This is a great book for developing a more positive attitude and communicating with others. It’s perfect for those that are in the workplace! It can also be applied to those on committees, church groups, volunteer activities and even for interacting with family and friends.

I appreciated the stories to help make the concepts relatable.

This book really gets you thinking about how you are perceived by others and if you’re giving the impression you want to project.

Not only does this book help you to become a more positive person, it will guide you on how to deal with others that are in your life that don’t have a positive attitude.

This does have a workbook component to help you get the most out of the book. I’ll be honest, I didn’t do all the exercises and I still felt the impact of the book.
