I've read all of Renee Propes' books and have loved each of them! All her characters are unforgettable and she weaves her stories in such a way, her books are hard to put down. This one is no different and in fact, is my favorite so far. Especially since I love horses, even though I've not been exposed to them much. I watch movies about horses, series like "Heartland" & "Wildfire"...but this is the first book I've read where the main characters own racing horses. Either the author has firsthand knowledge about them, or she has researched race horses thoroughly...but either way I learned so much while being entertained. I highly recommend this book as well all Renee Propes' books. Judy Welden, author "An Unforgettable Survivor"
