Pseudonym of author Charles Hamilton, who created Billy Bunter and who also used plenty of other pseudonyms.
Those other pseudonyms were, in alphabetical order: Winston Cardew; Martin Clifford; Harry Clifton; Clifford Clive; Sir Alan Cobham; Owen Conquest; Gordon Conway; Freeman Fox; Hamilton Greening; Cecil Herbert; Prosper Howard; Robert Jennings; Gillingham Jones; T Harcourt Llewelyn; Clifford Owen; Ralph Redway; Hilda Richards; Raleigh Robbins; Robert Rogers; Eric Stanhope; Robert Stanley; Nigel Wallace; Talbot Wynyard.
An issue that is juggling a few different storylines, meaning that none of them feels central or particularly interesting for that matter. Billy's fishing storyline is a bit dull, the return of the 'aliens' to a new school on the Greyfriars grounds does not interest me as I thought those characters were boring stereotypes the first time round! Seeing Marjorie again was a little more interesting yet her role was shoehorned in to the final quater of the issue. I think Richards is still finding his footing on how to use female characters- I wonder when Cliff House school is introduced as this will surely be a better way of including them. 2 stars.
