Chris is on a mission to uncover the truth about his brother’s murder, but when he started this two years ago, he had no idea just how much of a distraction Diesel would be. Diesel may hold all the answers he’s been looking for, but he could also very well be the reason Chris fails his mission. Despite everything he knows about Diesel he just can’t seem to stay away from him.

Diesel knows. He’s known since he was released from police custody without explanation. Chris isn’t who he claims to be, but who exactly is he? In trying to figure that out, he lets himself get too close to a man he knows could break him. He’s kept his distance from the beginning, but Chris just keeps drawing him in, keeps chipping away at those walls he's so carefully built over the years until there’s nothing left of them. Giving in is probably the most dangerous thing he’s ever done but that won’t stop him.

Despite the Disciples trying to do good, they still get hit by both sides of the law and Chris ends up caught in the middle. He’ll have to choose between not just good and evil but the life he used to have and the man he doesn’t want to lose.

Ana Night is a writer of suspenseful gay romance. She’s an avid reader who has loved the written word since she discovered it. When she was a kid, she never went anywhere without a notebook. She was always writing, be it in the backseat of the car, between classes in school, or by the pool on vacations.

Ana is a self-proclaimed expert in hugging, people climbing and especially ugly dancing. When she’s not writing, you can find her with her nose buried in a book, singing and dancing, watching her favorite TV shows, or creating book covers.

Ana lives in Denmark where she spends most of her time running from her ninja kitty—that one goes for the ankles—and getting lost in the woods with her horse.

Well, well, well, what do we have here?
I LIKED IT. Ooooo.
More of this please.

Yeah, it's still not what I expected. Gunfire, chickens flying, rocks rolling, bad guys the size of tanks and the good guys come out with a few scratches and scrapes? Nah, just kidding. That needs to be improved. Overall, I liked it a lot.

My summary:
Here we have Diesel, whose physical characteristics are confusing, but we discover in the 45 minutes of the second half that he is Asian, BUT, that's it, just know that he is hot and loves to grab people's necks during foreplay. Continuing: Diesel is attracted to Chris and distrusts him in equal measure. After the events of book 2, he starts to pursue his object of desire, as a good guy does when he is attracted to someone. After an adrenaline rush and seeing his brothers almost die (eye roll), he finally gives in and goes after his wish and squeezes his neck until he rolls his eyes.

On the other side, we have Chris, whose characteristics are: (dramatic pause) blond, intense light blue eyes (sometimes ice blue) and most importantly, sexy. Well, Chris is a cop who wants to find out who killed his outlaw biker brother, so he hands over his badge and gun, infiltrates the club and for almost two years, lusts after Diesel and drinks. We have more neck squeezing, FBI, Japanese mafia, evil father, neck squeezing, declaration of love, gunshots, pause to make revelations and kisses in the middle of a shootout. Twists, more twists and at the end a surprise twist and neck squeezing. The end.

I think that in this series, the characters I liked the most were Jace and Ares, but that may be because they appeared in the King's series, I don't know. I just know that I felt more affinity with them, but at the same time, I don't like the development of their story as much. In this book, I didn't connect with Chris and Diesel as much, but it was the development that I liked the most so far. So, they would get 4.8 stars, but Goodreads doesn't cooperate, so it will be 4.

This is another great addition to the King's Disciples MC series and I really enjoyed it. Diesel is well written, gritty, fast paced, full of action, emotional, the characters are amazing and I love the surprising twists in the storyline. Diesel and Chris are hiding so much from each other and it is almost impossible for them to act on their feelings when they can't trust anything the other says or does. They are torn by their different loyalties and neither of them are ready to discover the truth as both of their pasts catch up to them. The obstacles they face seem to be insurmountable but if they can find a way through it all they just might have a chance to get the HEA they both so richly deserve. I love that we get to see how the couples from the previous books are doing and how the club is always there to support Diesel. The ending is wonderful and I can't wait to read the next book in this exciting series.

Diesel and Chris have so much sexual tension that you can cut with a knife. Diesel knows that there is something off about Chris and he starts following him. Chris is a former and only join the club to find out who killed his brother but he only makes it as a prospect because of Diesel. There's more to this club than Chris realizes and he knows he will be in trouble when they find out who he really is. The book is romantic, action-packed, funny, witty, sexy and hot, and I loved seeing the previous characters. I'm looking forward to the next book in this series and I'm hoping Lucas and Akio gets a story.

Diesel and Chris arrrrr 🥰

Diesel and Chris's story in a complete different direction to what I thought. I loved them together and loved learning all about them. Didnt understand why Lucas kept getting introduced as "this us my ex financee".
But great story overall.
Looking forward to more.

Another good story. Again, really wish there was a proofreader. Not so much for typos but for the wrong word altogether. Ex: all gunfire seized, it would cease. All talking seized when we entered the room...No, all talking ceased. Stuff like this really pulls you out of the story. Give me a call, I'd be happy to do it for you. Looking forward to the next one though.

King's Disciples MC, Book Four this is another example of a good author, Ana Night is great with this type of adventure, a story that is very intriguing and holds your attention and involves a strong love between two members of this community

Each book in this series keeps getting better. Chris and Diesel had so much chemistry together and the book was full of action that moved the story along without dragging. I can’t wait to read the next book in the series.

The King's Disciples Ride Again

Diesel and Chris story was hot, steamy, and some danger. The Disciples doing what they do best, riding motorcycles and trying to stop human trafficking. Only this one hit close to home and you will never believe or see how close until its revealed.

Diesel and Chris are like oil and water. Chris has a knack for irritating Diesel by just his existence and Chris has his own frustrations with Diesel blocking his full entry into the club. The simmering tension reaches its boiling point and we see the two finally give in to their chemistry. But will both men’s secrets bring them closer together or tear them apart?

Diesel

This book has a darker feel but I think is possibly one of my faves from the series. I adored Chris and Diesel and their hard earned happy ever after.

The tension between Diesel and Chris was freaking insane. I was just sitting back and waiting for the fireworks to go off.

Lucas intrigued me and it looks like a little something is going on between him and a certain someone. Can’t wait to see what’s in store for these two.
