Gaurav, an author, publisher, and introvert over-thinker, gets struck by love a while back with a bold and beautiful Maya, whose voice has the calming effect of the musical wind chimes. Consumed by it since then, it’s been years, and the feelings have not subsided as yet. Moreover, the spark had been rekindled again, forcing him to introspect and find a solid solution to it. Join him in his crusade as he is determined to finally express his unconditional love for her through this religiously written intimate novella diary, where the author is at his vulnerable best. But, will he be able to muster the courage to give it to her?
Gaurav Sharma (born 4 March 1992) is a Canadian author and novelist of Indian origin. Some of his notable books include Brown Sugar Moksha, Beyond Countless Grief, Diary of a Whimsical Lover and God of the Sullied. He is the founder-publisher of Think Tank Books, a Delhi-based publishing house.
Dairy of a whimsical lover by the author Gaurav Sharma is the story of Gaurav where he reminisces his present and past days.
The book starts with his entry where he is thinking about Maya. - The love of his life. Maya doesn't open up easily and they played a game of console. Maya tells him how she doesn't like playing video games and also about her time listening to podcasts. Gaurav wants to confess his love for her but doesn't.
Soon, we are taken to Gourav's college days, Mrs Cal, his friend Kev, Lalita and hunt for the apartments. Or his homecoming. The book is written in a Hapzard fashion where the past and the present are shuffled. It was more like reading Christopher Nolans movie - A past in a past in a past. Not that I'm complaining. It was easy to follow. But the absence of a set pattern was evident.
The language was simple and there was a tinge of humor. And as the title suggests, this was like a dairy entry where the author pours out his emotions and thoughts.
A short read - 134 pages book. Can be done in one or two sitting. Check it out.
Book Name -: Dairy of A Whimsical Lover Writer - Gaurav Sharma Genre - Slice of Life
Sypnosis -: The book is set in Canada about the story of 2 young guys Gaurav & Maya falling in love with each other. Gaurav was a struggling, introvert student who also loved writing. He fall for Maya at the 1st sight. However he didn't have the courage to confess his feelings yet after many attempts they come together and started spending time together. But soon both of them realised their own goals and priorities. Both of them wanted to pursue their dreams and both of them understood their own responsibility and wanted to fulfill it in the most sincere way.
What happened next will they be one again? Read to know more!
Thing's I liked -:
1. The Story - The story felt very realistic to me as an Indian guy most of the time i found my self very much connected with the storyline and i even felt like in many scenarios I'd have done the same things if i was in love. Not only that the book also shares a typical love story from a new perspective where it has also showcased that falling in love doesn't mean everything. Somewhere in life we have to take smart decision and have to understand what good at some situations and have to know our responsibility in life which i found totally relatable to real life
2. The Character - I loved the character build up of Gaurav. Somewhere he has portrayed the love story of every college guy and also he has shared all those moments too which we all must have gone through somewhere in our college life. Also not only that he was full of humour and presented his story in such a way that you are going to fall in love with him. The other characters were also well developed with the story line.
3. The narration - It was good , easy and fluid. I didn't find any different in understanding most of the scenes. Also the fluid narration make most of the humorous scene easy to understand. And also because of easy narration i found myself easily connected with the story.
4. The language - It was also easy to understand and mostly i didn't have any problem with the language or the writing style of the author.
Things I didn't like -:
1. Somewhere I felt like the story follow the same trend of portraying a young guy falling in love with a girl and later it's all about their struggles & problem. Although the book has talked about those problems and tried to show that to us but still I would say it didn't impressed me in a different way
Final Thoughts -: Overall this book is good for the 1st time reader who want to experience young love and for those who want to know how it feels like to be in love and what it really means to understand your responsibility in life. Because many a times we don't understand our responsibilities when we are in love. So basically it was a fun read.
Rating -: 3.5/5 🌟

"That, I figured, was the tragedy of us. She didn’t know how to stay; I didn’t know how to hold on tightly unto things so they won’t slip past my hands."-
#bookreview of Gaurav Sharma's DIARY OF A WHIMSICAL LOVER
As the name suggests, it is MUSINGS in a DIARY, by a WHIMSICAL (whimsical is often a compliment used to describe a person who is carefree and makes decisions on impulse) LOVER.. 💯exactly.
