Tech entrepreneur Mukesh Bansal has been a lifelong student of human performance optimisation. He has studied the science behind it, and worked closely with high performers across business, sports and entertainment, to understand what it takes to transcend apparent limitations and achieve true potential.
Through his entrepreneurial experience and studying the field of health and fitness, Bansal came to understand the enormous power of the ability of the human brain to rewire itself at will as we develop new skills. He also realised that high performers across domains rely on common tools that were embraced by ancient wisdom and are validated by modern science. Knowing that high performance is not a matter of genetics or luck is highly empowering. No Limits distils Bansal's findings on talent, deliberate practice, mindset, habit, willpower and learning. It is a guide to maximising one's potential with well-defined strategies. So, no matter what you do, you can be a superior version of yourself, performing at increasingly better levels, constantly reaching higher.
Black background, infinity symbol & subtitle "art & science of high performance", these three things were captured by my bookish mind when I first saw the cover on the WritersMelon site. Initially, I was unimpressed, maybe cover was giving me a feeling of an academic look to the book, but I am a staunch believer of "never judge a book based on its cover". So I searched about Mukesh Bansal, and that's when I came to know he is the guy behind two famous brands Myntra & CureFit. So my perception of an academic book was changed to an inspirational one. I applied for the book and luckily I got a chance to review it. I know I took around 15-17 days to bring the review but the length and depth of the book expect dedication from its reader.
I will the book is no less than a jackpot for me. The velvety black cover and inspiring childhood sorry of Mukesh became instrumental for me to keep this book on the priority that other currently-reading shelf.
The best part of the book is the content design. The book is divided into four segments. Just like a practical teacher, Mukesh has covered his journey from childhood to the latest addition to his portfolio CureFit. This part his inspiring and exemplary in many ways. From that segment, Mukesh took readers through the fundamentals & technicalities of talent, smart/hard work, habits, physical & mental health. Once the reader is properly informed, Mukesh took them a tide of practical examples and showed how the topics explained in the book can be taken in practical use. Read the book to know more.
The book is written for everyone. Its simple language & easy explanation can increase readers' curiosity for more. Ample examples & anecdotes support terminologies & topics covered in the book. There are many incidents in the book which you can relate to your life or the people around you. The balance between theories & practicality has been maintained wonderfully. Overall a wonderful read.
The book deserves 5 out of 5 for the awesomeness of its coverage.
Something I think people need to know, before picking this book, is the difference between the perception that the book would create by the looks of it and what you'd actually find inside, which is in fact, much deeper.
What the author means by the "The art & science of high performance" revolves around 4 basic tenets - Proper sleep, Mental fitness, Physical fitness & Proper diet. And he has done a great job in exploring these 4 extremely important aspects in great detail. He breaks these tenets down into other important concepts of talent, smart / hard work, mindset & beliefs, habits, focus, etc.
His findings supplanted by strong evidence based research done by psychologists from around the world is a great testament to the effectiveness of his methods, and which, for a psychology nerd like me, was sheer music to my ears.
The idea behind the book is how today high performance is neither dependent on innate talent or some god's gift nor restricted by any bodily limitations or external circumstances. And he has included tons of experiments to showcase how being on the correct path regarding the most basic things in your life, for example, a proper sleep, can help in defying the odds without any superhuman ability. And how not following these can disrupt your mental as well as physical well being.
Throughout the book, Mukesh Bansal has sprinkled small routines / changes what he calls performance hacks, which are easy to incorporate to better one's lifestyle and high performance aspirations. The book is very well planned and laid out in a sense that how one first needs to know about the problem statements, then comes the solutions, then examples of how to apply those solutions and finally on the tools that would help in the application process.
And I firmly believe in Mukesh's methods that if people are able to incorporate even half of what he talks about in the book, a high performance lifestyle will not be something too far-fetched.
Should I be talking about the book first or the fact that all the proceeds collected from the book will go towards supporting athletes who aspire for Olympics 2020 and 2024.
