Eve I have a bad reputation. Not because I'm a bad girl, quite the opposite.
But during rush week, I may have ... gotten a little carried away. I don't remember what happened, but I woke up without my clothes on, and photos of me in compromising positions began circulating the school.
I thought maybe dating Duke would make everyone ease up on the whispers. But Duke's only dating me for one reason ... my reputation.
Then, the next thing I know, Duke is ... different. He's looking out for me, taking care of my photo situation, and ensuring I never get hurt again.
I can't put my finger on it, but something has changed. Duke just doesn't seem like ... Duke. Do you know what I mean?
Lucio The Vatican is breathing down on necks, threatening to send exorcists to Chicago and exterminate the family.
We can't have that happening, so it's up to me to figure out where the leak came from and seal it. When I learn the priest I'm trying to get information from has a secret daughter, I know she's the key to our troubles.
But one look at Eve, and I know that she's mine. And she needs me.
I like to clean up messes, so looking after her and taking good care of her comes naturally. But telling her who—and what—I am, is a risk I'm not willing to take ... yet.
So, for now, I watch her from the shadows. When I need to get close to her, I assume the identity of her stupid frat boyfriend. He did not deserve my precious angel's attention in the first place.
No, Eve is made for one man. Her devil in disguise—her Lucifer.
THIS IS A 18K WORD DARK, MAFIA ROMANCE WITH MANY TRIGGER WARNINGS. PLEASE USE THE LOOK INSIDE BEFORE READING TO ENSURE THAT THERE IS NOTHING WITHIN THAT YOU CAN'T HANDLE. ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
That prickly feeling on the back of your neck that says someone is watching you? It’s me. And I’m never going to stop.
From the twisted minds of sixteen authors comes Endless Obsession, a take on romance that you never saw coming. This July, step into the shadows and let the darkness pull you under.
There is no right or wrong, there is only Endless Obsession.
Kylie Marcus still believes in magic and fantasy. She has always cultivated the magic inside of her, using her words to bring it to life on the pages of her stories for readers. After meeting the love of her life while ghost hunting in England, she believes in happily ever afters and hopes to convince readers of them too.
Now happily married, they live in Canada with their little man and two weenie dogs. Her fairy tale has only just started and she can't wait to see how it ends.
This is number 4 in what was previously the Famiglia Diablo series, but I’m not sure where she’s putting this one now. Though I am curious enough to check out some of the other authors she’s associating with for other series’s, I hope she goes ahead and adds this book to the Famiglia Diablo series, since it is a part of the overall series plot lines.
This story is fun, and while there are some holes in the story, they are more questions rather than anything that undermines continuity, so given these are supposed to be quicker reads (about an hour for me, give or take how often, or not, I’m interrupted) so questions are expected in my opinion.
I love this series, and this book has only added value to it.
I will wager to ask the only one I’m genuinely interested in knowing but there’s a tiny spoiler associated, so
*SPOILER AHEAD *
Did Eve take Asmodeus’s place, since she’s changed or is that sin no longer represented on earth?
5 ⭐️s= Perfect story, exciting, engrossing, well developed complex characters, solid plot with few to no holes, descriptive environments and place settings, great mystery elements, realistic dialogue, believable reactions and behaviors, loved this story so much I’d buy it.
4 ⭐️s= Great story, highly entertaining and enjoyable, exciting storyline, well developed characters and settings, a few discrepancies but nothing that can’t be overlooked. Believable actions and reactions, realistic dialogue, a book I would consider buying.
3 ⭐️s= Good but not great story, noticeable discrepancies, grammatical and or spelling errors, undeveloped characters or unbelievable behaviors but still readable. Nothing majorly wrong with the story, just not interesting enough for me to continue. Would not buy the book.
2 ⭐️s= Not offended by the story, but not interested enough to finish. Unbelievable characters, poor writing, many mistakes, big holes or discrepancies, many spelling or grammatical errors, characters not believable, unlikeable or TSTL.
1 ⭐️= Offensive, extremely poor writing, horrible characters, victimization, gaslighting, blatant abuse, unnecessary violence, child endangerment, or any other highly objectionable behaviors by Main characters. Would never buy this book, and do not recommend it to anyone.

I absolutely love Lucifer and Eve's story. Yes Lucifer from Hell has met his mate and match with Eve. While torturing a priest trying to find out who sold them out he realizes that the priest is actually a father and Eve is his daughter. At first Luc was planning on kidnapping Eve and bringing her to Hell to torture her in front of her father but the minute he meets Eve his plans have changed. He wants to protect her, care for her and love her. But will his brothers allow that to happen. I love these demons from Hell stories from Kylie Marcus. Well written imaginative story with wonderful steamy scenes and outside the box happily ever afters. Loved it!!.