Gaurav, the protagonist, the author cum publisher (he also has other feathers in his hat) falls in love with a girl named Maya.. & this is not the present day fast- paced love but an 80's kindof romantic, serene love.. no questions asked, no expectations, nothing fancy but plain, simple love.
"Life was so much meaningful when I was younger. I was so much more than this lifeless figure staring back at me from the mirror’s end."
Instead of communicating his love & going gf- bf business & dating, Gaurav pens his feelings & emotions for Maya in the journal gifted by her on Christmas. Now here again, pouring your thoughts in a personal diary is emphasized & i can't agree more, it does help in keeping the mind sane :)
“Not seeing your beloved is frustrating and seeing them briefly too. Being unable to talk to them is frustrating and having to have small talks. Loving them with your whole life while they have no idea how it revolves around them is frustrating. Laughing and crying when they do, yet not with them, is frustrating. Eating at the same time yet not at the same table is frustrating. Sleeping at the same time yet not in one bed is frustrating. Staying with them in their house and being unable to tell them you want to be with them for the rest of your life is frustrating. Meeting your world every fucking day and realizing you aren’t a part of it is frustrating. Having their door next to yours and yet being unable to walk through it is frustrating.".....
Both of them loved each other but went on different paths for destiny to bring them together years later.. Are they still single/ in love? If so, will they confess their love for each other? Will we get a HEA or is there some other twist awaiting the reader?
“This is not an impression but expression of feelings, love and a phase”.
Loving someone and to be loved by someone is something a special feel and the whole life will be felt as a worth if it happens. But we often failed to recognize that something that happens inside us. We fail to express that impression that are created by the something special person due to some circumstances or because of the life beyond it. Family, career, lifestyle, priorities, friendship and there might be more things that can be hitting in between it. Overcoming those things to express our love is a struggle or we won't have that much courage or will give up or will sacrifice that love for the sake of other needs. On the whole, whatever may be the distraction, "Love is a love". It is such a beautiful thing that blossom in someone's heart that made an impression to feel it like anything. It is equally important like other important things in life.
Writing a journal or expressing your thoughts in a diary is a wonderful thing to read and cherish. It is a good idea to express yourself fully. It will give you a great impact later on to you itself. "Diary of whimsical lover" is a beautiful love story that is not written literally but expressed amazingly from Gaurav, the protagonist and also the author narrated it intriguingly to find out the alluring love story by the readers.
It is fully engrossing and the love between Gaurav and Maya was beautifully driven by the author. The way the love was expressed and how it was felt back is awesome. Both the characters are built strongly. The plot is smooth. The storyline is simple yet intriguing. The title and the cover is a nice match. The language is lucid. The writing style is engaging. The poems are mesmerizing. The flow is soft, smooth and gradual.
All the romantic lovers will love it by sure and I would recommend it to feel the love that is expressed beautifully.
Author: Gaurav Sharma Book: Diary of a Whimsical Lover
Rating: 9.7/10
"I picked the stardust you left behind and made phantoms of you in my head. I ran after the echoes of your soul—too swift for my feeble legs to catch up to. Even my shadow yearns for your lips to say my name. You steady me like an anchor in the vastness of my dark waters, yet you crumble me like a delicate flower under a roaring cloudburst. I close my eyes and dance with the memory of you. And for that moment, I am home."
Diary of a Whimsical Lover by Gaurav Sharma is an elegant love story of Gaurav and Maya. 🌹
Diary of a Whimsical Lover is a beautiful and mature love 💕 story. Where they meet they love but they were confused and had other priorities as well. Along with these two, more characters are interesting and give life to the story.
Overall, this was a good read that keeps the reader mull over the story after turning over the last page.
It made me feel the same emotions that Gaurav has been going through while reading.
I strongly recommend this book ❤.
The story is impressive, romantic, and relatable.
🌺I'm sure you will love this book as much as I did.

The most beautiful lines I got in the book 👇
Since I saw you from the window, Across the block, beyond the cemetery. Your innocence allured my being, instilled a mystery. Tremors shook from my spine to the brain, Little did I know; I will never be the same again. This isn’t an impression but expression, Of feelings, love and a phase, My attempt of retrogression, Undoubtedly, without any expectation, Hoping my dispossession, from the enchantment. Dear Maya, this is a tale of a time blackened, Something that never happened before, happened!
