This is a story about two guys, Phu and Krit, who accidentally fall for each other at a psychiatric clinic, rush to start the relationship, and immediately got famous on social networks, just to end up killing each other within a few months later.
Doctor Nin who was their psychiatrist had to be involved in this investigation. And during searching their social networks accounts, he found some ugly truth that leads Phu and Krit to a tragic ending.
I would call it This is like Gone girl but gay and all of the mc are equally insane but they're kinda stupid, but I feel like that would be an insult to gone girl. Gurl if you put this on twitter they would've put the two and two together in just one day like be fr lmaoo Also all the plot twist was so on the nose We can tell when the mc is being suspicious and lying through their teeth!
This was me "When you were so fed up you starting looking at the imaginary cameras"
The krit reveal kinda surpised me a bit ngl tho even tho it was expected especially about them tweets and how fabricated it was
Also that doctor is a fucking groomer, Fuck him.
The reveal that both of them hears The voice and everything has been fabricated since the beginning felt like a cheap reveal instead of a satisfaction its just lazy. All the plot twist near the end are just lame as hell dude.
If you wanted to become famous so much and you crave attention why don't you just become an actor, It's so aggravating how much this character mentioned how good of an actor or his acting was.
Nonetheless this was entertaining to say the least I wished I could've executed way better instead of a bunch plot twist glued together to make a story.
Author uses so many deus ex machina plot twist that it became flat most of the time, it has lost its meaning there's no shocking value anymore "I'm like whats next You're gonna bring someone from the dead next" guess what THEY DID!!!
plot twist after plot twist after plot twist this whole thai novel was wild…and disturbing…but a really great read that had me glued to my seat the whole time. there were sooooo many sharp turns that both the characters and plot took during the narrative that i still might have whiplash.
and now it’s only right that i slowly make my way through this authors backlog of works because omg, i’m so excited to see what else patrick rangsimant put out there
I’m DNFing this one chapter in because the translation is absolutely atrocious??😭😭 I feel so bad, I know Thai is a difficult language to translate in English but what happened here? I read 23 pages and I can’t continue (wasted 8€ but details) At least the cover is really pretty and it will be getting dust in my bookcase I suppose. Maybe one day I’ll pick this up again and change my mind
Holy shit those plot twists at the end gaveme goosebumps. The story arch didn't really interest me during the first half but I was intrigued as krit's story unraveled, then there's dr. Nin's story, and at the end where the real mastermind was revealed. Gad I can't..

Be prepared to read this book in one sitting. Starts off pretty normal and then the twists just keep coming. Just wow. If Shakespeare wrote thrillers and had a medical degree I feel like it would be something like this lmao. Well done sir, well done.
This book is so incredible. You can see that it was very think through. It's just plottwist after plottwist, that you can never imagine what is going to happen next.
I was actually going to give the story two stars, but the ending made me quite curious. I hope there will be a continuation. I would say this novel is written for people who mostly read romance and want to try a mystery/thriller story. As an avid crime, mystery, and thriller reader, I think this story is quite fun overall, but there were several things I really disliked. First, why did Krit have to be an underage high schooler? Second, I think it was interesting that the readers are being fooled and led on, but it was done so many times that it made the story unpredictable in a bad way. The plot twists were just too much. I would have preferred that hints were dropped little by little throughout the story. Third, so many parts were repeated; I thought I was reading the same chapter over and over. And lastly, why is it always doctors abusing their power over their patients? I have read several books with this plot, and it feels overdone. P.S. I heavily disagree with the title of the book.

While I don't particularly love Patrick's writing, he's incredibily good with plots and character-driven stories. It's not a phenomenal book per se, but it's how it makes you feel while reading it and watching the story develop - I spent the last few chapters staring transfixed at my computer with my mouth open - that's how surprising it was.
Writing-wise I wouldn't give this more than 3 stars. But plot-wise?? Everything else makes me unable to rate it any lower than 4.
I'm not sure what adjectives to use to explain how the plot twists felt - mindblowing? staggering? twisted? overwhelming? exciting? I don't even know.
I would like to thank the author, from whom I got this book for free, which was very kind.
However, I cannot downplay how bad this book was I give it grace for being independently published and independently translated, but boy howdy. The writing and translation choices aside, the story itself is not good. "You'll never expect what happens next!" while true, I guess, it was often nonsensical and thus, unimpressive. The book is full of characters who are just liars and the timeline doesn't really make sense either. This is getting a drama adaptation apparently, might watch out of curiosity.
I recommend this book to everyone. The forward mentions the author's goal of keeping you guessing until the very end, and he succeeds. Highly entertaining, great characters, the good and bad of the internet, manipulation, lust, love, curiosity... its all in here.
I feel like the early and obvious twists in the beginning were deliberately playing with me for when the mid-book twist happens. The section narrated by Phu genuinely creeped me out. The last reveal, though, (right before the epilogue) ... That had me literally dropping my jaw!
