Terrible recipes for diabetics

Most of the recipes are high in carbs, sugar, and fat in one meal. And I'm not even talking healthy carbs. Additionally, adding sugars, like molasses, to a meal, in the amounts suggested, will elevate your blood sugar.

I highly recommend you stay away from this book if you are pre-diabetic or diabetic. There is no valuable help here. This book is a road to destruction for anyone dealing with glucose issues.

I would give it zero stars if it were possible.

Don't mistake this book for the well written and very helpful Glucose Revolution by Jesse Inchauspe'. Yes, same cover, same author's name but obviously not the same people. Glucose Revolution's author's is a female while this book, Glucose Revolution 2 is poorly written by a male. Is this person trying to ride on the coattails of someone else's success?

Innovative recipes

Many innovative recipes especially for breakfast. Just overall healthy dishes. I will be using a couple of them for sure.

Follow her on instagram, love listening to her story and how she discovered this science. She has the best explanation for how what we eat affects our blood sugar and why we feel the way we do after we eat. Even better she has great Tips on how to help without deprivations. Loved it!