The Curefit Master, Mukesh has delivered an exceptional book that talks about performance optimisation. With the right use of body and mind, humans can achieve almost anything, hence the title “No Limits”.
The book is divided in four parts: Before we dive in (an introduction to self and the journey lived), Science and Foundation (talking about the mind and body), Tools of the Trade (habits, mindset and learnings of life) and finally, From theory to action (talking about productivity, creativity and ultimate purpose). This book is such a well balanced read that at times you actually put it down, take time to process and then move onto next topic.
Every chapter is filled with small anecdotes, performance hacks, cheat sheets. The book has been wonderfully crafted and could deliver efficiently, partly because the author himself seems to be a student, a student who wants to impart his knowledge to the coming generation of entrepreneurs.
No Limits is a well researched book which emerges out of a genuine intent. It is not just philosophy, it includes science, statistics and a lot of personal inputs. Compared to other self help books, it is much easier to read because of the simple language and effective techniques.
This book is for everyone, the simplicity of language and all inclusiveness of the content makes it even more appealing to every kind of reader. Given the fact, that it written by a successful entrepreneur, the learnings become even more authentic. I will definitely recommend this book to all the people out there who want to read a good ‘Self help’ book.
This is a very well researched book- borrowing from very credible sources and making a nice compendium of all available resources that help you optimize your life and your performance to take it to the next level.
3 stars because I think it's a missed opportunity by Mukesh Bansal to talk about a lot of his life stories and anecdotes. There's nothing original about and from him, whereas I'm sure with his wealth of experience, he would have a lot to contribute. Therefore, q bit disappointed.
I love reading books by successful individuals as i always believe these people has special wisdom to pass. And this books proves me right and wrong. Right in the sense that Mukesh sirs ideas and knowledge on high performance is elegantly jolted down by him on the pages. And wrong in the sense that it brings down my very idea of "special wisdom" down to the fact that there is no secret formula or inborn talent that helps you to gain success it is just high performance. The book as it says is the art and science of high performance.I always love reading non fictions especially self help books. A lot of topics discussed in this book is something i had already read, but the way the author had compiled everything into the book and connected them directly to our performance is done in a sophisticated manner. And that is the biggest highlight of the book. The book is compiled into 4 parts having 3 chapters each with every chapter focusing on the important aspects that help us gain high performance. The language used is simple, the ideas being said are also not complicated. The best part about the book is how it breaks the stereotypical belief that geniuses are made by genes and luck. It explores some known and unknown topics like sleep, body, mind, habits, Time Management etc. It is not a one sitting read, it takes time to absorb the ideas he is portraying. Another few things i loved about the book was the performance hack boxes and the "No Limits Toolkit" I am already utilizing the tool kit.I rate this book five out of five stars. This book is an ocean of knowledge waiting to be passed on and use piratically in our daily life. The book is filled with references to real life which makes the book more interesting. I recommend this book to everyone. It is a must read kind of book.
This book can be used as multivitamin capsule. Author painstakingly researched and churned loads of behavioral psychology texts to write this. It is not self-help type of book. Each and every paragraph is supported by works of famous authors and papers which are uniquely blended to generate a kind of fragrance which holds the nose and drags through out from cover to acknowledgement page.
Even if one doesn't read all recent groundbreaking books on behavioral science, this book will serve the purpose. So, if one wishes to grow infinitely then what stops her/him to flip through it.
As someone who believes she's been unable to uncover her capabilities and potential to nowhere close to the fullest, I picked up No Limits with a strong "learner" attitude and hoped it would really help me learn all about human performance and equip me to script my own journey of success. That's what the book aims to do.
The book is divided into four broad sections: Before we dive in, Science and foundation, Tools of the trade, and From theory to action. Each section includes chapters sprinkled generously with hacks and tools to help the reader progress and adapt ideas from the book.
Sounds promising, but I'll rate the book 3/5 at best.
