Playful meets determined
I have to say Eve did it again. Makes you fall in love with another set of characters. Between the happy but lucky-go female who wants to fix all the hurt in the world but not mate because thinks she's broken. To the been rejected but sexy and amazing alpha male who wants her to claim him and his heart. As he put it [spoilers] ... she might been my fate-chosen mate but you are my heart-chosen mate...
Can't wait for the next book.

I skipped the third book, just so I could read this one. And i loved it, I just wish it was longer. Regan (h) and Jackson (H) are literally MY FAVS. Even better then the first and second book main characters, I just loved them.
This book was less plot and more them which I loved because I feel like I got the romance that was lacking in the first two books. So ✋️ because of that, I enjoyed this one A LOT. ✨️💖

These books have been fun and I feel like the author is getting better. I would definitely read more of their books. For now I’m taking a break.
It’s hard to write about these books because they are what they are. There isn’t much character development and things are the way they are with little to no explanation. I like Jackson, he’s arguably the hottest MMC of the series, but I think I didn’t like him not having a pack. I like my MMC’s to be in charge and Jackson’s not really in charge of anything. I liked Regan more but a lot of her reasoning was shallow and I just wanted her to be deeper. Overall though had fun and good spicy time.

Loved it
I love the stories this author writes. I love everything shifter world but not everyone knows how to capture your attention with the world they create but this author she has a way of captivating your attention and sucking into the world she created so you feel part of it. Reading this book was like watching a movie I could picture every scene and I love when that happens. The story was well written I loved Regan's personality from the first book in the series and I loved Jackson's in his brother's book and even before the cliffhanger we read at the end of that book I knew that these two would match perfectly I gotta say though i assumed that when she ran away from him it was because she was his mate that rejected him. But i loved their story and loved his attentiveness to her and her to him. It was a well written story packed with emotion . I felt the heartache for both of them they were just perfect for each other.

Regan and Jackson
Another amazing book to this incredible series.
Gotta love the little twist about omegas too.
Each story is just what you need for a pick me up.
Think Jackson out of all the alphas so far is the least alphahole.
So happy we got a chance to discover more about Regan as she was one of the first friends Talis made when she joined Daynes pack in book 1&2
I think it helps reading from book 1. It’s a perfect way to get to know the characters and how the new additions come into it.
Eve Bale is a fantastic author and literally knows how to write a good shifter story. ❤️

oh I love Regan
I really do! She’s got her flaws- she thinks she’s broken- but she still has the biggest heart. And I liked Jeremy but I really really like Jackson! A lot! There’s a lot that happens in this book. Riley is a huge happened lol. Big changes with pack dynamics and some wonderful extensions of family. I love it. I also can’t wait to see when talis and dayne have! Their baby is gunna be adorable!! When the merrick pack was finished off I thought for sure the big threats were over…. Not quite! But it sure kept everything going! I can’t wait for Jenna‘s story!

I love this book and series
Jackson is a sexy Alpha with a southern drawl and Regan is an Omega that will make you laugh all the time.
When Jackson goes after Regan, that is when all the fun begins and the hot chemistry!
Also love when old characters from other books are woven into this story. Keeps me wanting more, and thankfully another book will be out soon!

Another fun read in the series. I really liked Jackson and Regan. They’re first encounter had me squealing with delight. It’s a great intro.
I was a little concerned that the FMC would be a doormat but she wasn’t. Though, I do prefer my FMCs with a little more backbone.
I am, however, seeing a pattern of this author having her FMCs trip and fall at inopportune moments as a plot device which is rather annoying.

7 Wows ~ What a love story, the mate’s struggles to become complete.❤️🔥❤️🔥
This is the best love story for two shifters who have so many doubts, emotional problems that you are not sure they will get their Happily Ever After. For readers that understand loneliness will relate to the couple. Doubts that grow daily. It is funny, a tearjerker and warmth. definitely a worth while read. Thanks again Eva Bale. I love Jackson, and I’m so glad Regan got her HEA, but it’s not a straight forward journey, but they never are for these shifter couples.
Great story and plot, love the characters. Lots of banter, some angst, the love scenes are smoking hot, love the pack scenes, overall a great read. Highly Recommend

My Favorite Alpha
Spoiler: She made garlic bread and he was so touched that he kissed her….and that scene literally made the whole book for me. Jackson is my favorite alpha of all time (I read a lot of wolfie fiction). I’m almost afraid to read the next book because I’m not sure anyone will live up to this.

September 30, 2025This is my last read of the series. I really hate the manhandling these women are subjected to. MMCs are resorting to either tackle or grab women in the way that the author thinks it’s ‘cute’, even though the MCs are against it every time. It’s just very uncomfortable to read and I can’t put myself through another read.

Disapointed
I enjoyed it somewhat, I was very disappointed with how the fated mate bit was dealt with. I wish that was either nonexistent or put to an immediate end. The way it was written left me irritated and unsatisfied.

I haven’t done anything today but read Eve Bale books! So good. I love everything in this book!!!! I love that it’s short but still has so much character development. And the alpha men in these books are awesome 😍

Another hit!
Eve Bale is a genius! These storylines are amazing and each time think a book in this series is my favorite, the next one also becomes my favorite. Well worth a read. I hope you have enough time as it's a real binge reading series.

It's such a good series. The stories are similar, as in the butting heads, falling the HEA, but so different. Each person's story is their own, and you don't get bored because all the characters are individuals, and they flow so well
