In this first book in the trilogy, Jess longs to hear the words, I love you but finds instead that a Turkish bar owner's philosophical idea is the thing to spark her fire. Jess encounters friendship, betrayal, and a sexy man along her way, but it's her resilience that highlights the place where stories and real life convene. A brilliant story and I can't wait to read the other two books in the trilogy.
