Lifelong Marysville resident Freddy “FJ Cruiser” James has spent his entire life struggling with his weight. Unhealthy habits in the years following his parents' death pushed Freddy to the worst physical condition he had ever been in. Freddy, now in his late 40s, is two years into fitness journey that transforms his health and social life. A tragic accident in the community claims the life of one of Freddy’s former classmates and rocks the residents of Marysville. No one is impacted more than Freddy’s childhood friend, Sgt. Tim Moore, who is charged with investigating the incident. As Freddy adjusts to the changes in his own life, he tries to help Tim cope with weight of unimaginable stress.
