000 in Revelation are not going to die. The exceptions told to us and Mary isn’t included. Those who have lived in this fallen world will not come back to help, protect or speak to those that are still here. No communication at all. They are sinless and untouched by sin in the life hereafter. No sin will touch them. They can’t hear us and praying to them is a sin.

I explained how we are told to pray. Satan has deceived Ali and caused her to believe lies, while blinding her to the truth. Satan and devils can appear as angels of light. Good works don’t help save us, they follow salvation. I know a lot about Catholicism, and holy water, infant baptism, receiving salvation in the baptismal water, Mary as said to be co-creator, having to do the sign of the cross, using a rosary, doing Hail Marys, praying to saints and confessing sins to a priest, purgatory, believing a baby is forever saved at baptism is all false teaching, lies of Satan.

Also books added to the canon of Scripture is a problem because they are full of contradictions and supposedly added truth. I honestly can’t think of one doctrine that is not twisted. Purgatory should prove that even the death, burial and resurrection is not based on truth if Jesus didn’t finish all He came to accomplish, so if there is a purgatory, then our works help save us. That really means a person is lost as long as they remain in these teachings. If they die in them, they are lost for all of eternity. No exceptions here.

Christianity is the only true belief system in the world because it is the only one with a true Savior, with a Savior that was God clothed in flesh that gave Him the ability to walk in our shoes, to identify with humanity except for a sinful nature, to be able to die, shedding His blood for our sins which was required for our redemption. The sinless dying for the guilty. The second Adam, Jesus, our kinsman redeemer buying back what the first Adam lost due to disobeying God. We would all have made the same choice, since Adam was the head of the human race and we were all in him.

The pope, nuns, spiritual fathers, the church being built on Peter, all lies. The foundation of the church is Jesus, not Peter, and Jesus is the cornerstone of the church, The Bridegroom The Head of the church. He is Lord!!
If you are a Christian, then you will understand what I am saying and if you aren’t I pray God will show you the truth and that you will receive Jesus by faith + nothing.

Even some denominations that claim to be Christian are not. I have shared enough truth that you should be able to find a good church. Health, wealth and prosperity teachings should be avoided. Jesus never promised these things. He did say we would suffer and He would use it for good and that He would never leave nor forsake us. We have to take the good and the bad. That is because we live in a sinful body in a fallen world. Suffering helps us spiritually to grow if we will allow Jesus to use our suffering for good. And we can help others in their sufferings. Wealth can be a hindrance. Most would think they don’t need God if they were rich.

Prosperity comes in many forms. If we prosper in any way, we know it. We want these things and believers want them for us, but it isn’t always what is best for us. To become more like Jesus is what is best and it can hurt to grow. Stay away from the prosperity gospel. It is full of false doctrine. I was involved in it for many years. I was deceived into believing that if we were not healed, it was because of lack of faith. And I found after some years they believed it possible to lose your salvation, get saved again, lose it again and on and on. You had better be right with God since you could die after being saved. Or you could cross a line and never be able to be saved again.

There are so many to stay a way from. The United Church of Christ, Mormons, Church of the Latter Day Saints, Jehovah Witnesses, Scientology, Seventh Day Adventists, Christian Science. These all claim to be Christian, but false doctrine is there. To talk about or teach Jesus is not necessarily Christian. You have to believe rightly.

I am sorry Ali’s losses has not led her out of the Catholic Church. All should heed my words, for more people will be in Hell than Heaven. That is because they won’t listen to the truth or they haven’t heard the truth. Most are in false religions, false churches, or say they are atheists or agnostics. Anglican is another one to stay away from and churches with women pastors. They are not called of God. To add to or take away from the Bible is leading one into all diversities of sins. The book, Exangeljcals, think is the name of it, is twisting the truth of the Bible into a lie. These are bound for Hell because they don’t believe the truth. Using Jesus will not help them. The Bible teaches that many will fall away in the last days. Those that are saved are forever saved, those that hear and turn away because they have never been saved is scary . All babies and young children are covered in the righteousness of God and will go to Heaven at their young ages.

I listened to 51% of this book and couldn’t continue with hearing the teachings I know are false.Episcopal teaching are so liberal that it is not worth the time and energy. One does not grow in this church. Salvation is scene so very little. We are so loved and desired by The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit. Judaism is not Christian, but many have converted. It is Jesus all the way or it is one’s total eternal destruction to be separated from the Trinity forever, in torment. Cathy R

4/10: it felt like there should have been a little more care taken with this book; the topics felt half analyzed at times; super quick read and wish there would've been more about her title
