Super Spicy and Sexy🔥🔥🔥

I don’t care what nobody says when it comes to a spicy erotica India is the G.O.A.T. This was thee best dang on erotica book I have read all year. Lawd have mercy because Kanan was bookbae with the BDE all up and through the pages from beginning to end. I love me some him. Now this is what I’m talking about when you want all Alpha male, Nastiness and comedy. I need more of him. Reign knew she wanted this man to no avail but wanted to keep running. She blew me but in the end they both came to their senses in more than one aspect. India you understood the assignment and got the degree because this book was delicious and I need more. Definitely can’t wait til what comes next but this will be hard to top.

Whew Reign worked my nervvesssss!!!! Lawd I just couldn't understand why she was giving this man such a hard time! She had the only attitude, and no matter what he did, she wasn't trying to give into him, knowing that she loved him the whole time. Drove me crazy.

And Kanan... I enjoyed his character, but he made every single thing about sex, which is understandable since this was an erotica...but since he was trying to win her heart, I would have liked to see him show her more of what he loved around her instead of just her body. This was good, quick nasty story though and I could appreciate that. I just wanted them to stop playing so much, and actually get into why they wanted to be together.

But the seux scenes were on point and really that's what I came here for, so I was pleased with that

I'm going to be honest, Reign was getting on my nerves. I would have been okay with Kanan walking away from her. Especially when he sat on the side of his bed and begged her. But in the end, he got what he truly wanted and I'm happy for him. India did a great job!

Reign is the Queen of stress!!!

What happens when a known h** decides to pursue the love of his life that is broken from past failed relationships....a WHOLE LOT of DRAMA! The back and forth, the hide and seek, the run Forrest run were all getting on my nerves. At some point I just gave up...whew...Reign is the Queen of stress. I get her initial reluctance but after a certain point either give Kanan a chance or let him go. I wasn't thrilled about Reign requiring Kanan to give her apology when she should have begged him for being wishy washy. Whew! The author did delivered in the steamy sex scenes! Worthwhile yet stressful read.

India always knows how to craft such wonderfully sexy, nasty, and emotional love stories. Reign and Kanan really had a thing for each other for a long time. Reign’s fear of being hurt had her running from Kanan at every turn. I was even tired of home girl!! The Tip of It is an enjoyable read that will either have you rooting for the couple, or wanting Kanan to walk away!

Enough was enough!

Listen, I was ready to beat Reign’s a**! She overdid her part now! I understand Kanan’s past and whatever he may have done to OTHER WOMEN, but Reign was a grown a** woman that had ZERO communication skills! Like baby open your mouth and state law and watch that man get it TF right for you or get on with your life! But the perpetual running at every turn and leaving him hanging?!?! He should’ve hung her a**! Then when he finally clicks out and gives up she wants to act all butt hurt and distraught. You don’t think that man feelings hurt too?! I feel like everybody totally disregarded his feelings the whole book and just kept pushing him to chase her. It’s only so much chasing to do before enough is enough! Especially when she never once “womaned up” and stated what her thoughts/feelings were! I couldn’t even cheer for her HEA cause I was damn pissed at her still after her last track star moment!!!

it’s just I’m Heated right now on the things that got on my nerves.

This book would’ve been an easy five stars except the last chapter and epilogue ruined the fantasy.

The book is hot, the couple is hot. Towards the end the book did not make sense to me at all. so the guy keeps on chasing the girl to be with him and the girl keeps on running all the time and the guy just keeps on begging her trust him ( when you think finally on the page she runs again). Call I wanted to say to her, “girl stop whining about nothing ( talk to the man and explain yourself as an adult or let him go period. ( that was my feelings when I was reading the last two parts).
To me if fell like she was punishing him for what her ex fiancé did to her. if you cannot get over people hurting you just stop dating all together.

The thing that made me pissed off too is the Sister and the cousin making him beg her to be with him. My question is where’s the accountability for her to get her shit together. ( therapy will be a good idea for one) I know this is a book but I was just annoyed my fantasy and as ruined) 😂

I didn't love it, yet I didn't hate it.

While erotic, at times, it was a bit way too much. I actually like that Kanan was persistent with Reign, yet he came off as overly aggressive and a bit too controlling. While her body was saying Yes, her mouth was saying No, yet he didn't take heed to what she was actually saying. He seemed like a pretty genuine guy, yet he was too forceful imo. I was hoping he'd just tell Reign how he felt, like have an actual conversation, yet it was always a last minute, rushed type of thing with him, or while they were in the middle of a sexual act, which is the worst time to talk about something serious 😒.