Diary of a Whimsical Lover by Gaurav Sharma is an interesting love story that moves at its own pace, shunning away all the interpretations of the readers. It’s neither tragic nor intense…yet manages to be a riveting read!
The storyline is about Gaurav and Maya. The former is an introvert, trying to be something, and a writer. He likes Maya, the younger daughter of Mrs. Caul.
The novel explores the proposition of romance in life when an individual is busy managing their life and implementing priorities. No doubt both characters are sweet, intriguing, self-obsessed still highly likeable. They both were on the same wavelength but there was something unpredictable about Maya. The scene at the post card counter was hilarious, the buy buys a postcard to send her, but she refuses all scope for surprises.
To be noted, Gaurav’s presence of mind for noting surrounding is exceptional. The way he describes his walk through the jostling crowd on the sidewalks and streets, surely tells that he has supremacy in his narrative. The lover boy is introvert, one gets the hunch as soon as one dives in the story. You will be amazed to see that life in Canada is not all cakewalk. Gaurav first as a student, then into job – his grim struggle for travelling and accommodation is finely captured.
Gaurav and Maya seem like in love. But can they testify it because both are struggling for job and career and a few more personal things. Gaurav lives in proximity…does it guarantee that they will come closer for lifetime.
“Diary of a Whimsical Lover” by Gaurav Sharma, the story is partly based on true life. This novel narrates the story of two young hearts Gaurav and Maya from Canada. I will not say that the book is about intimacy or long conversation, rather about pure feelings of love. How one feels and strives to win one’s trust and faith. Love is all about winning slyly.
In fact, there was nothing stereotype about this novel. A guy named Gaurav studies in Canada and later struggles for a job and life there. In between he comes across a beautiful girl Maya, who is also a student, but she is living with family, while Gaurav is alone there. Being Indians, they get to know each other. At times, Gaurav gets close to her while renting out at her home but the girl is different, I would say unpredictable and may be not thinking about love all the time as compared to the guy. The novel highlights as how an introvert behaves and thinks about love. Gaurav was hopeful that Maya is the girl for him but the story goes on as how he will convince her or win her heart before purposing her. It is a good and moving story of emotions, of someone introvert yet desires love of a beautiful girl. From the guy’s point of view, I could relate well how men feel when their love chances are on tenterhooks. Yet the guy didn’t give up till the end. The way he waits for her return from an assignment and praises her as a bold and beautiful and never shared about his love with anyone – makes my heart wrenching for him. The story was delicate and strongly lovely.
✨This story is all about Gaurav and Maya, These two meet unpleasantly, and get to know each other, and they started falling into each other's love. When they're growing together in the relationship, their minds suddenly think about other goals and responsibilities they have on their own and how they're going to achieve their goals while staying together in the relationship? What about their love? Will they give up their love for their career? Or do they grow strong together to achieve their goals together?
✨Gaurav is an introvert and he is also a philosopher. As an introvert, I can feel the emotions, he carries through with him. It's not easy to open up to someone, even if he falls in love. While reading this we can feel the feelings he has for Maya, he wants to tell her all those things he feels for her but at the same time, he has the fear of what if she rejects him or what if she mistook him.
✨Maya, deep down knows that Gaurav loves her and she also have love and cares for him, but circumstances made them choose love or a career in their relationship. Starting to end, I enjoyed reading this. Such a fun and beautiful read for me.
✨They both are made for each other, they have a connection between them but somehow Maya finds difficulty in that. There are some scenes in the book well written, I liked the part where Gaurav describes and tells her about the way he feels about her, what are his thoughts when he first saw her, and all. If you guys like to read light-hearted love stories you should go for this.
This romance novel is really lovely, sweet, and charming. I loved reading this story, and I would definitely say that this is my kind of love story to read as I am a tad bit introvert. The story has not many characters because the lead character Gaurav lives in Vancouver. Being a foreigner there, he hardly has a handful of people to interact and meet with. I really loved and liked the main characters: Gaurav and Maya. They are somewhat mature, strong, determined, slightly stubborn, passionate, and looking to set their lives in their career. Gaurav trundles a lot in Vancouver for a job but finds one in some far-away island, Victoria. He wasn’t able to find a place to live in, thus, helped by Mrs. Caul at her home, where also lived Maya and Lalita. Maya and Gaurav connect. They chat often, go out for driving and ice cream. But he is hesitant to express his complete feelings for her, fearing being ridiculed. The story fills with Gaurav’s inhabitations, imagination, hallucinating, soliloquies and moments spent with Maya. One moment there looks love between them but another moment its surety is on the tenterhooks. Hope I am not getting under the skin of the story plot. No spoiler alerts! Diary of a Whimsical Lover is entertaining, and flows smoothly. The book has been edited well, also complimented with cool writing style. The language is flawless and the narration is superb. I highly recommend this book to all romance lovers.

