DNF-it was very detailed but long, was hoping for a little for tension and love building but it just dragged on too much for me.

Seleste and Trevor have been friends since birth. Trevor is the future alpha and Seleste is the future gamma and also the goddess' chosen Protector of all supernaturals. Things take a turn for the worst when Trevor challenges Seleste to a training sparing match and lose. Trevor vows to reject Seleste if she is his mate and isn’t remembering all his alpha training about her family and blood line. Seleste is a pure-blood Gamma. She is the chosen one of her generation. She is strong and fierce. They are confirmed mates and he rejects her like an idiot and thinks he can make another girl his chosen Luna and it will all be great. After being rejected, she finds herself, discovers her power and her purpose by leaving her pack and starting her trailing with the counsel and other species. Trevor learns all his mistakes and can’t take over the pack for 2 years at least. He is sent to Alpha academy to release his stuff and get his act together otherwise he will not take over the pack. Although no longer mates, the two have a major role to play in saving the supernatural world and Trevor becomes a liaison for the school with her team. She is able to forgive him and grant him a second chance mate in her friend who also deserves a second mate after she was rejected. Seleste finds her second chance mate Alpha Blake, a strong amazing werewolf who balances her.

Rejected Protector
Fun read, I found the plot and characters to be engaging. All in all, I would recommend this book. There were a couple continuity issues and several spelling errors of the most insidious kind--the kind that won't trigger spell check because they are words, just not the right words. Pact for pack, for example. I didn't find these issues jarring enough to pull me out of the story, but did notice enough I thought it worth mentioning. All that said, I enjoyed the story, plot and characters thoroughly and really loved that this rejection story did not turn into a revenge story.

Great Read!
While there were some editing issues this overall was a fantastic story.
There were parts where there was too much detail and parts where I wanted more detail. However this was a very satisfying read!
If you are looking for a STRONG FML this is it! I have realized in a lot of my recent reading that not everyone defines strong the same for me this was perfection! Strength, vulnerability and compassion all rolled into one character without the stupidity, ignorance or immaturity that we tend to see regularly. Great Job Ms Patterson!

Not your typical shifter novel
This was a great read. I binged it in 1 day!
I often find shifter novels predictable, and although this was in places. I found i was hooked simply because of the variety of what the story had to offer. It was great to have a strong female lead and not the typical ‘weak poor girl’ character. I would love to see a sequel as the ending was left in a way that would make it possible. So please Lotta, if you read this. Give us a sequel haha. Enjoy the story guys, it’s worth the read.

This was a truly beautiful story with a lot of twists and turns. A must read! I started it via FB and found the entire book on Amazon. I’m so glad I decided to do the additional search without downloading a reading app. I gave it 4.5 ✨ because there were some repetitive POV sections that were unnecessary and I found myself skipping a little, but the book was absolutely wonderful!

Interesting Story But...
I feel like this book had potential. Many of the chapters were repetitive, and there wasn't a lot of character development except for Seleste.There are so many supporting characters but no description or development. The story kind of got flat. I skipped to the end to read the last chapter after so much back and forth just to make sure the story had a HEA. The story was very interesting. Absolutely loved this book
I loved this book it kept me at the edge of my seat the hole way through it had all species in there so that also made me happy it had its ups and downs which balanced out perfectly I have recommended this book to everyone I know that reads my kind of books my sister in law is half way through it and can't put it down ither. Amazing will definitely be reading more from this author.

Great story line
It has a great story line but I do wish the writer had take the time to proof read and fix the Grammer and spelling in the book if it was just a Internet book on a new writer type site it wouldn't bother me but this book is in full production and requires payment

A really good long book..
First found this book on a FB ad and was disheartened I'd have to collect coins each day to read a chapter till I found it on KU. I was ecstatic, loved a strong Alpha female and glad Trevor changed.. maybe a bit cheesy in bits and long winded in others but I loved it so that's all that matters....

Great Read
I loved this book from start to finish. The story may have started of with a rejection but it showed if others show a heart and give forgiveness then how ever smaĺ the light will defeat the Dark. A beautifully written book showing how love can build family and friends for ever.

couldn’t put it down
Good binge read, a little hard to track at points as the character names changed between titled names and first names during the same scenario with a lot of other information of what’s happening. Usually only takes a moment to track, but generally well written.

Couldn't put it down
Kept my attention. Read it in less than a day. Some proofreading could be done but mistakes were not enough to be distracting from the story. A good read overall. Will read books by this author again.

Nice story however needs editing
The writing and editing is not the best (including name confusion, spelling and grammar ) however the story was intriguing and the characters likeable.

I really enjoyed this book. I love Seleste strength especially how she handled the rejection from Trevor. I still don’t like Trevor even though she forgave himself. I am glad he learn from his f-up but man was he dumb du dumb dumb dumb.

I love this book it had everything you want in it action, romance, and a little bit of comedy. I like it because there is not a lot of sex scenes in it and it doesn't take away from the story. Everyone should read this book.

Best Were-spirit novel I’ve read
Lotta Patterson had it all in this book.
In addition to our heroine, there are multiple love stories. The is triumph over adversity and evil and all together just a great story.
I’m looking forward to reading novels by this author.

Awesome
Very good book. So glad that we now days gave stories with women being g warriors and elite fighters. A lot of books ha e females as weak or less than. This is the opposite of that and it's great.

Omg This was a brilliant book. In fact it is 01:52 because I just had to finish it. It was way different to all the orphan who is treated badly, rejected and chosen by the King or Alpha. It is a kick arse book and I enjoyed every word.

I really liked this book. I enjoyed the different perspectives it was written from and enjoyed the fact that multiple species were talked about and not just briefly mentioned and then nothing done with them.

Did not hold my attention
I skipped from chapter 15 to the end and called it done. It was redundant and the plot was poorly crafted. Every “surprise” was foreseen chapters before it was “revealed.”

Ok story, bad editing
As the title states, the editing for this book was very lacking. There are a lot of words spelled incorrectly or words that are wrong all together. Besides that, the story has a pretty good plot. It could be flowing more though.