What surprised me most was the lack of originality and length of the book. First, No Limits appears to be an amalgamation of others' work. By my count, the author quotes surveys and anecdotes from a whopping 110+ books and studies to write the book. Now to give credit where it's due, that also reflects the vast knowledge the author has gained over the years, which is commendable. Also, it's an art to know what ideas to pick from where, as not everything one reads is worth remembering. So an extra rating pint to the book for that!
Otherwise, the book could have been a lot more condensed as there's a lot of repetition, making it a boring and stretched read. Also, I found only bits of value here and there and thought I could easily skip portions.
That's not to say I didn't find anything useful to take away from the book! Some of the anecdotes are really interesting. The author can't stress enough on the importance of choosing a healthy life, including food, exercise, sleep and lifestyle habits to use your brain productively, which is something we often hear but don't implement.
Some of my favorite ideas from the book are: 1) There's no such thing as inborn talent (although I don't agree with this entirely). 2) Working more hours doesn’t mean you're more productive (yay, finally someone said this!) 3) Your brain can learn almost anything at any age. That's a remarkable idea!
I'll certainly remember the theory of the "plasticity" of the mind next time I stop myself from learning something new believing I might not be able to do so, but I wish No Limits had really pushed me hard to strive for no limits. I hope the author shares his own real-life, practical examples next time he wants to push forward an idea.
Some books are so forceful that after reading them, you will never remain the same person. No Limits by the former Myntra founder, Mukesh Bansal, is one such life-altering book for me.
As a child, I tried to learn many things but used to give up thinking that I am not good enough. Self-doubt was a big mental block that sabotaged my efforts to learn new skills, and I never managed to attain my true potential.
'No Limits' is an eye-opening book. Mukesh Bansal bursts the myth that talent is innate or gifted. The human mind and body have infinite possibilities that anyone can tap to achieve what appears to be impossible. Based on the analysis of many experts, and his personal experience, Mukesh Bansal draws a roadmap through which you can unleash your full potential.
He writes, how you can establish perfect sync between our mind and body along with working on your habits, productivity, will power, and mindset to become a high performer in your field and to live a mindful life with a purpose.
I would recommend this book to everyone who thought that they are not talented enough because talent is not gifted but deliberately developed. Parents and children should read this book.
Must read for all the Icaruses and Johnathan Seagulls out there . Mukesh has compiled all what you need to call for a flight. My heartfelt thanks to the author
Who doesn't have dreams ? Almost everyone does. For some it's short term and for a few it's long term goals. But how many know the right way to get there ? Very few. We all try to achieve our goals but mostly settle for mediocre results. What makes it different for us to those who excel in their life and achieve all of their dreams and have a successful life.?? A proper route and a right guide.
We always set a path for ourselves in life. We set a time for getting to our ultimate goals but without a proper guide and good guidance , the path only gets delusional and get us stuck in a never ending cycle. But the author in this book has tried to be a guide to your life and walk you through success. Everyone's paths and destination might be different but with these helpful tips, it is possible to get there in our time and pace.
The book No Limits is more like sharing the life journey of one of the biggest entrepreneurs of our country, Mukesh Bansal. Mukesh Bansal being the co founder of Flipkart and Myntra has tried to impart enough knowledge for everyone who is confused with their goals, have doubts about their potential and guided us through on how to tap those potential within us and make it a key factor of our life.
Coming to the writing style, the book has been one easy read. The English used is simple and keeps you engaged into it and the word flow is smooth. The author's presentation of everything he has to say is tremendous and makes you understand every word of it in the simplest way. The contents at some places could have been short and may the book could have been less thicker but it's still the best in its complete format as it is now.
Finally, I would like to recommend this book to every single person in this world who wants to achieve success in life and are restraining themselves with petty reasons and stay under achievers. It's a wonderful book and will be waiting for many more of the similar kind from the author.