Diary of a whimsical lover❤️ by Gaurav Sharma is a classy love tale of Maya🧍🏻♀️and Gaurav🧍🏻 It is a mature and heart warming love story👩❤️👨, here they 🫴🏻meet, they love but they are confused and had other priorities. Apart from major protagonist, there are several interesting characters and gives a different angle to this story.
The book starts with his entry where he is thinking about Maya. - The love of his life. Maya doesn't open up easily and they played a game of console. Maya tells him how she doesn't like playing video games and also about her time listening to podcasts. Gaurav wants to confess his love for her but doesn't.
The tone of the book is humourus and sarcastic and lyrical. In particular love how love buds and blooms in young hearts amidst the chaos of unsettled lives. Whether it's Kev, Caul aunty, Maya, Gaurav or even Lalita... life never sounded convenient for outsiders in a foreign country.
I recommend this book to shy silent people who fell in love irrespective of any outcome. All in a few words: simple, nice, engaging side of unrequited love. Leave all specifications, hey you pick it up.
Gaurav is a student in Vancouver, Canada. He lives with his friend Kev and through him he comes to know Maya, a bold and beautiful daughter of Ms. Caul. When Gaurav stumbles upon her first time, he was dazed by her beauty and expressions. He instantly got a liking for her. As life chugs ahead for him, he struggles for a job. He gets one but at a faraway location, where he could not think of residing. As a last resort, he is helped by Mrs. Caul. He stays at her home, where he gets close to Maya after much hesitation. The novel also explores the tough side of being an expatriate, especially the struggle in Canada’s harsh winter, job hunt, and finding a suitable and budget-friendly accommodation. The narrator often daydreams about Maya. He writes a novella about on love with Maya. But will he be able to confront her with that book? Will she reciprocate his love or is it going to be cul-de-sac affair for Gaurav? As a reader you can feel how love builds in the air. The love is portrayed as soft and fragile as hope. Gaurav’s writing is lucid, at par with standards of soft romance. He successfully managed to kindle a spark of love through his innate language usage. The nuisances of trivial things, tidbit chats, tiny hangouts – all captured in a contemporarily style.
Gaurav is young, introvert and deeply passionate, with contemplating to cope in the reality of Canada with his goal of settlement and job. Fresh out of college, he has just stepped into the world of people and jobs and much more. Life seems unsettled with priorities to sort out. Upon a chance he meets Maya in a birthday party, and feels a spark of liking rush through him. Torn between his heart and mind, he is sure he is smitten by her magical charm.
Later on conversation with Maya evokes emotions he hasn’t felt in years. She seems to be perfect. But does a perfect life exist? Will they be able to meet and reciprocate each other’s feelings amidst their search for job and assignments?
It doesn’t matter how far and close lover live – ultimately fate plays its card. When Maya goes out for a few months on an assignment, she is changed. And Gaurav is longing for her full return to him...Other than their dreams, will the couple stay close and advance positively. Love has a different definition in Diary of a Whimsical Lover. What’s inside that diary that the guy wants to give her to come out of the cocoons of being introvert and shy lad? Join Gaurav and Maya on this rollercoaster of emotions, and take a peek into the idiosyncrasies buried in Diary of a Whimsical Lover.
Wanting to make a mark for yourself and settling in your new situation, all the while looking at where you want to take your career can be a daunting experience.
In such circumstances, it can be difficult to balance love along with finding that exact point where we will be comfortable in a completely new space.
Gaurav, our main protagonist from the story, ‘Diary of a Whimsical Lover’ was experiencing a similar conundrum where he tries to balance between finding the path on which he wants to shape his career and wooing our female protagonist, Maya.
Sometimes there are so many things which we want to say to the other person, but they are often left unsaid because we were too shy or too apprehensive.
