OMG This has to be one of the most beautiful short-short stories I have ever read. I am typed this post in tears, reeling from the impact of this 13 page story. Yes, only 13 pages, but WOW!!! I can't say anything besides what's in the blurb, it would ruin the story. All I can say is that Addison Albright is an incredibly talented author. This story deserves a much more than a 5 star rating!
This one was so touching heartbreaking about grief letting go moving on. Its been an year since his brandt partner past away in a freak accident. Out on Halloween night with his friends, To let go have fun meets mark they get dancing but Brandt still not with it. His minds on Graeme, this is when things get weird or call it magic on Halloween night. He hears Graeme he tells him he needs to move on have a life without holding on to him. It was sad yet so beautiful story.
I like the concept in theory though it was a bit weird to read it and at moments Greame seemed a bit pushy. And voyeristic. Overall it was a lovely little read about moving forward with your life afer a loss of someone important.
didn't like it. I cannot beleive that someone can react so calmly to his dead lover talking to him and then make love with a stranger knowing that the ghost of the lover watching this.