It’s a book of non fiction genre. It’s about the art and science of high performance. There is an organisation that helps our athletes and sports personnel to enhance their performances. And author Mukesh Bansal has been associated with it since long. The author has written this book by his experiences and the teaching principles he learnt throughout. The book has been divided into four parts. First part consists of general introduction and few examples or incidents. I liked how author has used example of “Jonathan Livingston Seagull” that book is one of my favourites. In following parts author has given us the tricks and techniques using simple methods. And I loved the exercises given by the author. I performed each and every and it was quite helpful for me. There is rough frame work of every chapters. Author has begin with a story or incident than examples. My favourite concept or chapter was “The plastic mind” Being a physiotherapist, I knew brain plasticity concept a little bit but author has given me a whole new perspective. I liked the technique how magicians use their memory. I tried that technique and it definitely works. So I enjoyed all exercises given in it. I loved all the performance hacks. Being in fitness area, those are quite helpful and I was unaware from some of them. This book is useful not only to athletes but people who would like to achieve anything in any area. The book has been written in easily understandable method so it’s easy to comprehend. Author has covered almost all the useful topics. The author has done good research and then penned down this entire work. Overall it’s quite helpful. Recommended from my side.
Is talent innate or it can be developed with deliberate practice? Can you rewire your mind at will? Is creativity limited to the arts? How does one unleash the creativity within?
No Limits: The Art and Science of High Performance by Mukesh Bansal weaves together ancient wisdom and modern science providing you insights and tools for high performance. A comprehensive book that guides you towards the path of excellence while dispelling long harbored myths. The body and the mind do indeed have no limitations.
“The human brain has 100 billion neurons, each neuron connected to 10,000 other neurons. Sitting on your shoulders is the most complicated object in the known universe.” – Michio Kaku
Unlike the usual self-help books, this is a well-rounded one where the author shares experiences, examples, wisdom, and insights. The case studies and examples from the fields of music and sports make for an interesting read. It has a lot of information packed in a little less than 400 pages. I would suggest spacing out the reading to process it all.
The book is divided into four sections – the author’s own journey, the science and foundation, the tools, and finally the implementation. It is a crisp, well-researched book that discusses habit formation, the plastic mind, and life’s purpose with equal ease.
I couldn’t help comparing it to Ikigai: The Japanese Secret to a Long and Happy Life that I read last month. The two books are quite similar in structure.
The language is simple. Although it does include a lot of statistics, it is easy to read. The book contains “performance hacks” that are quite common in self-help books. They are a great way to implement the takeaways from the chapters. There is also a performance cheat sheet at the end of the book to summarize it all. The book is peppered with quotes that I always relish.
I enjoyed reading the book and would be returning to it quite often. I highly recommend it and it is an asset on your bookshelf.
I received a copy of the book from Writersmelon in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are my own.
No Limits By Mukesh Bansal @westland_books @writersmelon No limits is a one such book which challenges you to become a better version of yourself. It is not only a non fiction, inspirational or motivational book but it also contains so many stories related to ancient time, people who used vedic knowledge, science and developed new tools and ways to become more civilized and productive. It also focused on how we can utilize our brain, body and learn new skills at any age,the theory of Plasticity is really interesting.
Mukesh Bansal, the owner of Myntra is not an ordinary name and we often gave reference to people how he successfully made a big company at such a young age so his name is the very source of inspiration for us and after reading this book i can surely say that he shared his whole entrepreneurial experience and knowledge in this book so for me if you want to become extraordinary from ordinary then this book definitely for you. The writing style is very clear and concise and the inspirational quotes and stories of successful persons are really makes this book a perfect read. Rating :4.5⭐
A mature outlook on productivity that attempts to cover also the drivers of productivity - creativity and meaning/purpose of life - something missing in popular discussion.
Though the book is definitely just a summary of all the popular works that the author finds related to or useful towards productivity - it’s a great summary at that. The author’s outlook is refreshing and covers, apart from some very well known topics and sources, topics and sources I might not have explored on my own in my quest for meaning and productivity and for that I rate this as an excellent read.