That was similar to what happened with Gaurav, who wanted to express so many things to Maya, but because of his reserved nature, he was skeptical.
Now will his feelings be revealed in front of her or will they be suppressed within him is the narrative of story.
I loved how the author has presented a beautiful love story that simply makes us experience all those emotions which our two main characters might have been feeling, hence I am going to give this FIVE STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Love is a powerful emotion. Throughout history couples in love have caused wars and controversy, created masterpieces in writing, music, and art, and have captured the hearts of the public with the power of their bonds. From the allure of Cleopatra to the magnetism of the Kennedy's, these love affairs have stood as markers in history.
'Diary of a Whimsical Lover' by Gaurav Sharma is a romantic fictional read which circles around the central characters Gaurav and Maya. They meet each other in Canada and fall in love but they have other urges like career at that time. Gaurav being an introvert is unable to express his love and then being a writer himself he decides to express his love by the way of penning a novelette. What happens then is to be experienced only by reading the novel.
The book is a truthful and practical take of love and life in today’s time. It parleys about the complications, primacies, careers and much more that life has to offer. The purity of this love story makes the book more dreamy and interlocked. The character development is superior and that makes the storyline more relevant.
A fascinating, amiable and sweet story that will awe-struck the reader by magical words of the author.
Reading a soft and light romance on Kindle is one of my favourites activities to beat the summer heat. This is a good novel, I could read it in just one go. Love is as unsettled as our aspirations, especially when we are young, fresh passed out from college. Lovely reading experience, a guy called Gaurav feels being in love at first sight with Maya. Through deliberate attempts and stroke of love and cosmopolitan culture of Vancouver, they come together and hang out often. The guy is after that girl, but too shy and introvert to express himself. It goes on for much time. Both tussle in their fields of job and assignment. Gaurav writes a novel for Maya to express his love but first he needs to find out whether she has any special longing for him or not? The tone of the book is humourus and sarcastic and lyrical. I in particular love how love buds and blooms in young hearts amidst the chaos of unsettled lives. Whether it's Kev, Caul aunty, Maya, Gaurav or even Lalita... life never sounded convenient for outsiders in a foreign country. I recommend this book to shy silent people who fell in love irrespective of any outcome.
Love may be as unpredictable as our goals, especially when we are young and just out of college.
An intriguing love story may be found in Gaurav Sharma's diary of a whimsical lover. The whole point of the novel is love, romance, difficulties, priorities, careers, and much more. The author picked a far more intriguing narrative. Two people are at the center of the entire narrative. Maya and Gaurav. Gaurav is an introvert who writes and aspires to be somebody. Maya, Mrs. Caul's younger daughter, is liked by him. With Maya, Gaurav experiences love at first sight. They connect via conscious efforts, acts of love, and the multicultural atmosphere of Vancouver, where they frequently hang together.
They met and fell in love, but they had other priorities while they did so. It is a realistic and heartwarming love tale of the protagonist. If you're in a time of life where your profession and your love life are equally essential to you, you may identify to the novel's lovely, straightforward language.

Gaurav was an introvert guy and a writer too who thought of expressing his love to Maya by writing a novella diary.
Was he courageous enough to give his diary to Maya?
To know you have to read the book.
The author has narrated the story really well which has the elements like love, friendship, career, romance, priorities etc. The writing style of the author is smooth and flowing which makes it an engaging read. Language used is simple and easy to understand.

Some stories that sounds like a never-ending echo and you can't help but stop and process it,understand it, let it give you a warm hug! Diary of a whimsical Lover by Gaurav Sharma was one such book. It's an ode to unrequited love.
I believe the story paints a beautiful picture of young love and passion. I feel this book will be very relatable to young readers. The heartfelt emotion are right there on the surface of each page. I felt in sync with Gaurav , I went through all his emotions and feelings. I felt for him as I want more for him!The writing is wonderfully evocative, with meticulously crafted storyline, making it a perfect read for me. The emotions, longings hidden amidst these pages, made me feel so much.
There were many beautiful prose stacked amidst this narrative, at time i highlighted and paused at many beautiful lines which made my heart full with love. This book was Phenomenal! The ending was truly the best thing ever, I am so touched after reading this book. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Stars.
