Every small, tourist town has psychics, but in Oracle Bay, they're the real deal.
Life on the Washington coast should be slow, easy and laid-back. But the psychics of Oracle Bay lead anything but simple, small-town lives. Instead, they’re igniting new romances, rekindling old relationships, and dodging divine goats to find true love.
It’s not all romance and magic goats, though. There are mundane and supernatural crimes to solve, puns to make, wine gods to fend off, and apocalypses to avert.
Join the tarot card reader, the palmistry artist, the fallen angel, and the crystal ball gazer as they look for love and protect their town from paranormal crimes and mysteries.
This collection of cozy paranormal romances includes the first four books in the Psychics of Oracle Bay series. It’s chock-full of romances, mysteries, friendships, a few shenanigans, and a lot of fantastic puns.
Amy Cissell is a USA Today Bestselling Author of urban fantasy and paranormal romance novels. She lives in Portland, OR with her husband, her haunted house-obsessed daughter, their two cats, and the murder of crows she's conspiring to turn into her vengeful army.
When she's not working or writing, she's sleeping because that's all she has time to do! There are few things Amy loves more than a well-timed pun, a good book, a glass of wine, and making calf eyes at Portugal when she thinks no one’s looking.
Although she reads anything and everything, her first love has always been fantasy. Eleven-year-old Amy discovered fantasy when she 'borrowed' her father's copy of The Hobbit and an enduring love affair (mostly with dragons) was born.
Enjoyable stories featuring a different psychic in Oracle Bay. I like each one of the characters and the detailed descriptions of Oracle Bay made it easy to feel like I was visiting the small community.
Uneven account of a town filled with psychics and their adventures. Clever dialogue but the story veers into ridiculous a few times. Could use some careful editing.
Shades of Durrell's "Alexandria Quartet," enjoyable reading the story first time around, then again from 3 other perspectives, as the plot progesses. Loved this tale!