Eve was unbeknown to herself the daughter of a priest who was also the target of some compromising photos from a night out. She was useful to Lucifer who was trying to get information of who the leak to the Vatican was from the priest. As soon as he met her Lucifer knew Eve was his mate. He watched her, protected her and got revenge on all those involved with the photos. Very hot and steamy, dark romance, with danger, violence, amazing chemistry and true soul deep love and a demon determined to protect his mate at all costs. Well written story that was engaging from beginning to end, can’t wait for more!.

The one night Eve let her hair down, only to find out a compromising photo had done the campus rounds. She finds herself dating Duke, but he only wants one thing, until Duke has a bit of a change. Lucifer is determined to find the leak that's could bring the Vatican down hard on his demon families soul collecting, and the priests daughter Eve is the perfect key to getting what he wants but she's also his mate and he will do anything to protect her but can he share his secret? Well written steamy short demon/human romance.
Action, passion, surprises, some blood & gore & steaming hot action.
I totally "aawwed" at the end - so cute! Yes, there are trigger warnings...for some people, but I like the dark.
Lucio & Eve. So unlikely, but somehow, it totally worked for me. Even has an HEA, even though it didn't seem possible.
If you aren't afraid of the dark and like steaming hot romance with a twist, I totally recommend this. It's fast paced & a fairly quick, short read. Thumbs up!.

With the Vatican closing in, Lucifer has to take matters into his own hands. The priest he is trying to abstract information from has a secret, a daughter. One look at her and he knows she is his. He pretends to be her stupid boyfriend to get close to her.
What will she do when she finds out who he really is?.

Eve doesn't know much about her past but Lucio/Lucifer knows who her father is and is determined to use Eve for his own benefit. One problem as soon as Lucio sees Eve he's instantly attracted to her. I loved the unique storyline, the interesting characters, and the ending. Devil in Disguise is part of the multi-author Endless Obsession series and I look forward to reading the rest of the books. A quick, fascinating read with well laid out characters and lots of steam. This is dark romance including a fair bit of violence and comes with plenty of trigger warnings so may not be for everyone, but definitely worth picking up if that's your thing.

This was a good story. I’m still not totally hooked on the demon romance but it was a good story. It was definitely in the dark end of the romance spectrum and it warrants the trigger warning but for me the darkness was fine. Eve and Lucifer had a unique relationship and their story was interesting.

Wow talk about hot as h***! Luc & Eve were fire together. This was absolutely incredible. I loved the dynamic between these two. Luc was obsessed and over the top with Eve and she just wasn't afraid. From the very beginning, she was intrigued and had to have him. What a great read!
This was a fab read that really showcased how love can hit even the most extreme of characters - and I'd say that Lucifer is an extreme character ;) Hot, OTT romance grew from instant chemistry and the planned long game of manipulation. It was highly entertaining and I'm looking forward to more books in this series.
We now get the story of Lucifer and how he fell hard and fast for his queen. Eve is the illegitimate daughter of a Father and should just be a pawn, but as soon as Luc saw her everything changed. 🥰🥰 Instalove, dark, mafia trope, with demons/monsters and a whole lot of gore and steam with a sweet HEA(and kind of brutal😉) at the end😍😍😍😍 Check the TWs before you dive into this series 👍
Set your expectations. This is a series of stories about obsessive love. Devil In Disguise is specifically supernatural, instalove, and very murdery to a graphic degree. No cheating, no cliffhanger, can be read as standalone, but others in the book also have stories.
Another fantastic edition to the series. Deliciously dark and dangerous, not for the fainthearted. Great characters, and a well written storyline. Would recommend.

The author has given us a wonderful story that pulls us into the lives of Luc/Lucifer and Eve and does not let go. Luc has plans to use Eve as a pawn, but things change when he meets her.

Loving the newest book in the Endless obsession series. Kylie always gives us the greatest characters and stories. Lucifer is the king of thd Alphas and I adore his and Eve's story. Always an incredible read from this author.
In under 100 pages, this was one of my quickest reads to date. Not a lot of plot really, mostly just spice. But, the spice is good. It's dark, like definitely read the trigger warnings dark, but it was good spice. Found it on TikTok and had it downloaded and read within an hour.
Can I have more Ma'am? Yes please! I need more Lucifer and Eve. This book was amazing. Plot was there. Sex was there. What more could you want in a book?
This is a terrific book with lots of steamy romance that delves into the supernatural making it a page turner that you want to keep on reading. Lucifer and Eve are dynamic together.
This is a wonderful story, well-written with a steamy storyline that is packed plenty of drama and some seriously sizzling chemistry between Eve and Luc...
I enjoyed the story, I did not read the rest of the series. It would have been nice to know going it that it was a literal devil, not just a metaphorical one.
I really loved this book. It was a super fast, enjoyable read. The characters were great and the story held your interest. I’ve found that I’ve enjoyed every book that I’ve read from this author. I’m not normally into books about demons and humans, but this one was well written and definitely kept me wanting to read.
