She is currently working on a collection of detective stories set in Victorian Toronto, as well as a novel based on an 1891 murder involving a young relative.
Nanci lives in Southern Ontario with her cat Snowball, and has completed the Creative Writing program at the University of Toronto as well as at the University of Calgary.
