There is no such a thing as a soul, that is just an illusion created by man, who so desperately want to believe in their continued existence.

You heard it from the queen of the underworld herself, Persephone!
I ll talk about most big things that we learned this volume, which was the biggest 36 chapters, and actually the rest of the series is a little over 70 chapters on 4 volumes, so from now on i ll be able to finish this faster, i swear i have no idea if my list is right or not, but gotta write the review even though i am reading webtoon not the Korean books.

So Yes we got Persephone and Hades, Persephone described Hades as her introvert husband which i absolutely love, I think it's a wasted opportunity to make her appear as a hotter version of Sangah as the guys called it, honestly i don't like both versions of Sangah, i like tomboy girls of this manga more, Huiwon is just beautiful and strong i love her.
I wish they correct this mistake later on by giving Persephone her own unique look, and if Hades isn't Handsome as fuck i ll rage quit, i really liked her flirtations with him, and his short replies to her, even though their interaction was brief, and he didn't even appear himself, They in a few pages gave more romantic vibes than everyone else in all 120 chapters i read so far.

Korea vs Japan is upon us, i believe they will fight, this is not a cooperative scenario i bet, or it would be super boring.
It seems this will also be a fixture in all Korean manga that i will read, always with the competitiveness with the Japanese, and always Korea will win.

a little detour from the planned rant, the art, i have zero idea how they make those beautiful sky arts, i feel it should be time consuming to the extreme, there must be a trick, or maybe they have cheap artists who do background art, that are just adept in making amazingly beautiful skies?
if they ever make a documentary about this, i ll be there watching, i already know about background art artists in Japanese manga.

Yuseung and forgive me i feel i am saying her name wrong, by a little bit, the little girl is adorable, and the old woman version of herself was equally adorable, it's like she always remained innocent deep in her heart.
And yes Dokja Kim, with what he did for Yuseung, proved himself a living saint to me, i hope he isn't doing all this kindness for a future scenario, the entire story was just beautiful, this is the best volume in this manga to the point that i should go down rate all other volumes and leave this only as the 5 stars one 😆

The underworld, and the glimpse we had at gigantomachia was also amazing, not sure what that scenario will be about yet, but maybe the protagonists will be boarding the giant metal men the underworld is building, and they will fight Pacific Rim level monsters?

But humans find the purpose of life in pointless things like this.

The beat up of that asshole Dokkaebi was amazing, And yes i read 200 pages of this yesterday, all while squashing a bug, this is the part where you clap in admiration!

Dionysius was fun as always, anywhere he appears, if you don't make him fun, you have no business in the writing industry lol, and he almost made Dokja and Sangah kiss, which i honestly didn't like, i am not feeling a vibe between the two, it's almost a pragmatic relationship in the making, you work in that shitty company, and i work in that shitty company, you are kind and i am kind, you are a loner and i am a loner, let's get together, even though we are not giving off vibes that we love each other.

And the Pipe Bomb of all time was the revelation that Dokja doesn't know all the story, that's just nuts!
dude spent all his life reading the same gigantic novel, and in the end he doesn't even know all of it!
I feel it will probably pertain to the ending only, something will happen at the ending, an extra scenario or something that he doesn't know about, but maybe not since it's Persephone who knows more than him, and she isn't even the most powerful constellation, there might be a few scenarios at the end, where he will play completely blind
but him preserving human life through out all the novel, will surely pan out later, because they not only have strength in numbers, they have spectacular and formidable individuals who just keep becoming more powerful.

Dokja’s group are in the cinema dungeon and although it should be an easy battle, will it be? Their quest is to save Junghyeok from the dungeon. It all depends on Jihye Lee.💥

…onto the next volume! Great story continuation and artwork on fleek🫶✨

Happy reading♥️

4.5 / 5: “How dare you say you’re alone?

When you got yourself killed like a dumbass in the cinema dungeon…when you were blubbering over your sister’s dead body….and when you croaked after getting betrayed by the prophet! Even when you had a child for the first time with your loved one…only to lose yourself when that baby died!

When you fought the demon king and faced off against the returners! When you helped the otherworlders and battled the reincarnated! When you finally stood up before the constellations!

As I watched you struggle to push on…I also—“

….[These were] the stories I desperately clung to in order to survive…

finally picked up this volume in honor of he yu from bab and his love for ‘my heart will go on’ from the titanic movie (readers of orv, iykyk…..it’s a very brief reference but still eye-catching!!). i also was very amped to see the finale of the cinema dungeon arc , which was as sad & tense as i remembered to be :’) saw some character development from lee jihye, as well as interesting historical context in regards to a significant war figure in Korean history!! seeing the way the constellations play a pivotal part in their observance of their chosen “player” has always been one of my most favorite parts of reading this series, so it was very compelling watching lee jihye’s sponsor back her when the moment was most critical. not just for her sake, but for the honor of one of her ancestors.

in regards to other thoughts, it’s very surreal to see how little page presence yu joonghyuk has at the moment because of what i know happens further on in the story. for now, we’re watching as kim dokja is gradually gaining even more trust from some other characters as the scenarios become more & more bloody. and!! the oracles have made their first appearance!! so excited about reliving this arc, especially as a pivotal character soon comes into the picture ☺️.

let the chaos grow even further (and we’ve barely made it past the first 10% of the story….)

