Wow, what a way to start a romance between mates. The male calling her, his future mate, a bitch when he wouldn’t let go of her while she was trying to run from bad guys. What a hero. Notttttt. Disrespectful men don’t deserve mates or to be the male lead in a paranormal romance. We want to read about our dream guys, not any old lame guy that is a jerks and feels good about calling a woman a bitch. Yuck. You can keep him.

Acacia Cole is on the run from her alpha father and his pack. Her father has picked his beta as her mate and Acacia is having none of it. When wolves try to corner her in a diner she flees, but almost gets flattened by traffic. Somebody snatches her out of harm's way, but her panic causes her to fight him to escape.
Harrison Wolf lives on the edge of pack territory. The pack should have been his when his father died, but his mother had remarried and his stepfather had stolen his birthright out from under him. He now has his own hotel and plenty of money, but his mother and sister are still trapped in the pack. His attempt at a alpha challenge had left him alive only because his mother intervened.
When the she-wolf almost gets herself run over right in front of Harrison, his quick reflexes save her but no good deed goes unpunished and his foot gets stomped on by her boot heel. When he later hears an altercation in an alley and realizes that several wolves have her trapped, he knows he should mind his own business. Of course, he doesn't. Now he has a tempting she-wolf in his penthouse apartment who has one pack after her and his former pack will soon be added to that list as soon as his stepfather finds out she is there. But he doesn’t plan on letting anyone else have her. She is his.

Cinderella with a twist?
Not really but she is a wolf running for her life and meets up with the wolf of her dreams who is an alpha in his own right that owns his own business and has some wicked friends as back up when things start to go bad.
But they are true mates and nothing is going to change that, not even her deranged father and his power hunger step father.
These two are going to stand strong along with their friends and any one they can find that is willing to stand with them and show the pack and anyone else that doing the right thing is what matters.
I really enjoyed this and noticed a few of the characters from previous stories.
Really curious to see if there will be more to it.

Abuse overcome with an HEA
A gal trying to avoid getting married into an abusive relationship runs into a loner alpha male who rescues her from her dad’s henchmen.
She’s cute and 5’4” while he’s 6’3” of muscle.
Need I say more?
Lots of editing and keyboard missing a space key problems prevent a higher score on this somewhat typical shifter tale. Names are not very imaginative (everyone is surname Wolfe). Otherwise this is a pleasant story once the abuse backstory is worked through.

Excellent paranormal wolf shifter story. There’s action, suspense, drama, and romance. Harrison was the alphas son but when his father died & his mother remarried his stepfather took the place meant for him. Acacia is the Alphas daughter who is trying to force her to marry his second. The characters and storyline are entertaining and interesting. I received a complimentary copy of the book and chose to write a review. I look forward to reading future books by Ms Wolf.

When the strong wolf pulled her away from traffic Acacia stomped on his foot, thinking he was one of the wolves chasing her, Harrison released her as she raced away, then realized there were 4 wolves after her! When he heard her scream he knew he had to save her. He had no idea what he had set in motion!
Great book. If you haven't read the 1st book in the series, "Alpha's Mate", go back and read it first.

Two lone wolf's

This is the story of Harrison and Acacia. The drama, excitement, danger, and sizzle had me turning the pages. Their story is so good; I look forward to more of this series. I received an arc of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Very Nice