Diary of a Whimsical Lover by Gaurav Sharma is a captivating story of two young hearts: Gaurav and Maya living in Canada. They are close, live in a same house, but can love bind them? The guy is fallen in love since the first sight but will Maya take it ahead or spoil it for someone better?
In snatches, the novel has poetic verses describing the state of a forlorn lover. Can lovers be silent, forlorn, and introvert in cosmopolitan culture like Vancouver. Highly impossible but that is absolutely stunning to read on similar lines a subtle romance. The author used simple effective narration technique for delivering the best of both – outside world and what’s seething inside. An adorable love story of two young people who are close to each other but by many realms still confused and far… Simple, engrossing, unusual yet impressive – this novel will keep your bets in the fog till the last line. If the narration is superb, even an unusual love story sounds impressive and engrossing.

𝘼𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 : A new generation love story! This is the story od Gaurav and Maya. Gaurav, an introvert and on the other hand Maya is a strong independent and bold woman. As most love stories these two people meet and fall in love. The author has described the feelings of love beautifully . But as we always say, is love enough for two people to stay together? Maya and Gaurav both have their career choices and are obliged to follow by that. Sometimes so many things are left unsaid in a relationship that it makes us understand the importance of communication. This book takes you on a rollercoaster ride of two young people trying very hard to make a balance between professional and personal life. The book is beautifully written with very easy and understandable language. Good for beginners as well. Worth the read!
Wow! The angle of love is entirely different in Diary of a Whimsical Lover. “Love had taught me to break free of all my inhibitions, instilling the courage that I lacked.”
This is my third book by the same author, and like yesteryears….this novel too ends on a cliffhanger ending. He didn’t make clear as what happened to the introvert guy who came with a novella to gift to her girlfriend to express all his feelings through words. I grew appreciative of the romance novels that aren’t tragic or intense. So, this one flowed like a smooth river with two consistent banks of unrequited love and deep feelings. I would also like to express my liking for its cover page, really captivating – showing cool climate and a life caught in the whirlwinds of a city. Nothing much to add to spoiler alerts, give it a try to a fresh love story backdropped against the sublime climate of Canada.
"Diary of a Whimsical Lover” by Gaurav Sharma Is an elegant love story of Gaurav and Maya. It is a mature and heart warming love story of the protagonist where they meet and fell in love but they had their prior priorities. Apart from the main characters the other characters are interesting too and gave a different angle to the story. The writing of the author is quite easy and one can go for it without any second doubts . The most beautiful lines of the book are “I picked the Stardust you left behind and phantoms of you in my head I ran after the echoes of your soul to Swift for my feeble legs to catch up to. This gorgeous volume invites you to explore a captivating love story, with a brilliant storyteller as your guide. There are two important characters Gaurav and Maya.. Gaurav's character is well sketched as an introvert, author writer and a philosopher. On the other hand we have maya, who is bold and beautiful. Gaurav falls for her. But has expressing issues. But gradually with time, they realise there love.. But here we also see, both the leads as career oriented persons. Will there relationship get effected because of this.... This is a beautiful novel, where love is balanced equally. Author has gracefully penned a simple yet engrossing tale, where primary and secondary characters have been given a proper space.
The book Diary of a whimsical lover by Gaurav Sharma is an epic love-story of two different personalities named Gaurav and Maya. Book depicts the whole of them as loving characters. Gaurav as being an introvert feels shy, overthinks a lot still managed to be as romantic as needed. It is the same story as I've always imagined.... writing a novel for your loved one. Ummmm i felt jealous, leaving this, it gives me a sight of confusion that he don't know whether Maya feels for him or not. Maya is having a character of broad minded person, a total mismatch yet matched for love. The language is easy and cover gives peace with the environment of reading the book without any disturbance and enjoying a cup of coffee. highly recommended to romantic souls.
Gaurav Sharma's departure from mythology to romance is introduced by Diary of a Whimsical Lover. A soft, light, and very pleasing book that recounts the love story of the narrator while living in Canada. He falls for Maya, even get acquainted with her by a stroke of fate. But is it so easy to win a beautiful girl's heart when the guy is a philosopher, introvert, and writer? It’s light read but not drab. I enjoyed knowing about Canada through the superb wordsmithing of the author. Yes, on a lopsided, the novel missed on a strong climax and sub plots, yet it looks fresh and brutally honest love story of someone.