Also, the author’s inspirations and references were very relatable to me as an Indian reader - from Jambavant from Ramayan to Murad from Gully Boy - something I’ve always latently wished for in most books on this topic full of American pop culture references (nothing wrong with it obviously, I just don’t find them as relatable/inspiring)
No Limits promises to be a guide to maximise one's potential using various strategies and it doesn't disappoint. It borrows heavily from many well known books and introduces readers to many concepts on habit forming, deliberate practice, willpower development, plasticity of mind, importance of sleep and exercise. Although some concepts have an alternate theory, it summarises theories well and the only way to appreciate the best theory is by trying to understand both sides of it.
The writing style makes it an easy read and is a great introductory book for curious readers just beginning their quest to achieve eudemonia.
I've admired Mukesh Bansal as an entrepreneur and been impressed by the sort of companies he's created. Curefit is something I'll always be grateful for because of the way it's transformed the fitness landscape in India. Imo, it's one of the best things that's happened to the country in the last decade.
I must admit that I didn't expect the book to be groundbreaking. In many ways it wasn't because Mukesh touches upon concepts I've read before so there's nothing new in there. But he's done a great job of putting things together in a captivating, comprehensive, and relatable manner. Overall, it was an enjoyable and a useful read. I particularly like that this has been written by an Indian and appreciate the insight I got into the mind of an entrepreneur I've been inspired by.
'No Limits' by Mukesh Bansal, the founder of Myntra, is an amazing one. I never accredited any book written by recent Indian authors at this level.
It's just a high-performance manual with a small topic on his work and start-up experience — overall - a journey from several failures to success. Personal success precedes business success. Personal success needs managing one's bodily and mental health - a healthy mind in a healthy body.
Top learnings: Failures precede success. Our wish to succeed without any failures is a colossal failure.
Theme: High Performance. Recurring theme or motif: Use it or lose it - atrophy.
A book which comprises many things that are tested and proven. A book where you get a perfect amalgamation of ancient wisdom and modern sciences. A book which talks about how to improve your performance as an Individual. A book which should be read by aspiring individual who likes to know about human philosophy, psychology and how it leads to human performances. A must read for one and all.
This is a wonderful book, to the point, easy to read and concise with everything you need to for a holistic healthy living. Mukesh Bansal is the celebrated founder of Myntra who is now leading Cure.fit in India.
I have always loved the approach of cure fit and the way it is evolving its business model. Starting off as fitness centres, to healthy food, diagonostic centres, etc.. it is one of those startups with the potential to capture the entire value chain across in the health space.
Getting to the book, it is structured neatly starting with a short biography of the author’s journey and then a short note on Hero’s journey where the author details out the typical archetype of a hero story.
The second section is “Science and foundation” where he details on talent being aquired, the human body and the plastic mind.
The third section is “tools of the trade where the author speaks of excellence being a habit, and how it is all about the mindset and learning for life.
The final section is “from theory to action”, where he touches upon productivity, creativity, and the pursuit of purpose.
The author ends the book with a “no limits” performance cheat sheet” and a toolkit which I honestly did not find all that appealing. The cheat sheet had the usual 12 suspects – sleep, move, walk, eat right, say no to sugar, eat fresh, yoga, meditation, H2O all day, priming, coach and purpose. While the toolkit had links to tools on meditation (headspace), sleep (sonicsleepcoach), exercise and tracking calories (myfitnesspal, oura ring), testing (teloyears), brain training (Lumosity), fitness (nike + run club), recovery (cryotherapy), etc..
Overall, I recommend this book to anyone looking for a top level insight into a healthy holistic living. All basis stuff, but put them all together and you have a good insight on how to maximize the potential of this amazing machine called the human body.
The book has these performance hacks throughout the book which are good reminders of way to a high productive healthy life. I am attempting to list them down here. They are quite a few in number but am hoping to keep referring back to them for a quick push.

The author has referenced to so many books, that it sometimes seems like a summary to all those books.
A must read for a quick primer on being healthy. Have saved the entire bunch of notes that I underlined in a separate post.

Most of us have two lives. The life we live, and the unlived life within us – Steven pressfield
The book primarily focuses on improving human performance, how one can achieve what they desire with a little bit tweaking of mind and body. Mukesh Bansal has made his point clear from the introduction itself that he wrote the book from the perspective of an experimenter rather than an expert.