I was over Reign and her back and forth with Kanan. She needed to heal from her past hurt and while he really was applying pressure, she could've opened her grown woman mouth and told him just that. They apparently were friends once upon a time, so I think had she truly told him that's what she needed, he would've listened and they could've eased into the relationship more organically. She was too old to be playing the games she was and constantly running from him.

I was hoping for something more, yet this wasn't it. At all.

Reign & Kanan

This novella frustrated me in ways I can't explain.

*slight spoilers*

I initially understood Reign’s hesitancy in giving Kanan a chance, given that she's had front roll seats to watch him play woman after woman. The fact that she had broken off an engagement months prior due to infidelity made it all make sense. This thought was reinforced when Kanan continued to seek sexual intimacy with other women.

However, I started to deeply dislike Reign’s flip-flopping. The circumstances of why she didn't want to be with Kanan held true for THE ENTIRE NOVELLA, but that didn't stop her from hunching him and stringing him along. If she didn't want a relationship with him, she should have left him alone instead of flirting and eagerly tonguing him down whenever he pursued her. After the office scene, I wanted him to cut his losses and leave her miserable.

I absolutely HATED that Reign’s BS was excused and his family disregarded his feelings. He had no reason to “grovel,” and she should have been the one proving her commitment to him since she turns into a track star at the first sign of her jumping to unfounded conclusions.

Kanan and Reign

I really don’t understand why Reign was mad with Kanan. He did her favor and told her about her man being a cheater. He was looking out for her in my opinion. But I do get her stance too. Maybe she rather had caught it herself but being mad for months about it is crazy to me. Especially when he apologized for even going about it that way. Reign really annoyed me and I was glad when Kanan gave her spoiled self a dose of her own medicine. She was definitely a track star every chance she got. Kanan should’ve left her alone but I understand the heart wants what the heart wants. I don’t know if I like how the woman are that this author writes. They annoy me something serious.

I was slightly confused in the beginning when they were talking about what previously happened. I had to go back and make sure I didn’t skip a book or something When I tell you Reign worked my whole nerves this whole book. How many times this man had to tell you he was down for you to realize it. She was doing too damn much. Everytime you look she was running from Kanan but talking bout she loves him. You in the office dreaming bout dude having alone time but you running from him. She was exhausting as heck. The ending was a bit rushed. How y’all go from not being together to being engaged in 1 minute after getting together but hey if it works. It was still a good read

I am in a love/ hate relationship with this book.

I was annoyed with Reign to the point of exasperation! It was almost like she was making Kanan pay for what everyone else did.

He was the only one putting forth effort, and his family and friends gave him no grace while this girl played in his face.

Her pain and frustration was self inflicted. He kept coming back to her indecisive self like a glutton for punishment.

The Tip Of It

I just finished reading this amazing book, and I have to say, I completely related to Kanan's emotional struggles. It's like, men have feelings too, and Reign's selfish behavior was really unfair to him. I felt like no one truly understood the pain Kanan was going through, and that was incredibly frustrating. While Reign's skepticism about Kanan's past was valid, she should have given him some space. Once they crossed the line into a romantic relationship, it opened the door to even more heartache and pain. The ending felt a bit rushed, but at least they got their happily ever after.

To finally have that orgasm

This story was enjoyable, there were times when Reign made you want to go upside her head for playing hard despite what everyone around her already knew, she just kept running away from what her heart desired but once Kannan decided he was finally tired of all the running away he spoke the truth which her more than his play boyish ways , then at his birthday she tried to make him jealous only to have it backfire and then she ran away again, she was indeed a runner a track star but in the end he didn't give up and caught her.

Great story! This one was a scorcher!

Loved this cute, short story about to very like minded individuals. Reign was putting up a good fight hiding how she really felt about Kanan but in the end, she was no match for his determination to make her his.

I give the writing, characters, and story a solid 5 stars. Errors in word choice which threw off grammar and sentence structure took my rating down to a 4.

This is a new author to me.
I will say this was a erotic novella but it surprisingly had a lot of storyline in it.
The author write very well and I loved how the dialogue was effortless and it didn't seem forced or uncomfortable. It was natural.

There was a lot of slang and cultural speech but it was brilliant in presentation.

I really loved the chemistry, it jumped off the page. I wanted more of the story.

I absolutely hated the predictable, unrealistic, rushed ending but the book was good. I'm pretty sure I'm going to read this authors entire catalog.

I was scared for Kanan on how this story was going to turn out for him. Reign was a runner for sure and her relationship history made you understand why. Heard about this book on TikTok. Was not disappointed in the least. Did not expect to shed a few happy tears at the end. Reign did get on my nerves quite a bit, however I loved Kanan enough not to care 😂
