Chapter 73 to chapter 83 Well this is the only short volume in my list which could be totally wrong but at least it has 8 volumes like goodreads lol The catastrophe of questions is just brilliant, it's a 100% rate of powering up, any answer you give is the right answer, breaking more and more seals. Junghyeok Yu is now fighting alongside Dokja Kim, it seems they need one more skill that has a long channeling time to beat it. I loved the parasite too, the way her heart was broken for her people being annihilated was just amazing i loved it. The girl with the poison was soooo pretty i love her. What else did i love?!!! Oh i think that after the catastrophes humans will actually have to fight the guides since they want to recreate their planet chronos on earth. Only question right now really with how tough they made the catastrophe of questions, how will they top that with the 3 other catastrophes?!!!
This is purely a vibe read for me. I love the art and the characters ore unique and interesting. Not entirely sure what the plot is, but it really makes me think every time I read a new volume.
❝’I don’t want to become a monster.’❞ In the continuation of Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint volume 4, Dokja and his team has to carry on surviving yet another scenario.
This volume maintained the same level of writing that made me want to find out what would happen next. My inner child was thrilled when I saw what was in the Cinema Dungeon!! 🦖 Onto the next one📖
4.75 / 5:To be honest, I also can’t explain why I’m going so far out of my way for them. But I can say this for certain—
“I could do everything alone, survive alone, and make a cozy living for myself. That certainly would be easier…but I once read a novel that flopped because the main character did just that.”
[So] yes, I’m not cut out to be the leading man. I’ll never be a hero or savior. However…Lee Gilyeong will not die. Not today.
i can’t believe im getting a sudden spike of energy reading my physical tbr right when the month is already almost over…tsk tsk—life of a mood reader.
anyways!! i have very fond feelings of this story because fun fact, i did actually pick up the webtoon immediately after catching up to vol.3 of the manhwa in its english print translation!! i binge read the majority of the story up to its most recently uploaded chapters, and so that’s why it took me a while to get back to the physical manhwa once it officially came out……because i technically already knew where the story was heading from reading on webtoon!! :D
still a really fun experience!! and absolutely amazing art.
i love watching these little seedlings of development grow among these characters, and how each volume is being split up to highlight each of their growths. in the case of this one, it’s lee hyeonseong who takes the stage in a huge bout of courage, and he’s as sweet as ever. i love the scenarios that are popping up, especially with this arc involving the cinema dungeon, which feels incredibly surreal since this is a story within a story, so…..very meta feelings right there (ya know…me a reader so fascinated with these characters’ dangerous predicaments and how they handle them when one of them is a reader himself….).
i’m glad to have felt motivated to complete this physical manhwa right around the corner from when the next volume will be coming out (which is 2 weeks from now!!). from gleaning my memories of these upcoming scenes, it actually gets a little depressing?? very sad feelings but amazing storytelling above all so im looking forward to it!!
(and yes, i am planning to catch up with the webtoon immediately)
This volume was insane. What with the main scenario having to do with staying in small as rooms to survive a wave of monsters to dokja going into the welcome prison to survive that scenario to him meeting anna croft the seer to then him getting a constellation to sign a contract with him so he can have authority over one of the ten evils to then him having to rescue yoo jonghyuk from potentially dying and regressing too early. SO MUCH LORE IS BEING DROPPED TOO LIKE HOW THE STORY IS CHANGING LITTLE BY LITTLE TO THERE MAYBE BEING MORE THAT ARE LIKE HIM WHO KNOW WHAT WILL HAPPEN IN THIS STORY. ITS GETTING SO INTERESTING
Ah, compared to the movie Dokja is so cold. It's great. Continues on with the green squares and taking down Pildu. Ends with Dokja and his party getting out of the dino film. At this point the strongest character seems to be the kid with the bugs. Nice to see Junghyeok get surprised every time. Onwards to the next one.

This was a good side-quest. I like how not every battle is a drawn out event, with every blow shown, and just skips to the end result. Kim Dokja's devious mind gets to shine better.
The party is slowly gathering and I'm so happy to see them! And also to see Dokja's mind working. (I just realized I basically said the same thing as last time without rereading the last review first. Which means it's all true!)

Still going strong, I have zero complaints. I love seeing our MC using his brains instead of things just magically working out for him.
Kim Dokja has spent the last several years reading a webnovel. That doesn’t make him terribly unique, does it? What’s more interesting is that he’s the only reader of this webnovel - and it’s about to end.
As a reward for being the only reader of this series, he gets an alert, an edge, and a downloaded copy of the series. That in itself shouldn’t have been life-changing if not for what is about to happen to the world…
Review:
How does Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint keep finding new ways to up the ante? Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint Vol. 4 brings the core group back together, with the addition of some unwilling members (sort of?). Side note: I’ve swapped to reading Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint through Webtoons, so I’m doing my best to keep the chapters in line with the volumes.
I feel like Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint Vol. 4 finally got to the big question of the series: we all know that Junghyeok Yu is the protagonist of the world (not to be confused with Dokja, the protagonist of the story we’re reading), but what happens to the rest of the universe if he fails? Does the story stop and reset? Do the individual, unnamed characters survive?
Naturally, it’s too early in the series to get any real answers to those questions, but it’s compelling food for thought. I love that this series is trying to add layers to the whole LitRPG adventure.
Everyone really has complete trust on Dokja! Like who would run straight through a hoard of monsters just coz someone said “Trust me”?! But they definitely survive coz of that! Plus our baby boy Gilyeong omg he said that Dokja should leave him ack my heart! Also, Junghyeok can be realllyyyyy petty sometimes you know? Anyway the whole contract with the Defense Master iz crazy and only Dokja would think something like that! Now were in the Cinema Dungeon and I’m ready to see Jihye’s skill! Also our cinnamon roll Hyeonseong evolved!!
The action is getting a lot more fun. Dokja is using his knowledge of TWSA to make things work for the better for himself and his team. It’s not easy but better. Not getting rid of Pildu entirely but basically making him a sort of lackey is part of a plan for their future and we see Gilyeong show he’s a good asset even though he’s a kid. The cinema dungeon was a fin read and now I’m looking forward to the next volume.