He puts together every gem of knowledge that acquired from his experiences, books, people he looks up to, in this one book. I would say, a one-stop for people who look for books on high-performance optimization.
The basic idea of the book lies on three factors - which the author believes the keys to master at something- which are practice, motivation and coaching. Fair enough, right? Unlike other books that advocates manifestation of thoughts can bring power, No Limits has clearly stated if you want to achieve something, you must put in work. Mastering at something is not a matter of innate ability.
I gauge a self-help book from the anecdotes an author quotes from his life experience to support the principle idea of his/her book. No Limits has hit that mark - I got to read about Mr Bansal's days from childhood to Silicon valley to starting Myntra and what he learnt from his journey. If you want to make success in life, chant this mantra every time - hard work and the right mindset.
Failures are disheartening, true that, but when you change the way you perceive that failure, will do great wonders. Its easier said than done, I know right. The author says, each time you fail, you should have the courage to stand up and go for what you want to achieve. Trying again doesn't hurt, but giving up does.
I liked the justification he gives in the book for having a role model or a hero to look up to. You may face setbacks in your life, no life is perfect, but you follow someone who has achieved success after lots of setbacks, will motivate you to move forward.
I did see the charisma of an engineer who verifies every point scientifically, you will know when you read the book how immensely Mr Bansal has researched for it. And I would say his research paid off well. He does not try to implement anything new to readers but strengthens the productivity technique with a scientific base and shows how to incorporate them into their life.
My favourite chapter from the book is Plastic Mind, glad that I have got some practical methods to improve my mental ability.
The writing style is lucid. You will see great book recommendations throughout every page. Bottom line is No Limit is a knowledge resource possibly on everything.
I would recommend this book to everyone who is looking to improve their productivity.
Another book of the non-fiction genre that fell into my lap seems to have increased my love for the same. No Limits by Mukesh Bansal is a book that has content on how to be a good performer professionally. As the Blurb mentions rightly that this book gives wisdom that can be used to drive the mind and body of a person to get the desired results needed to transform one’s life. The title, No Limits, is apt to the concept that we as humans are the proud owners of the two most amazing machines in the universe i.e. our body and mind with no limits to their calibre.
The book is divided into four parts that illuminate small and different observations of life that we tend to miss in our daily hustle to put food on our table. Furthermore, every chapter is filled with various Performance Hacks those help in understanding the path that the author takes to elucidate the numerous concepts on how to be a high performer. There are 43 performance hacks in totality nicely fitted in 337 pages of this book.
In my opinion, the main challenge for a non-fiction genre author is to make the readers believe in the same mindset as the author is in illustrated through his/her writing. I found No Limits to have excelled in this challenge as the author, Mukesh Bansal, started this book by giving details about his life’s journey as a student to becoming a successful entrepreneur while believing in numerous failures to be the stepping stones for this success.
The core of this book is the author’s belief that every human being on this planet has an incredible potential that could be nurtured with the right training. Any new skill can be learned and any goal can be achieved if you put your heart, mind and soul into it.
The writing style is much elasticated, every concept is explained with multiple instances on his cutting-edge research in areas like human psychology and physiology, brain neuroplasticity and functionality, a person’s mere habits those become the defining nature unique from the others and many more such areas. The book is flawlessly written in terms of grammar and presentation with manifold quotes written appropriate to the topic in discussion. I like books such as this one where I don’t have to sit with a pencil in my hand to mark onto any grammatical mistake and a very few of the Indian authors are successful in such writing. A huge shout-out to the editing team of this book to have done a tremendous job.
I would strongly recommend this book to people who don’t believe in mere luck and are ready to acquire any skill required to achieve their goal.
