Creator of The Chase Fulton Novels series and The Avenging Angel - Seven Deadly Sins Series, Cap Daniels is a former sailing charter captain, scuba and sailing instructor, pilot, Air Force veteran, and civil servant of the U.S. Department of Defense. Raised far from the ocean in rural East Tennessee, his early infatuation with salt water was sparked by the fascinating, and sometimes true, sea stories told by his father, a retired Navy chief petty officer. Those stories of adventure on the high seas sent Cap in search of adventure of his own, which eventually landed him on Florida’s Gulf Coast where he and his wife Melissa spend as much time as possible on, in, and under the waters of the Emerald Coast.
With a headful of larger-than-life characters and their thrilling exploits, Cap pours his love of adventure and passion for the ocean onto the pages of his action adventure series, The Chase Fulton Novels and his new series Avenging Angel - Seven Deadly Sins.
Inspired by the likes of John D. Macdonald’s Travis McGee, Randy Wayne White’s Doc Ford, and Wayne Stinnett’s Jesse McDermitt, Cap creates thrilling tales of action and adventure set throughout the Caribbean and coastal Florida and Georgia by intertwining nautical adventure with international espionage. Cap’s Chase Fulton Novels series promises to keep readers on the edge of their seats, trying to guess what new danger or adventure lies just around the corner.
The Avenging Angel - Seven Deadly Sins series is a spin-off starring the most controversial and intriguing character from the Chase Fulton Novels. After defecting to the United States, Anastasia "Anya" Burinkova, a former Russian SVR assassin and intelligence operative puts her lethal skill set into action against the powerful Russian Mafia. In this gritty, organized-crime thriller series, Cap Daniels takes his readers into the dark underworld of the Russian Mafia weaving actual events into fiction to leave the reader's heart pounding and their fingers itching to turn the page.

Chase and his team of highly skilled operators have had missions to all sorts of places, this time it is an island paradise involving coveted eggs. What? Don't miss this adventure, fascinating. Mission ethics, hard decisions, and revelations about team members all combine in another intriguing story I could not put down. Cap Daniels has given us so many exciting fight scenes, it is difficult to imagine anything that could top them, but the climax of this book is the best one he has written so far. Wow! Whoa! How will it impact the team moving forward? It is going to be hard waiting to find out. Write on Cap, . . quickly!
I’m not sure why I keep reading these books? I guess it’s like being sucked into a bad movie you feel like your this far along, you mine as well finish. The Darker Chase is pretty much the same story line as the last 18 books, nothing new nothing original. If Daniels would take one suggestion from his readers I have to imagine it would be; STOP already with the internal monologues. Let your characters actions speak for themselves. Will book 20 be any better? I doubt it but I’m sure I’ll read it and be disappointed. There’s a reason they are free on Kindle.
Can these books get any more exciting. The way the writer brings you into the story, you can feel that you are there watching it.
This time Chase is heading to an island paradise to be the millionaire and find a treasure that has been missing for ages. A Faberge Egg! A jewel that is worth in the millions of dollars. But is this really the mission? Well if you know Chase and his team, he will be involved in more fights that you can count.
Each of these in the series are outstanding and very addictive. There is so much that happens in these pages, that it is hard to review, other then when you start reading, you won't be able to put down and move on to the next!!
This nineteenth mission did seem darker than some of the others for several reasons which I encourage you to discover for yourselves. Cap Daniels as always, paints images so vividly with his words that I feel like I'm right inside the action, feeling the terror, fear, relief, elation or tenderness that roll off the pages and sear images into my brain. The Darker Chase sparked every emotion I can think of joy, sadness, relief, revulsion, laughter and more. Each story leaves me waiting impatiently for the next!
I just don't get tired of Daniels' writing! He entertains (Earl On The End, Clarkisms), (OH! And now we're getting ' Tonyisms'!), he thrills, worries, makes me more patriotic, but most of all, he makes me think! I made a note somewhere after something Clark said to Chase (..."a level of responsibility that can’t be appreciated until you’ve experienced it. Trust me. You do not want to become what I am.” Note: This book should be The Deeper Chase. Read it. Enjoy it. Ponder what you've read!
Chase Fulton and he team take on a mission without knowing that the mission they were “read into” is not the mission they are expected to accomplish. As the mission unfolds, the unexpected parameters that are revealed, will ultimately lead the whole team to reevaluate how they might handle future missions. Another really superb book by our beloved author, Cap Daniels.
Cap Daniels has done it again. Another great adventure with Chase and the whole crew. Now waiting for the next instalment of Chase and his teams missions. Keep them coming Cap!!!
Chase is always doing things the right way for the right reasons. A fun adventure with exciting action. Cap has developed a great team of characters that work and support each other in each and every book. Cap has become my favourite series writer.
When you have enough money and power, you can get; No, order people to avenge a terrible, deadly loss you've suffered. It may have been an unfathomable and inhumane act that caused that loss... Yet most of us would never have that ability to command the government to avenge our personal Families loss.
What a magnificent episode in Chase's story! The action was never-ending and described impeccably. Truly disappointed that I'll have to wait 4 to 6 months for the next chapter!
Can't get enough of chase and company .Cap does a wonderful job of getting everyone into the book to be important, and the stories are very exciting can't wait till the next book .
There was never a doubt in my mind that this latest book would be an excellent. Cap does should a great job research that you know you are reading a book that has been well thought out and will keep you on the edge of your seat til you reach the end.
Sometimes a story drags on but not these books they do I your brain. Always another adventure for those that love and and more action and intrigue ....Looking forward to more great books Cap Daniels ciao from costa rica
I love the banter and comoradery of the team. The love they have for each other. The action and training in these stories is amazing. Once I start reading I can't stop. Great read.
Good tale just not too believable as the good guy won in spite of overwhelming odds and what should have been a far superior force for the bad guys. Enjoyable story if you are only looking for entertainment.
The team of class one operatives continue to amaze with the sill sets.
Assigned to a mission, the team spends time practicing skills to face a level of danger they haven't been accustomed to. Great character development.Fantastic storyline!
Chase and his gang of trusty Tier One girls and guys pull off a spectacular adventure. Just like Ben Porter in False Assurances, Threat Bias, Subversive Addiction and Vital Deception.
Just when you believe that Mr. Daniels might have run out of plot/adventures for this elite group, he comes up with a powerful story that challenges them and nearly wipes them out! Fast read, like always!
Sorry, but this character was not to my liking. It is rare that I do not finish a book that I have started, but I just could not buy into it at all. I will automatically give a published book two stars, just because it was written and published, something that I would never be able to do.
Another exciting Chase story that again illustrates wonderful team camaraderie. A chase for a Faberge Egg that turns into quite a bit more than they anticipated. Of course Skipper is at her best. The team suffers injuries but the ending is quite fitting.
This was another really great book in the series. The author is a great storyteller. I don't know in the entire story. I really loved that main characters and they're interactions with each other.
Thiis was an ok read not his best. I never figured out why the did all that practice about surprising another boat and those fancy maneuvers when they never used any of it? How they didn’t see the trap with the Moroccan Captain, beats me. Like I said, not Daniel’s best. 4.8
Another Outstanding Book in the Chase Fulton Novels Series. I found it very hard to put Down and I cannot wit for Book # 20 The Abandoned Chase to come out.
Character development and new plots are so intertwined that it's hard to know which is cause and which is effect. It makes for compelling reading and, as always, leaves the reader wanting more
