A Trójai protokollban a SzürKrisz cég elleni per elakadt.
A ciklus negyedik történetében, a Kilépési stratégiában Öldöklő megpróbálja rendezni bonyolult kapcsolatát dr.

yay i loved this one too!! the ending was exactly what i wanted it to be, was so satisfied with the approach this took. this robot is so frustratingly funny, and i enjoy the characters and the plot so so much. i cant wait to read book 3, even tho it’s the end :(
Wow. Again the two novellas I read were really good, no notes, five stars for both of them. I got asked about my book last night (I was out eating dinner solo) and I think I maybe got a former librarian to give this series a try. I love meeting book lovers out in the wild.
Rogue Protocol-I will just say this ending gutted me, but I loved everything that lead up to it. We have Murderbot focusing on gathering evidence against GrayCris Corporation and he has to return back to where he didn't want to go, back to Milu. We have Murderbot getting more used to "stupid" humans and being frustrated at some that seem to be seeking their own destruction. Murderbot tries his best to stay undetected until a situation arises that causes him to reveal himself.
Exit Strategy-Murderbot finds out that GrayCris Corporation has kidnapped Dr. Mensah. Murderbot is focused on making sure that the evidence it has gathered will be used to bring the corporation down, but it is determined to save her. We have Murderbot running into old characters in this one, and I maybe laughed a few times at how Murderbot is now realizing (slowly) that it has humans that cares about it. This one was non-stop action at one point. I loved the ending of this and can't wait to continue the series. I was told though I need to read books 6, 5, and 7 in that order. So that's what I am going to do.
Undeva spre 4.
This novella follows Murderbot on the way to Milu to gather evidence of GrayCris Corporation's illegal activities as part of its plan of the mounting questions of its missing status to simply disappear for its own benefit. This book started off quite slow just like Artificial Condition but once Murderbot arrives in Milu it kicks off quite well. Here, it interacts with a new team of scientists who have a 'pet robot', Miki, while forging its identity and background story in order to execute its personal mission.
Possibly the highlight of Rogue Protocol is Murderbot's short relationship with Miki and its paralleling its own relationship with Mensah and the crew of Preservation. I liked seeing how it really goes through an internal mental arc with how it sees Miki's interactions with its humans. The ending of this book was actually fantastic and it was what really saved this book for me.
Exit Strategy - 5 stars
This was a phenomenal read! Exit Strategy follows the events of Rogue Protocol with Murderbot on its way to help Dr Mensah and submit evidence it found on Milu to further the case against GrayCris Corporation. I missed the Preservation Crew in the last two books and in here Murderbot finally reunites with them! I really loved the conflicting emotions that arose during its reunion with them especially with the way it left them in All Systems Red. I felt Murderbot's anxiety and insecurity when meeting up with them even more so when it finally met Mensah again. Their conversations were the best bit of this novella, in fact, of the whole series so far in my reading of it. I don't know if I've read such an indescribable yet beautiful relationship like what Murderbot and Mensah have but it's nothing I've read at all.
I had no notes for Exit Strategy. It was just that good!
I’m thinking of this as book two even though each murderbot volume I’ve read has actually been a pair of novellas. Anyway I’m happy to report no sophomore slump to be found in this series. The fast-paced plot doesn’t let up at all which tickles my brain, but it’s nice that it’s also paired with a main character who is very human (sorry Murderbot) and a lovable supporting cast. I’m getting more and more excited for Queen Demon!
These books go too quick! 😕😍 It's a good thing but! 😜 They are such page-turners! Coz a lot happens plus it's absolutely hilarious!! And how many of us relate to this binge-watching, socially anxious character?! *raises hand* I write this review before I'm about to go to bed and curl around my laptop to rewatch a great TV series. ;) It's really the only thing that helps me sleep these days. :/
And I'm rushing to finish the series coz the TV show launched. Coz just watching the trailer it looks ah-mah-zing!!! And I think the most exciting part is they filmed the serial Sanctuary Moon! With some great comedic actors, with over-the-top hair styles and costumes! I laughed just seeing a quick image of it! 😆😍
Continued adventures of Murderbot. I appreciate that the main character continues to evolve into something more "human", but not completely. It's trying to find something in the middle. It's still so funny how much security talk there is in these books. My mind always needs to fill in how certain story beats are plausible, so it's really soothing to hear someone go through that in detail even if it's sometimes slows the narrative down. And it makes sense that the inner monologue of a security bot involves a lot of hacking and scrutiny. Love that they also get back to the original crew
I have such a deep attachment to Murderbot it's unreal. The emotional growth across these two novelleas is perfect, and I love where we leave Murderbot off at the end of the second one. I am very much looking forward to picking up the next installment.
I actually liked this set of novellas more than I liked the first two. My favourite was Exit Strategy as I loved the development of Murderbot's personality and the reunion with some old friends! 😊
I think I had more problems with these two books than the first two, but I still had such a good time reading them that I can't in good conscience rate this below 4 stars