There are some books which are a keeper, meaning you should read that book again and again at regular intervals to keep you motivated, to keep you inspired, to keep you getting what you want. This book No Limits is one such book. It’s a good 360 page book but each page has so much wisdom and knowledge in it, you would wish the book would go on and on. The book is divided into 4 sections and each section is meticulously explained as to why the author has divided the book into them. First section is the introduction and this is the section that begins to charge you from inside. The second section motivates you further and makes you believe that talent is not everything; hard work and perseverance are the things that will make you successful. The third section instructs on how to use your hard work in getting successful. The fourth section explains as to why you need to do it, your purpose of life and how to use your creativity in achieving your success. Mukesh Bansal has done tremendous research in writing this book for references, as to almost every page will have a lead to further reading on that particular topic. As a reader of the book, you will have at least 20 books in your bucket list which you would want to read right away after reading this book. He has given due credit wherever it was possible. He has also included a cheat sheet in the end which would help one get started on his performance journey right away. He includes very simple basic techniques to start with like sleeping well, exercising, meditating, eating the right foods, learning from the right people and finding your purpose in life to get successful. There is also a Tool kit section in which he has mentioned a whole list of websites and apps which would help you do all that it is mentioned in the book to improve your performance in life and make your life meaningful and better. The language used by the author is simple and easy to comprehend. Even if some words are difficult, the sentences and phrases are such that they connect with the reader very well. The book will keep the reader hooked onto it and this is one book that you should read it while understanding every sentence of it and thinking about it. It is not a fictional novel, it is a self help book and one should take advantage of every word of wisdom that Mukesh Bansal has intended to give. All in all, absolutely recommended, read it once every now and then, and your life will be good!
#bookreview . There is always a need of a source which provides constant motivation. It can be a person or a book. So I am talking about a book here which is extremely helpful for above purpose. No limits is constructed in four parts The first part makes a picture of content of book provides a sneak peek into the amazing journey. Here author explains essential elements of optimization like a pro. Here we can find author's own experience & his learnings from various incidents as well as some valuable stages to become unbetterable. . The second part leads to the science behind talent- the actual meaning of talent . It explains talent is not a congenital quality. It can be achieved by regular practice & devotion. But health is also a major issue for life management. So author beings all aspects of human body in consideration & explained science behind it. Here author thoroughly explained the working of mind & how to built mental strength and aquire super memory abilities including mental health tips . . The third part unfolds the importance of habits, how habits effect routine & how they shape overall nature of the body. Then theory of mindset to acquire remarkable results. Then author explains small but effective topics which are necessary to manage various tasks. . The forth one gets reader to deep realisation of each topic explained earlier with application part. So this part is more practical. It explains the concept of productivity, self confidence, performance, setting priorities & creativity with examples & notion behind each field we read sofar including master tips. . Even the Afterword is full of wisdom & has my markings & highlights all over the place!
Another interesting portion is a TOOLKIT at the end, with apps for reference of the reader to work on his various aspects. Wow! ___________ All in all, a PERFECT book I am going to come back to, reread, again & again for help & guidance.❤️ ___________ I am constantly amazed by the years of effort and, often, the decades of experience, that an author condenses into a book that can be read in 5-10 hrs.

The author has written this book in 4 parts. I will be writing few lines about each part and what all you can get. . [1st part - Before We Dive In ] This starts with a quote which is written by Marcus Aurelius " A man's worth is no greater than his ambition". Which focuses on " best at being average" which is so true... I can really relate to this that we can achieve alot even after we are average student. . [ 2nd part - Science And Foundation] This is really apt and true for the people who believe that talent cannot lead you anywhere. I feel its wrong. We should nurture ourselves to become better in life. . [ 3ed Part - Tools Of The Trade] This is having 3 important guidelines for an individual - . 📝 Excellent Is A Habit 📝 Is It All In The Mindset . 📝 Learning For Life . These are some important things which one should need always to be reminded in their lives. Opportunity can only help you to prove that you can be better than others. . [ 4th Part - From Theory To Action ] . The last part of this chapter has the greatest thing for a person who is in his age of maturity to know that the purpose of life is to - 💠Do Yoga 💠 Practice Gratitude 💠 Help others The main reason why I liked the book is because it has shown some important things for the entrepreneurs to follow.