~ a single mom who works two jobs ~

A lot of queer erasure in this one. Any other story would have gotten a star off for the amount of gay reduction we got going on here, but the story is so good that I don't even care that much.

PERIOD VOLUME. THE LORE IS GETTING SO INTERESTING. THE THEATRE ARC WAS SO COOL AND THE FIGHT SCENE BETWEEN JOONGHYUK AND DOKJA WAS JUST CHEFS KISS. THE FACT THAT EVERYTHING GETS FILTERED WHEN DOKJA SPOILS IS JUST TOO FUNNY BECAUSE OF THE MISUNDERSTANDINGS.
The capture the flag arc is really intriguing and just such a cool scenario concept. Love how smart dokja is and how he uses his knowledge of the novel to trick and manipulate people. Also not him pretending to be joonghyuk. The prophets lore is super cool ngl. The fact that there is many of them and also their attribute of when they stopped reading the novel aka ways of survival. Kinda scared for when this prophet guy finds out that dokja isnt actually joonghyuk though

Finishing the cinema dungeon side-quest. Yu Junghyeok made a brief appearance, though mostly not as himself. Kim Dokja's love-hate relationship with him is funny. Lee Jihye gets to shine, putting some flesh to another side-character.

Paperback edition

The movie dungeon continues. Its a shame there is no playback, because I'm sure Dokja would be happy to watch that fight on replay. The misunderstanding with the censoring was funny. Can't stand Anna Croft. Looks like chaos coming in the next one.

Review Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint

Summary:

Kim Dokja has spent the last several years reading a webnovel. That doesn’t make him terribly unique, does it? What’s more interesting is that he’s the only reader of this webnovel - and it’s about to end.

As a reward for being the only reader of this series, he gets an alert, an edge, and a downloaded copy of the series. That in itself shouldn’t have been life-changing if not for what is about to happen to the world…

Review:

Guys, I am hooked on Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint. I’m pretty sure I just binge-read five or so volumes in one go, and these are not short volumes! Side note: I’ve swapped to reading Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint through Webtoons, so I’m doing my best to keep the chapters in line with the volumes.

Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint Vol. 5 wastes no time, throwing readers right back into the thick of things. Dokja and team are racing against time itself, and all because the world’s protagonist got a wee bit ahead of himself. I’m enjoying the whole twist, to say the least.

This series has continued to delve into different historical and mythological elements, adding even more layers to the universe. This is particularly true with Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint Vol. 5, as it strives to explain one character’s connection to the universe.

Anyway, I’m loving this whole set of cinema-themed dungeons, and can’t wait to see what happens next.

This volume is packed with thrilling fight scenes that are expertly paced and it kept me on the edge of my seat constantly. Additionally, the author has expertly crafted several poignant moments that reminded me how essential it is to value connection and relationships. A lot of chapters in this volume were unexpectedly tear-jerkers and were so well-crafted, especially the last chapter which was a touching surprise and tugged my heartstrings in a way that I didn’t anticipate, I truly have grown quite fond of these characters as if they were my companions. I have a feeling things are going to get more intense and I’m bracing myself for what's to come. I have to give it to the author, their ingenuity is remarkable and I can't get enough of it.

This series is so much fun. This volume does not disappoint and keeps you intrigued all the way through. Dokja is trying to rescue Junghyeok from the cinema master and lads in a historical waterfront battle movie. We get some historical snippets of Korean War history that just makes reading this so good. Not to mention the back of the volume gives you more information on it so a big plus for me. The history gets molded to work in our characters favor for them to win and move on to the final level. Once they clear it , you know they do 🙂‍↕️, the next scenario begins right after. There’s no lag time between events and this story keeps you on your toes. I am so pumped for the next volume.

Every chapter I love more Dokja Kim more and more🙌

Fantastic storyline, it's a mix of action scenes, greats characters from the original book and funny moments. Gray characters trying to survive in this apocalyptic world. "Constellations" makes me think a litte on Sponsorship of "Hunger Games", but It's too early and we still don't know a lot about them.

•Dojka and Gilyoung are adorables. Dojka is like a single dad, always carrying him from danger. The insect boy has so many potential ⚒️🔨⚡ That's why Joonghyuk wanted him in his team.

•Dojka/Joonghyuk OMG OMG HAAAAAAAAAAAAAA We need more of these twoooo.

I'm pretty much hooked on this series by now. I still won't read them online and patiently wait for the manhua to be released. I can't stop looking at art online though, so there might be some serious spoilers for people who don't want to see those. I'm just curious about it really.

Each volume always has a lot of information, so it might get overwhelming. But it has a good pace, lots of action and some really sweet and funny moments as well. And the mystery, the background, I can't wait to find out more!

Continuing through the Cinema Dungeon, they entered a movie which showcase the skills of Jihye. The connection between her seasickness plus skills can be ironic but fitting, given all she experienced. Of course, we meet the Cinema Master and this will forever be one of my favorite scenes in the earlier episodes. After that, we have the start of the capture the flag scenario. Pildu is starting to have some character development (his skills are awesome!) and we’re finally getting bits and pieces of “the oracle”!
