Easy to learn and great benefits

I began listening to this book and had to put it down for a few months due to travel. I listened to it everyday one chapter a day until I completed it. I recommend anyone listening to this book you will want to go through it more than once. Plus visit the author’s website. I have found the techniques very useful. I really liked it and when I practiced my cat came and sat on me for the first time since I found her as a kitten over 5 yrs ago. She’s never done this before so this practice must be helping!

Leest super makkelijk, in 1 zitting uitgelezen. Ik heb er veel van geleerd.

Helaas is het boek super langdradig en er worden er veel dingen herhaald.
